One of my favorite for family dinner!! The mandatory appetizer is Avocado eggrolls! I love the creaminess from avocado blends with tanginess from sun dried tomatoes is perfect!! I got chicken Madeira with mashed potatoes and grilled corn. It always on point. The corn also has smokiness and buttery flavors on it!! We also order their new menu of Peruvian Chicken bowl. The portion is big. It has grill chicken, black beans, rice, salsa, and white rice. It also has sweet plantain. For the kids meal, we order cheese flatbread and chicken tender. The waiting time is surprisingly not long. Only 20 minutes for Sunday night. The service is fast and food came so quickly. The interior is very nice, the seating is very comfortable and warm atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and tentative! Definitely recommend it and will be back when we come visit! read more

It's been a while since I visited this location. I stopped to check out their Happy Hour Menu. It's located in the Millenia Mall and it can be accessed from the mall and the parking lot. It's always a busy place and reservations are recommend. It's a traditional Cheesecake Factory decor. I found open sitting at the bar right away. I was greeted right away. I started with a Margarita on the rocks with salt. I love it's made with fresh lime. I don't enjoy margarita mix. Bread and butter is served before you order. The bread is delicious. The 3 star rating is for my overall experience. The bartender, Asriel M, was absolutely amazing and provided excellent customer service. 5 stars for her. She responded promptly with every curb ball the kitchen threw her way. I ordered the Roadside Sliders with cheese. They were served without cheese. She took them back right away. As I waited for those to come back, I ordered the Calamari and another margarita. I continued to enjoy the bread. The sliders came back with cheese. They were good. I got to my last slider and the calamari was still not out of the kitchen. I requested to cancel it since it took too long. Asriel apologized and took them out of my bill. I usually avoid this area, especially on the weekends because the foot traffic and regular traffic is always insane. Today I was craving a Georgia peach (delicious) so I braved the area. It was still a little busy but not terrible. I was here close to 12:30 pm. The atmosphere is that of a typical Cheesecake Factory. Surprisingly, I was seated pretty quickly. The server was kind, pleasant and quickly took my drink order. That was the only thing that happened quickly. It was forever to return with the bread service and drink, then to return to take my order, then for the order to come out. I'm pretty sure that table filled fast, so I'm not blaming my waitress. We arrived around 12p and had about a 5 min wait. The service was phenomenal. We were greeted promptly with service and bread. The menu is extensive but our server was patient and explained the top menu items . I ordered the Georgia peach and it was refreshing. The Louisiana chicken pasta was so good. I substituted for the angel hair noodles , and it was great choice. The ambiance was nice, you're seated fairly close to other families but you can still enjoy your meal in peace. Once we got to the front of the line, we gave our information and our food was promptly brought out to us. The staff was polite and willingly separated the order in separate bags and placed additional utensils as needed. We had the Crab Wontons, Brussel Sprouts, Fresh Grilled Salmon (with the Broccoli, no Mashed Potatoes), Tropical Ginger Cooler, and a Fresh Strawberry Cheesecake. The Crab Wontons were crispy. Cheesecake Factory has always been a staple. They have such a variety of food selections and an even wider variety of cheesecake and other dessert options, that you are sure to find something that tickles your fancy! While all the CF locations tend to be fairly busy at any given point of the day, the service is usually pretty good. The staff are always kind and helpful (and super accommodating if you are there with a larger party). The overall vibe of CF is definitely family oriented but vibrant. There's always some type of bustling and chatter about, that you really get the sense that the families and people there truly enjoy each other's company. I will make note, that while they are accommodating for larger parties, do expect a longer wait time if you are a party over 6 to 8 people. Just a heads up. Nonetheless, you can't go wrong with Cheesecake Factory. They have good lunch specials and various other deals - especially if you order through their app. Price points are standard. Parking can get tricky pending the location but usually there is always parking - you just may have to walk a bit. I'm not sure if it's every cheesecake factory in Orlando here, but the service is just not great! They always seem very busy, flustered and almost like they are just trying to catch their breath. We visited here on Saturday evening for dinner with my family. We were a large party of 10 and they only provided one server. I feel like they should've added another to help him out. Anyhow, the food was decent although the chicken in the chicken piccata didn't seem cooked so I just left that piece. No one ever came back to check on us when we got our food as our server was busy. I wish things were different here, and I would probably eat here more, but their cheesecakes are awesome! There are only three restrooms for the women and they are always filthy. One of them had no toilet paper so I will just leave that comment as is. I'm not sure how people were coming and going in that particular stall. His sliders were well made and the presentation was good. I ordered the fish tacos. My meal was lacking flavor in the tacos and the rice was lacking salt. I know that that can be based on our individual preferences for salt so that's not a big deal. However the fish tacos needed a bit more salsa or spice. I had seen a few YouTubers trying the Cheesecake Factory's small bites menu and was intrigued. Once we entered we were seated immediately and the table we sat at had a nice festive view of the Millenia Mall Christmas Tree. We ordered the Meatball Sliders, Crispy Rice Cakes with Crab, and shared a Carnitas Bowl. The sliders were delicious and the pesto was a nice extra touch to a typical slider. The rice cakes were delectable, crisp, and the crab salad worked well with all the flavors. Those two small plates were pretty filling, surprisingly. Then we received our Carnita Bowl and it was completely filled with all the toppings and a good heap of carnita meat. The bowl was really good. There was so much food in that bowl we ate about half and took the rest home. Got seated kind of quickly- we asked for steamed broccoli for our grand baby without seasoning, we had to have them take it back like 2 times to get it soft enough. Sam D. was a great server truly made the whole day. She was amazing, attentive, and helpful. The food was good for the most part, but then I stepped away to use the restroom only to be met with the most foul smell coming from the stalls. I immediately started gagging and vomiting. I ended throwing up my entire meal into the toilet. Being as though I am pregnant, my sense of smell is very strong, but my friend was barely able to tolerate the smell herself. Everyone was upset for me so I asked to speak to a manager, which took over 20 mins. Imagine a modern fusion of ancient Egypt and Greece, with lighting that honestly gave me "Eyes of Sauron" vibes from Lord of the Rings--but in a cool, moody, ambient way. Yes, it gets busy (for good reason), so seating can take a bit and the service can be a little slow at times. It's also a bit loud, so just keep that in mind. There's tons of reviews on this place, so we'll just focus on three menu items. Our appetizer was the Thai lettuce/cabbage wraps with grilled avocados, bean sprouts, cucumber and three lovely sauces. It was amazing because of crispy ingredients and variety of flavors. We shared an entree, the herb crusted salmon, which came hot and with a tasty lemon sauce, six large asparagus spears and a nice helping of mashed potatoes. We recommend it highly. Finally we left room for dessert -- a slice of chocolate/cherry cheesecake slathered in a chocolate syrup and chocolate chunks. All you can say about it was wow! Very disappointed. Only get to go to Cheesecake Factory maybe once a year. One of the severs spilt I glass of red wine on my white outfit from behind. Accidents happen. I tried to get it out in the bathroom to no avail. I had to sit there and eat in a soaked dress. Very uncomfortable. The manager never came over and offered dry cleaning or their apologies. Just an over all very unpleasant situation that could have been avoided if he would have asked if he could have helped. After we paid the over 100 dollar bill we tracked him down and he said he had no idea that it happened. She had told us she told him several times. I also had a pineapple upside down cheesecake which was rich, flavorful, but way too sweet. To drink I had a paradise punch. It was also delicious. I applaud the Cheesecake Factory, because it consistently delivers great food and exemplary service. It had been several years since I've been to this particular location but I couldn't think of a better place to celebrate my birthday. I ordered their "Chicken Madeira". It's one of their most popular chicken dishes! It consists of Sautéed Chicken Breast, topped with Fresh Asparagus and Melted Mozzarella Cheese. Finally, it's covered with Fresh Mushroom Madeira Sauce and Served with Mashed Potatoes ($27.50). It came out fresh and hot. I don't believe I've ever had better Madeira sauce anywhere. It was excellent! For my drink, I ordered coffee. It was steaming hot and very good! If you don't leave room for dessert, you can always get it "To Go", which is exactly what we did. I chose the Vanilla Bean and it was delicious! Warning, It's Very Rich! Our server was polite and efficient. The inside seating consists of booths and tables with some tables spaced only a couple of feet apart and then having a looong wooden high back bench to accommodate those sitting on that side of the table and then regular chairs for the other person across from them. I'm not really a fan of this type of seating arrangement because it's almost impossible not to pick up on an adjacent tables's conversation. There's also a bar area with a long wooden bar and several high top tables with chairs. It's a very open area setting and it can get pretty loud. Regardless of the seating, I'm going with a solid 5 star rating. Their food is delicious, service is on point, and their prices are competitively priced. This one is located in the Mall at Millenia. The absolute slowest, most apathetic service I have experienced at any CF visit, in any state, at any time. We were there for a total of 2 hours and it took 20 mins to receive drinks, another 15 mins for server to return for our order, 45 mins to receive our food (that's an absurd ticket time for 3 meals), another 20 mins after we finished eating to receive our check. At one point, when the food wait was getting long, our server (he was forgettable) came back and said he was "waiting on a salad and tacos." Funny enough, the items we were supposedly waiting on were the first to come out. Meanwhile, my daughter was the last to receive her kids quesadilla- a huge no-no - for another 10 mins after the 1st 2 items were delivered. We had to ask multiple times for items including drink refills and extra napkins. It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this location to anyone. read more

I like several menu items from TCF so I'm no stranger to dining at multiple locations across the country. They have an extensive menu but they have freshly prepared foods, large portions, and they have a nice bar. Their oat bread is really nice warm and with warm butter and helps to hold you over before the food is served. Tonight, we visited the Millenia Mall location after a day at Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. Our hotel is next door so we opted for takeout so we can kick our feet up and enjoy the meal in our room. I ordered Orange Shrimp (no rice), my kid ordered the Baja Bowl, my husband ordered a Caesar Salad. Unfortunately, I didn't get pics of their food. However, I did check the order before leaving and I knew my shrimp looked different than usual but everyone was tired and I didn't want to send it back so I accepted it. When I got to the hotel (LITERALLY ALMOST ATTACHED TO THE MALL) I opened the container and realized the food was cold. No problem though, I have a kitchen at the hotel so I heated it in a pan but honestly, I have ordered Orange Shrimp a ton of times and it's usually for a crisp outer layer, breaded and deep fried and then tossed in the orange sauce. My shrimp breading was barely there, wet and super soggy and I was not happy about that because this is the very first time I've had soggy fried shrimp from TCF. It was SUPER SOGGY on the outside and the orange sauce was almost too loose...like watery. I pan seared it to kinda create a sticky coating instead and it was much better this way. I save it myself. It was pretty good...a little too wet, not crispy at all but a tad bit sticky and the flavor was there. I had it with fresh broccoli instead of rice. The broccoli was steamed firm and crisp and PERFECT. I added a little hot butter, salt and pepper and it was delicious. This CF is located within the Millennia Mall but has outside access. My daughter loved her bowl. It was a LOT of food in that bowl and I was astounded at how heavy the container was when I handed it to her. It's the Cheesecake Factory, not a Michelin star restaurant. Went in for a quick dinner after an evening movie. Wanted to try something from their newer menu. I went with the Peruvian chicken bowl and the fiancé opted for the Kashu chicken bowl. Her chicken had a great crunch and flavor to it, but that was all I tried as I have a sesame seed allergy and they were sprinkled everywhere else. My Peruvian chicken though... BOMB (the good bomb). It was really well seasoned, not overly salty, the beans maybe could have used some seasoning, but they weren't bad. The maduros were cooked great. They had a light crisp on the outside but were soft and sweet inside. The serving size was a lot. I took food home with me for lunch the next day, but not complaining. Service was great, we got regular refills and timely communication for our meals. I do have to say that the aesthetics of cheesecake are getting a bit old. This evening I ordered the lighter portion of the Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps and was told it would come with three chicken strips. What I actually received was shocking.... it looked like one chicken strip chopped into three pieces, and all three pieces combined would barely equal the size of a single chicken nugget. Not even joking. Wish I had taken a picture! While the dish was overloaded with vegetables, the protein portion was extremely disappointing and felt very misleading. Six big butter lettuce leaves and three tiny bits of chicken. I brought it to my waiter's attention, and even he seemed confused by how small the portion was. He offered to get a manager, but I didn't feel like going through that process at the time. Does anyone analyze the plates going out first and think "hmmm this doesn't seem right?" We had a great visit to the Cheesecake Factory at the Mall of Millenia! It was packed as usual and so the wait was about 30 minutes. They text you when your table is ready so we could walk around the mall which is great. Thankfully they put us in a back corner ROUND booth which allowed plenty of room out of the way for my wheelchair. Lunch was good but I was seriously disappointed in the half portion of the Thai lettuce wraps. One of my favorite meals but they served a measly 3 little strips of chicken(see photo). For a 20 dollar meal they could at least give you an entire chicken breast but they fill the plate with toppings like carrots and cucumbers. I should have said something but we ere celebrating a birthday of a long time friend and I wasn't going to make it an issue but this needs to be addressed by the kitchen and management. The food was tasty, the restaurant bathrooms accessible but in the middle of the day a total disaster and I did quietly let them know as we were leaving. The cheesecake was Amazing as usual and the kitchen brought out the birthday boys cheesecake with some extra special love which was appreciated. Overall I am being generous wi the 3 stars because for a high volume restaurant such as this they should have these issues addressed and work like a well oiled machine.
