We were between flights back home and stopped here instead of sitting in the airport. It was Easter Sunday but they were open and were able to quickly take our party of 6. We ordered the beignets for the table as our starter. They came out quickly and were delicious and sweet. I ordered the Mardi Gras omelette and my wife and kids ordered the eggs Benedict and waffles. Food was delivered quickly and everyone said their breakfast was delicious! I especially liked my omelette and adding the house pepper sauce made it nice and spicy! Corey our server was very attentive and friendly and did an excellent job keeping our coffee filled. If I had any negative feedback, the place was very loud given the big Easter crowd. Went to this location after church for brunch! As soon as we got there round 10:45 there was a huge crowd outside. Make sure you join the waitlist cause I don't because it's Sunday but it was busy. We waited for about 45 mins to be seated. Our waitress was ok, wasn't that crazy inside and they had some chill R&B music playing setting the ambiance. WORTH THE HYPE! My aunt and I came at like 1ish on a Wednesday afternoon. There wasn't too many people there, but it definitely wasn't dead. We were told the weight would be 20 min, but it was more like 10 which was nice. Mariana, our server, was AMAZING! Great knowledge of the menu and real about everything. We had the lobster hash benedict, a side crabcake, and the Hey Lucy! Omelette. Everything was TO DIE FOR!! My aunt would not stop raving about how every bite of the lobster hash was so delicious. If you're going to go here, it's going to be a large portion of your day. Don't come if you're in a rush or are already hungry. You're going to have to wait a long time, no matter the time of day or day of the week. And it doesn't seem to matter how many tables are available. We've tried to come on a Saturday before and it's always a 2-hour wait so we go somewhere else instead. Today we went on a Friday at 11:30 and were told it would be a 30-minute wait. That's not too bad, so we decided to stay. We were a party of 2, the easiest kind to sit, and there were at least 6 empty tables. I don't know why no one was being seated at those tables. They weren't held for reservations because the restaurant doesn't take reservations. So we waited. It ended up being a 50-minute wait. Those same 6 tables were empty throughout that wait. Plus there's an additional outside seating section that wasn't opened. I guess they only open it when the restaurant is really busy, though I can't fathom how a 50-minute wait isn't busy enough to open more seating. We watched a lot of people on the waitlist give up and go somewhere else and many other people hear the wait time and decide to go somewhere else. I guess Broken Egg doesn't mind losing that business. To be honest, I think they WANT everyone to have a long wait, thinking that people will assume long waits must mean the food is amazing. So is it? Well, after we were finally seated, it took another 20 minutes to get our food. I got the Mardi Gras omelet and my wife got the crab cake eggs Benedict. Both were good but not amazing enough to justify the wait. I don't think we'll come back. There are other restaurants in town with good breakfast with a much shorter wait. And I can't justify waiting that long for food, especially when the restaurant actually has tables for us right away. read more

I've come to Another Broken Egg a handful of times and each time is always a morning treat. This was my first time at this location, on my way home from a long road trip with the family. I ordered the chicken biscuit in gravy with over medium eggs and it was perfect. I loved how the gravy made the biscuit warm and homey. Their fried chicken is so good too. So paired with the gravy it made my tummy happy indeed. My sweet tooth lover boys (including the hubby) got the pancakes, cinnamon roll French toast, and pumpkin spice pancakes. As you can imagine nothing but chewing and happiness happened throughout. I myself am not a big a fan of sweet but tried the cinnamon french toast and do approve. It's very light and whose not a cinnamon lover. For some reason they don't have many hot drinks besides coffee or hot choc and the potatoes are usually cold but that's the only small downsides I can think of. Service is always friendly and welcoming so this spot takes the cake for brunch for us. read more

Drinks: Delicious. I had a lemon blueberry mimosa and it was awesome, highly recommend, however I do wish it was colder. My wife had a raspberry iced tea and if you enjoy sweet tea, this is your drink, fantastic! Food: For my entree I ordered a specialty entree, the Eggs Blackstone Benedict and it was delicious, definitely try it out. My wife ordered the Southern Chicken Sandwich, grilled and with garlic aioli, which was very delicious however it took a while since the server had the wrong entree. Came here a couple weeks ago and loved it. I'm newly gluten free so it was my first time actually getting a separate GF menu. Great options and good portions. I got the pancakes and they were bomb. I was a little bummed that I couldn't get the side of potatoes (due to cross contamination) but overall it was a great meal! My wife and I had one of those random days off of work where we didn't actually have anything we needed to do. We just spent the day together and have brunch. We're still very COVID-cautious so we wanted to try to eat outside. As we pulled up it started pouring rain. That was out. We decided to get it To Go and take it to nearby Airport Lakes Park. We placed our order and it gave us a very reasonable 15-20 minutes pickup time. My wife went in the pickup door after 15 minutes and proceeded to wait for almost 20 more minutes. She had a few people stop and ask her what she was waiting on, but they didn't actually help her. She said that 2 different servers asked her (meaning she didn't stop them, they were proactively trying to help) and said they'd look into it, but grabbed something and went right back out on the floor. She described it as useless helpfulness. They were kind and very interested in helping her and then didn't actually help her. I texted her to see what was happening and she said finally grabbed someone who looked in charge and they told her 10 more minutes, which was likely a stock answer and not a real answer. About 1 minute after that someone handed her a bag of food. But it wasn't all of the food, so she still had to wait a bit more for the 2nd piece. The food was pretty good, but actually getting our food dominated the visit. The packaging was pretty good, as well. On a fun note... thanks to all the time I spent in the parking lot in front of the exit, I've 100% identified their typical client base for a midweek brunch... a few random tourist families before their flight home and tons of mom groups. The sheer number of minivans in the lot was insane. You'd see 3-5 ladies come out and split up to their respective 3-5 minivans. They looked happy. Maybe eating in is a better experience, but eating out wasn't. read more
