We found Belton Air Conditioning through our neighborhood page, where they had outstanding reviews, so we gave them a call. After explaining what was going on, the owner, James, was at our house in less than an hour (after business hours). He was professional, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. The next day, James sent one of his technicians, Chris, to diagnose the issue. Chris was fantastic. He let us know the part we needed should still be under warranty, confirmed that our builder had registered the system, and even added refrigerant to help keep our A/C running until the replacement part arrived. About 24 hours later, our A/C stopped working again. Thankfully, the weather was a little cooler than usual for Texas and rainy, so we managed with box fans and by keeping the curtains closed. First thing Monday morning, Lacie contacted us to let us know the warranty part had been ordered, would arrive on Wednesday, and scheduled us for Thursday morning. In the meantime, James went above and beyond by dropping off a window A/C unit to help keep us comfortable for the next couple of days. On Thursday, Chris returned, installed the new part, and got our A/C back up and running. A huge thank you to James Wilson, Lacie, and Chris for taking such great care of us and getting our A/C running again in the middle of summer. From the quick response and excellent communication to the genuine care they showed throughout the entire process, we couldn't have asked for better service. David is our "go-to" LP technician. He is timely, efficient and pleasant. He always explains things to me and makes me feel more comfortable with our unit. I was enticed by Lochridge Priest with their $0 Diagnostic fee. I had a water leak in next to my…read morestove where the drain got clogged. The garbage disposal and dish water are connected to the same system. After the Tech left my house I discovered the garbage disposal and Dishwasher no longer worked. I tried tripping the breaker but they had shorted out the circuit. When I called Lochridge Priest to fix the damage they had caused they sent out a new Tech. He claims they did nothing wrong, and left me with a bill of $437 plus another $179 fee for coming out. So now a project that should have been less than $300 to fix has ballooned over $1,000. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LOCHRIDGE PRIEST!! Zero Stars.
