I am a big fan of diners and breakfast. So when my wife accepted my invitation to go eat and she said for me to pick a place, I knew she liked Lincoln Square Pancake House but to put a little twist on it, I picked a different location than we usually go to. Unfortunately, I wish I hadn't. Maybe my expectations were set to high because of the regular place, but my wife is a great cook and always makes sure my food is just right and the way I like it so it bothers me when she goes to eat somewhere they don't fix the food to her liking. I informed the server that her taco salad was wet at the bottom of the taco shell to the point she poured a small puddle (about 3-4" round) in a saucer. After showing him this he wanted to explain where it came from: the wet lettuce. Even if the food is bad or service is bad, I never like to say I'm not paying for this and my wife knows it. But instead of him trying to remedy it, we found ourselves suggesting a fix. Also with breakfast I like a few cups of coffee but I had to ask a different server to get a refill for me. Like I've said before, good service can hide a multitude of faults, but bad service exposes everything. I don't think I will be returning to this location. I like the Lincoln Square chain, but I wouldn't want to risk our quality time and have another mid to ok experience.

Terrible tenderloin, it was burnt, chewy, and pounded paper thin

I normally love Lincoln Square and have never had an issue at the Shadeland location. I was excited to try this newer location but it was one and done for me. I will say that our waitress was very sweet the entire visit. The broccoli cheddar soup we started with was pretty good, but the downtown location makes it much, much better. The one today had a thick potato-base, which wasn't bad but very different. The fresh squeezed OJ is great but it was unfortunately warm, still good so we didn't complain. My breaded tenderloin came out grilled but the kitchen staff member who brought it out said he'd bring the right one right back out. Unfortunately this took another 20+ minutes and it came out terrible. It was very over-fried, burnt, super crisp, and the meat was pounded paper thin. It was so hard to cut in half with a serrated knife and then almost impossible to chew. Luckily the fresh fruit cup was great (mix of pineapple, blueberries, grapes, honeydew, strawberries, cantaloupe). I wish it wasn't almost $3 extra since it's already a side option, but the meals are overall well-priced here. While waiting on my food, my spouse had enough time to finish his entire large entree salad. Although it was a huge portion with some fresh toppings, the lettuce had a lot of brown pieces. At the bottom of the bowl was a big puddle of water. We are glad the lettuce was washed but wish it hadn't been served soaked. The manager came over after she noticed me picking at my tenderloin, trying to find some edible bites. I explained that I was grateful it was remade, and how I've had it before at other locations and it was delicious, but this time it's almost inedible. She said it shouldn't look like that, asked if I wanted another one, but then immediately said, "You probably don't want to wait on a third one?" I agreed. She said she'd take care of the charge. The waitress brought our bill, said my meal was comped by the manager, but although the tenderloin said "Comped" next to it, it was still full price. We were both confused so she said she'd have her manager fix it. The manager came back and said, almost sarcastically, with a huge smile on her face, "You're getting a discount, I'm sorry your sandwich was so bad." She literally took $2 off the entire bill, so I still paid over $15 for an inedible main entree. I could tell how embarrassed our waitress was so she still got a great tip but that manager was a joke. How seriously unprofessional... My naturally always optimist spouse said, "Wow, I am appalled..." If you want great food that's still a great price, avoid this location and head to Lincoln Square on 7381 Shadeland Ave.

New location for us but same top tier food and service! We know we never can go wrong with a trip to Lincoln! So happy that this one opened up even closer to our house. Food tastes just as amazing as always, plenty of space everywhere & friendly faces!

10-19-25 Friend & I went early Sunday morning. Got in at good time before they got too busy. She had a build your own omelet and I had the hammy sammy -- one of my favorite's. Had half left over for lunch later in the day, too. #yum #ReviewsByRL

Lincoln Square has been one of my favorite brunch spots for as long as I can remember, so I was so happy to try this new location! They have the great family-oriented, casual vibe, extensive menu, and friendly service as the Oaklandon Rd. location, but this location is even more spacious, plus there's a heated patio! I had the cinnamon roll pancakes, which I've never seen on the menu at my regular location. They were absolutely delicious, especially with the little crispy pearls of cinnamon-sugar baked in and mixed with the cinnamon butter! Our only problem with the meal was that we ordered my sister's wrap without tomatoes, but there were tomatoes on it. Not a huge deal considering she just doesn't like them; it's not like she's allergic to them or anything. Just a little inconvenient. I can't wait to come back to this location the next time I'm in this area! PS: for all the diet Dr. Pepper lovers out there (myself included) this Lincoln Square location is one of the very few restaurants in N. Indy that serves diet Dr Pepper!!

I don't know how it has taken me so long to do a review for here because since it has opened, this has probably been the restaurant my family has visited the most anywhere. We have came for breakfast and brought different people many times. It is somewhat of a chain, but you feel like you're at a small family stop. The food is always great and very quick to come out. The cost is fairly reasonable for most items. The staff is great and you can tell the are happy and work hard! The space is nice, and usually can get a seat pretty quickly. They now have a really nice patio with fans and covers for cold weather. Overall, this is a great option for a quick breakfast option in fishers!

We were heading to another brunch place off of 116th St, not realizing it was in a manufactured pretentious area with horrible parking. So we turned around and headed back to 96th st and Lincoln Square. Non pretentious food and ample parking. Food was great. Pancake platter and an omelette with crispy potatoes. Service was good and the restaurant looks clean.

We ordered waffles and a skillet, and I was pleased to find that our server was both courteous and professional. The food exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. Additionally, the ambiance of the restaurant was calm and relaxing, contributing to an enjoyable dining experience. I would highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a great local dining option.

Newly opened! Grabbed brunch here & the food was amazing! Menu had many options including breakfast & lunch. Service was very quick and our waiter was very nice and patient. Very spacious and plenty of seats. Will be back for sure! Had the West coast omelette (amazing) & biscuits and gravy omelette. Which was really good as well, something new to try!

2 Diet Pepsi's cost $6.38??? Love this place, but c'mon, really?!?

So happy we have a Lincoln Square Pancake House near us now! On our first visit to this location, we visited on an early Sunday morning. We were promptly greeted and seated in a comfy booth. We enjoyed a Meat Lovers Scramble, The Alex Skillet, and a large order of Biscuits & Gravy. Loved nearly everything -- if you're a stickler for true, peppery & savory Hoosier sausage gravy, this may miss the mark for you, but the biscuits are amazing, especially with their homemade jam. I'd 100% recommend the The Alex Skillet -- enough to savor and share, for certain! As a nit, I have to take issue with the price they charge for fountain soda -- $6.38 for two Diet Pepsi's?? As a former restaurant owner, I'm well aware of the markup on soda, but geezzz, that's a bit much. We did appreciate a visit to our booth from the manager/owner during our visit. We'll absolutely return, but will likely opt for full to-go sodas next time to feel like we got our money's worth on drinks.

The gumbo was chocked full of seafood and the salad had the most delightful jalapeño vinaigrette. It usually comes with honey mustard but they were out. Happy mistake. That dressing was soooooo good! Honestly, I don't think I've ever enjoyed a salad dressing more. The only thing better than the food was the service. Sydney... "like Australia," as she introduced herself was attentive, personable, and made the experience memorable. I returned a few days later for Sunday brunch and ordered what I thought would be a larger salad. Unfortunately, it missed the mark - completely. There simply weren't enough greens to justify calling it a salad. On this visit, the service was noticeably slower. Our orders arrived at different times, some items were incorrect, and we were initially charged for things we didn't order. Thankfully, everything was addressed once we reviewed the bill. So, yeah.... We'll be back... ideally when Sydney is behind the bar! Give that girl a raise!

My husband had the Morning Plate with pancakes, bacon and an egg. The thick sliced bacon is awesome with a ton of flavor and certainly memorable. He devoured the pancakes after drowning them in a cup of syrup. He enjoyed his breakfast lunch. My husband's coffee stayed full. The dining room is filled with booths that are comfortable for the most part. There is a 90's country vibe inside with stained glass and lots of green. I imagine people come in to drink coffee and gab. The only thing that I will call out was the host, who unwelcoming and definitely board with his job. I usually don't single out bad service, but this guy really sets a bad tone for the place. The restrooms are nice and clean. There's plenty of parking in the shared strip mall lot. The lot is a little dangerous as you half to walk across traffic to get into the restaurant.
