1/2 Order of Biscuit Beignets and Cajun Shrimp & Crawfish Omelette

One of my favorite Sunday brunch spot's. The beignets are a special treat, served with orange marmalade and just the right amount of powered sugar. The staff and service is always great especially Corina who ensures customers have a good experience. The Shrimp and Crawfish Omelette served with a side of city grits were really good. Check them out!

I'm honestly not sure how this place gets the hype it does. Calling the food "mediocre" would be a compliment--it was mid at best. We waited 45 minutes for our food, which I wouldn't have minded since they were busy, but when the eggs finally arrived, they were cold. The service was the real deal-breaker and incredibly unpleasant. Our server never checked up on us once; we were left sitting there with cold food and empty drinks while the staff seemed completely disinterested. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually value their customers.

Food almost took an hour and it didn't come out hot. Cold biscuits and gravy are not great. Feels like this place has been going downhill.

Strawberry Pound Cake French Toast with potatoes and bacon!

I ordered the strawberry poundcake French toast which comes with 2 sides - I got potatoes and bacon! It was soo delicious! Absolutely will come back to try this again :) It is a small restaurant that is busy busy busy so I recommend setting yourself on the waitlist before showing up which you can do online! They do have great service and are quick! There's also free street parking and parking garages. Very good place to eat!

This is a solid breakfast place! They have a gluten free menu! They have great dishes! We sat at the bar and watched the very busy barista/bar keep, Ashley! She was kind to all and was keeping her cool! If you sign-up for their newsletter, you will get a free beignet dish! Now, the beignet dish is good. The beignets are made earlier in the day. So, not pippin fresh. They are served with an orange marmalade. Fresh orange in the marmalade. Very sweet but very tasty! I ordered the huevos rancheros! This dish was done very well! The tortillas are homemade and the eggs were cooked to perfection! A very good dish!!' My spouse ordered gluten free pancakes with chocolate chips. She said that she would give them a 4.5/5 and thought the batter was corn based. Overall, very solid breakfast! We will return!

Looking for a brunchie spot on the north side??? I was hesitant bc Southern seafood and just coming back from the Gulf, I was not thrilled to try Midwest seafood... but who knew?!?! Located right off Municipal Dr in Fishers, plenty of accessible parking w a garage across the street and parking in the square. Little iron tables outside would be perfect for a spring/ summer day! An extensive menu w NA and 1/2 price mimosas (12-2) EVERYDAY! Roberto was incredibly kind, offering biscuits beignets w a marmalade which was tasty!!! The crispy ends were delicious! Snagged the crab cake Benedict and the seasonal Maple spice NA!!! I recommend !!! We will be back! Hope our server, Roberto will be there too!

I recently tried another broken egg cafe. We ordered pancakes, waffles, beignets with side of eggs, bacon and sausage. The server was nice and friendly, it was quick and efficient. The ambiance was calm and family friendly. Would recommend this establishment if you are around the area.

My husband, sister, and brother-in-law stopped in here for a late breakfast after spending a couple of hours at Top Golf a few weekends ago. We had a bit of a wait to be seated on a Sunday afternoon, but it was worth it! It was packed and they were efficiently moving customers in and out. There is a small waiting area inside, but it was raining when we first arrived and the inside was too full, so we did have to hangout in the rain a bit because there isn't an awning to stand under. We were seated in a roomy, comfortable booth and our drinks came out fast. Their Columbian blend coffee was great. My sister really enjoyed her seasonal iced latte, but I cannot remember what it was called. And you can never go wrong with a mimosa! Our food came out and was fresh and delicious. We all shared the bourbon street pancakes as a little sweet treat since we all chose savory entrees. It is a delightful little breakfast spot in a cute shopping area of Fishers with little shops. The area is very walkable, but it looked like a lot of nearby places were closed since it was a Sunday, so it would probably be more fun to visit the area on a Saturday. We would all come back here again.

I had high hopes for Another Broken Egg Cafe, but spending $30 on a single, subpar meal was not what I expected. In true Yelp Elite fashion, I previewed the menu before coming in for breakfast, and I knew I wanted to try one of the cafe's signature mocktails. I was planning on getting the strawberry spritzer, but at the last minute, I changed my mind and ordered the seasonal blackberry smash. I definitely should've stuck with my first choice, because while the blackberry mocktail looked pretty, it was extremely sour and not refreshing at all. It was supposed to be mixed with ginger ale, but my drink was flat. Definitely not worth the $5.99 price tag. For breakfast, I ordered the strawberry pound cake French toast, and what I was served looked nothing like the photo on the website. I was disappointed because my food was cold and the French toast was very bland. It was served with a side of cheesy scrambled eggs and 2 bacon strips, which made the $14.99 price tag a little more reasonable. However, I could get pretty much the exact same meal at Perkins for a fraction of the price. My friend got the shrimp and grits, and for a restaurant that's supposed to be known for southern-style dishes, the shrimp and grits was a total let down. It was served like a stew in a brown broth, and there was so much melted cheese that it completely overpowered the dish. This is another item on the menu that is not worth the money. In the end, my breakfast came out to $30.29 (including tip) for ONE plate of French toast and ONE drink. This is absurdly expensive, and quite frankly, not worth the money, and I do not think I will be returning to Another Broken Egg Cafe.

Stopped here for breakfast one day after a trail walk with my dog. I called first to make sure she'd be allowed outside on the patio. The tables and patio space were clean and well shaded. Our waitress was attentive and overall the coffee and food were good. Our pancakes were really dry though, so the waitress was kind enough to have them removed from the bill.

Holy wow! What a great spot & early AM Sunday and no wait? Maybe I shouldn't tell you how awesome this place is ;) My friend had a hot coffee while I opted for a very flavorful (and spicy) Bloody Mary. YUM. Then we he food, the foooood. One of my favs!!!! My broke best friend and I decided to have brunch after her orthodontist appointment. The host was so friendly and got us seated pretty quickly. Half order of beignets, Mardi gras omelette, and the lobster and city grits (lobster on the side, shellfish allergy) all exceeded expectations. Emily was our server and she was great. Get the city grits! We've come several times honestly it's usually because I'm craving their city grits. We also quite enjoy their omelettes with cream cheese in the middle that really takes them over the top. I personally love the Floridian with crab and cheese on top. So good! The service is always friendly. They do have a small patio area during warmer months. You can also buy their cute ceramic mugs. The ABE Bloody Mary is also quite delicious. They have other varieties with interesting ingredients also if you're more adventurous than I am. read more

I highly recommend this place for brunch. It's a little smaller but it doesn't feel cramped. The food was amazing! I ordered the custard French toast with a side of chicken sausage and eggs. The food was really flavorful and well balanced, not too sweet or too salty. The chicken and waffle also got a positive review. We got the Lemon Bluberry mimosa pitcher. It wasn't a large pitcher, but the mimosas were really strong and tasty. Also a special shout-out to our server Holly. She was really nice and brought me some complimentary beignets since it was my first time there, and they were fantastic! The only con is they don't have straws. It seems like something that can be easily fixed and is necessary today. But overall still an amazing experience! read more

My downgrade of 1 star has nothing to do with the food or the waitresses. It has to do with the male manager. I don't know his name because whenever he's making his rounds to check on tables he has NEVER stopped by mine. This has happened more than once. This past visit, the table I was sitting at had a group at the table across from me and my friend. He walked between our tables, went to the couple against the wall, walked through us again and went to another table. I never said anything about it before because with today's environment "we're" always said to be overreacting. In this case, the lady at the other table took notice to it as well. We both looked at him as he passed our table to the next. We looked at each other and I said to her "yup I noticed it to". The waitress we had was amazing and even told me about punch cards, still didn't get one, that I never knew about. The owner who responded to my initial review seems great so I'll continue to go here. My friend and I go here at least once or twice a month to catch up and get great brunch and mimosas. read more

We were just at this store. We registered at 11 00 am and were informed it would be 30 minutes for a table. When we arrived 4 boys were at the register, with no idea how to address customers. They were having too much fun fooling around. We asked after 45 minutes I'd our table was ready. They said only outside, which I stated we wanted inside. After another 10 minutes we left. Will no longer go to your restaurants. You had very incompetent employees on staff today. The manager should know this. read more

Pretty poor food for a Mother's Day breakfast. Order of eggs bene were not done as ordered and sent back only to be reserved much later the same way. Pancakes were not quite McDonald's hot cakes quality - definitely seemed microwaved. The two slices of bacon were excellent - high point of the meal. Service was not great - she dropped the food off but then disappeared for a while. Overall not a great experience for the cost. read more

Stopped by here on our way to the Colts game. It was a great idea! We were greeted by a pleasant hostess and served by Anthony. He took his time with us and explained a lot about the restaurant, and the feature items they offered. The portions are plentiful! We took our leftovers with us. I would suggest if you are not one to like your food on the spicy side, to be very selective what you order. A little bit of spice did not bother us at all! We will be sure to return! read more

Me and my fiancé have both been here before and both remembered a pretty decent experience. Today our server was so kind. But the food was subpar, although the food looked good it wasn't great. My fiancés biscuits and gravy were so thick it literally just stayed on your fork when you turned it over. And I got the cinnamon French toast which looked delicious but didn't have much flavor. Eggs Benedict.... It's my go to and Another Broken Egg gets it right! The Crab Cake Benedict is where it's at. You get the traditional English muffins with poached eggs (cooked perfectly) and an andouille-infused hollandaise sauce. What really makes this dish stand out were the huge crab cakes. They were packed full of flavor, tender, and moist. I also got to try the Blueberry Bread French Toast. Yeah! You read that correctly... Blueberry Bread... I know, right?! Almond encrusted blueberry bread, topped with strawberry butter, blueberries, and powdered sugar. The balance of flavors was amazing. Not too sweet and still fresh. And I can't forget the heavenly sausage patties. Holy Moses y'all.... I don't know what they put in those patties but hands down the BEST (and I emphasize BEST) sausage I've ever had! read more

This is one of the best brunch places I've been to in the Indy area! Good food, friendly staff, and a nice atmosphere for a decent price. If you order something sweet like pancakes or French toast, it often comes with a size of eggs and sausage or bacon (while other places would have you pay extra). We went around 12:45 on a Saturday, and the brunch "peak" was over so we did not have to wait for a table. read more

Made my first visit here this morning and it was such a delight! We were greeted by friendly smiles and my eye caught the display of handmade coffee mugs directly behind the hostess table. Our waitress was extremely kind and after she found out it was our first visit, she went through the menu and made a few recommendations. I ordered the Hey Lucy Omelette and to say it was delicious is an understatement. After living in the southwest for 13 years I've never come across good chorizo in Indiana until this morning. It was very flavorful! The potatoes that accompanied my dish were crispy and also perfectly seasoned. A great place to start your day off on the right foot. read more

My husband and I were very excited to try this place out. We've been wanting to try this place for a while and when we did we enjoyed it. The service was excellent! Our server Marco was so helpful and friendly! He knew it was our first time so he gave us beignets on the house! It was so sweet! They did forget to give us silverware and we decided not to ask for them because our dishes came with small spoons, but we still didn't have any napkins. Overall this place gives a little twist on traditional breakfast and definitely will come back, but not life changing. My husband got the Lobster & Brie Omelette and it was good. No complaints, but not amazing. I got the Bacquezo Omelette with white toast and city grits. The Omelette had a Mexican twist, which wasn't what I was expecting. The taste was great, but after a couple of bites it became a little heavy. The city grits were great to balance it out. The Beignets were excellent. They were small but they were delicious. Went here for brunch on a Sunday morning around 10am and were first timers. We were lucky and got sat right away! We had no intentions of drinking, but our waitress, Caroline, sold us in the local brewery's IPA and bellini, so we couldn't pass it up! Caroline was a great waitress & extremely knowledgeable about the menu. My boyfriend was extra hungry, so we order the cinnamon roll french toast as an *appetizer*. It did not disappoint! So delicious and and must try! For our actual meals, he had the turkey mozzarella panini with potatoes and I had the regular eggs Benedict with potatoes. Both were equally delicious. Normally I'm not one to post reviews, but I love reading them. My experience at Another Broken Egg Cafe made me want to leave a review. My waitress, Lexie, made my experience go from good to great. She was so sweet, and made plenty of really good suggestions. I had the boozy salted caramel cold brew, beignets, bacquezo omelet, and city grits. All of it was absolutely amazing. I chose a biscuit as my bread and that was just mediocre, however there was so much other food that I wouldn't have missed the biscuit anyways. Being from central Illinois, I'm not sure when I'll be back to Indy, but if I'm here for breakfast I'll definitely be coming back to Another Broken Egg read more

I hate grits! Never liked them sweet, buttery, or savory. That being said, do yourself the favor and get the Shrimp n grits! Possible the best item on the menu! The andouille sauce is crazy good. After having to reschedule coming here on my birthday weekend I was glad I finally got to come out and experience Another Broken Egg. I was greeted warmly when I arrived and despite it being a busy Sunday the wait was relatively short. The music selections added to the lively and family friendly ambience of the cafe. Our server was very helpful, timely, and anticipated our needs before we had to ask (which is a huge plus in my book). The menu has a nice balance of savory and sweet as well as traditional breakfast items and new creations while staying true to their southern inspired roots. I opted for the Mardi Gras omelette which was amazing and opted for the breakfast potatoes which were seasoned to perfection! If you are ever in the Nickel Plate District this is a great brunch location for couples and families alike. This is most definitely not "just another brunch spot". read more

The burger was huge. We all agreed the food was "good" but we wouldn't add it to our list of must haves next time we are in town. This place is an enclosed porch kind of setting so if it's really cold I'd bring a jacket but this place stays packed both times I've been here. They have a bball goal for the kids, cornhole and the outside seating is dog friendly.

Service was attentive and friendly, and there's plenty of free parking since it's in a plaza. My only 2 critiques is 1) that the side salad was very small, and entrées priced around $20 only come with either soup or salad instead of both. 2) They do not have the green low sodium soy sauce. If they were to make these adjustments, it would easily be a 5-star spot for me. All in all, a great experience and I'd happily come back next time I'm in town!

This is the breakfast place to go in the Indianapolis area. There are several things I'd like to point out in my review that just knocked my socks off. First, the service. My girlfriend and I had more visits from our waitress Corris than we could count, and we were blown away by her vivacious, free spirited description of the menu (it should have concluded with a standing ovation from the entire restaurant). Second, my girlfriend is on a Whole 30 diet, and she can't have dairy, grains, or sugar, so she made several modifications to her salmon dish to ensure it's Whole 30ness. Usually, making alterations to a dish is like walking through murky waters, but at this cafe, their chef is like none other. His name is Dominick, and he came out to see how he could help. He decided that he was going to make a special sauce just for my girlfriend going above and beyond what we expected. It was delicious, and we were amazed by the attention to detail and willingness to accommodate! Lastly, the food. It was spot on. We were given free beignets with an orange zest honey drizzle. It was to die for. I got the classic chicken biscuit with gravy on it, and it tasted like a southern charm bomb exploded in my mouth. All I got to say is this place is great! We were visiting from out of town for a concert and chose to have breakfast here on the way home. My husband has a lot of food restrictions (gluten free, dairy issues) and my friend who we were traveling with has allergies to pork. They were very accommodating and the waitress was top notch. We were greeted immediately and asked if we had been there before. When we replied no, she went through and highlighted some of her favorite items on the menu and made recommendations. What a fabulous breakfast experience! Corris was likely the best waitress we have ever had dining out! She was charming, conscientious and professional. Had a fantastic breakfast with my daughter there. Sheena was our server and did an amazing job! We got to sit on the patio and enjoy the sunshine before taking a short walk over to the Fishers farmers market! We both had the veggie omelet delight with some fresh fruit! The fruit was fresh cut strawberries, mangos and blueberries... possibly pineapple also but I don't remember because it was so delicious and I inhaled it in like 2 minutes. The manager Corbin came over to check on us to make sure that our breakfast was awesome. Puppies were allowed on the patio also and they were all so well behaved! I love it when places allow this! My daughter and I had breakfast here recently. I was not disappointed after having previously read some of the reviews left by some patrons dining there. Upon arrival and seating, we were greeted by the delightful and bubbly Corris. Her smile and attentiveness are truly genuine and speaks to why there are returning patrons. Our meals were both appealing to the eye and our appetites. I hail from the South and even I was impressed by their grits. Prior to leaving, we received a personal visit by management to our table. First time in eating here ND our waiter was Corris.... oh my goodness. She was amazing!! She gave the best service I have ever experienced anywhere. Our party wanted to take her everywhere ee went. First time at Another broken egg cafe in fishers, the kids and I had the best experience. First off we sat outside in the patio,Jaren was our server. She had great suggestions and suggested the lemonade blueberry mimosa. My son had bourbon street pancakes which comes with eggs and a protein, my daughter had chocolate chip pancakes (from the kids menu ) which also comes with eggs and protein, I had the hey lucky omelette with loaded potatoes. We went on a busy Saturday right after visiting the Farmers Market. We were seated immediately and greeted by the sweetest server Linnea. Not only was the food exceptional but Linnea was professional and kind and service was top notch. The manager stopped by to chat and we were told it was Linnea's first week. Every time I come I have good service but today I had the best service that I've experienced in a while. Darlene took care of me. We've been to this location several times and it's definitely a family favorite for breakfast! The menu items are different and delicious, it's very hard to choose between all the great options. Our service was fast everything came out hot and just as we had ordered. The staff catered to our kids with pictures to color, extra crayons and gave them yogurt which is a bonus!! Our waitress Kaci was fun and very energetic. Couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. I even taught her how to say Wisconsin with an i and not an e instead of wesconsin.
