However the store is very spacious so we never had to worry about bumping into others which is nice. The store is organized very well and clean, not just cluttered or throw everywhere. They have so much to look at besides just games too. They had plushies, blind boxes, vinyl soundtracks, and more. The back of the store had plenty of pinball machines, basketball machine, and other fun arcade games too. The prices are generally good as they do have a lot of older games. The employees were busy helping customers and ensuring all questions or concerns were addressed. They were very professional and patient.

I traded in all my stuff and got a decent offer. Could I have hustled on eBay, ran listings, then go to the post office to send stuff off, and made more money, Yes. Did I want to do that? NO. So don't expect that. okay rant over. Overall, the selection was pretty good, I did manage to get a decent trade in value and got myself a new modern console, so that was a win. I also got great customer service, they treated me nicely, and I didn't feel that bad, given what I got. Again, you can go to eBay and list things, and make more money. You don't want to list on eBay, marketplace, and just want to offload? Come here, look around, and maybe you get in-store credit instead of cash, hint... of course they are going to offer you more for in-store credit, and find something you like.

Besides used items, they stocked new third party accessories, soundtrack albums, and gaming related items like toys. Prices are comparable to others locally and online. I found certain used accessories to be less expensive than online comps and picked up an Xbox controller headset adapter yesterday at a good price. I enjoy that both stores have mini gaming museums. My only negative is the large amount of games without original packaging on the shelves. A couple of sections were a sea of white with hand written names. It feels like a lot of filler and not a pleasant browsing experience.
