DO NOT USE THIS CLEANING COMPANY. I just had my second "Deep Clean" from Debra's Cleaning. To start it off they were supposed to arrive at 7am on Saturday. They didn't arrive until 830 without notice. The whole upstairs was not vacuumed or mopped. The showers weren't even TURNED ON! We have a 3 bath and all 3 weren't cleaned. Laundry room was not vacuumed or mopped. Staircase was not vacuumed. This was supposed to be a "deep clean" for 300$. Unfortunately I only took videos of the horrible cleaning job they did. Only had one pic to show proof and Yelp doesn't offer to post videos. Spend your money elsewhere! read more

Finding someone to clean your home is not always easy. I prefer a referral which I received via Facebook. Debra's came highly recommended by several people. Although I could find someone that isn't has pricey... I prefer someone that I can trust, that is consistent and thorough. I hired Debra's Cleaning to do a Deep Clean to start and then scheduled for monthly cleaning. The Deep cleaning was excellent and a whole team arrived to get the job done and done well. I have a met a few of their staff but my favorite is Larry. He is friendly, quick, thorough, pays attention to detail and comes in with a plan but is always flexible if necessary. Pros: 1. Thorough Cleaning every time. 2. My house smells amazing. 3. Having someone clean and take care of my floors and bathrooms and other details does a lot for my well being as both my husband and myself work demanding jobs and care for my aging mother. We clean in between but knowing someone will do a thorough job in between and pay attention to details is a huge blessing! Cons: No set time of arrival can be scheduled requiring me to give up part of my day because I don't know when they will arrive. However, I use that time to work from home. 2. PROS: - Affordable - Staff has always been super nice - They do a good job most of the time CONS: - Never on time (not a huge deal to us bc we are home the entire day when we schedule with them to be here) - Sometimes not everything is cleaned (ex: left one of our beds unmade one time, floors weren't mopped one other time, etc.) - We have been loyal clients who have tipped at least 20% every time for the last year and a half - but they are still extremely hard to get ahold of or book with (poor communication) - They have broken 2 items - a vase and little flower pot - They have not shown up on two occasions.. one time being before an event. Overall, the actual cleaning service itself has been good. The people have been nice.. the problem is the lack of organization, communication, and unreliability. We contacted Debra's cleaning for a deep cleaning service for a family members Christmas gift. I was quoted a price that would include detailed and specific services. When the cleaner arrived and was given areas to clean, the person told him they could not do it and called their manager, which was embarrassing as it was a gift. Then, they failed to perform any deep cleaning services and broke a precious porcelain figurine that cost me $163 to replace. They acknowledged breaking the item and never called to apologize or make the incident right. Instead, they proceeded to email me several times attempting to collect for the deep cleaning service that they didn't even do. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, they didn't return my call, they also never returned my email and have yet to do anything to make it right. All of the one star reviews are what I've experienced. Unprofessional, lack of communication, high turnover so my house was rarely cleaned by the same people, the same way - and was done poorly. Things missed, rushed through, broken... I guess the employees aren't put through any kind of training (like don't use scouring pads on stainless steel... ). The only decent thing that came out of that misfortune was they actually replaced my stovetop. The workers talk about HIGHLY inappropriate things while they're cleaning. I am disappointed that they were a no-show to my service. I reached out asking where they were, and the owner said he will get back to me but never did. They misled me by charging a "deep cleaning" visit for almost $600. After the first visit, they said their rate is $180 which I thought was reasonable. Their first service was not a deep cleaning but more like a regular cleaning. Also, I noticed the owner was on his phone for a long time instead of cleaning. By tricking me to pay $600 upfront in the hopes of lower charges later is misleading and unethical. Also, they kept asking me to leave a review but I told them I don't do reviews after a first visit. They ask questions before assuming things. they go out of their way to make you feel confident, that having strangers clean your house is a pleasant, and safe experience. Lack of professionalism and accountability. My personal property was removed from my home. After 5 days they are finally bringing it back only after threat of law enforcement intervention. I have it all on camera. Scheduling is in constant disarray. No call no shows. They claim to Clean until satisfied but when you send pictures to the owner of things you'd like fixed. They ignore it. Only bright spot is Larry. Crews are constantly being turned over so consistency of product is below average. Employees complain about the owner and the owners business practices. read more

Trust the bad reviews. It takes A LOT for me to leave a bad review. This is my first. Similar to what others have shared, they are chronically understaffed and do a HORRIBLE job. Benito makes excuses and gaslights, saying things are not included in the recurring monthly cleanings (toilets, counters, showers, floors mopped). I asked for a checklist of what they consider to be considered part of the cleaning since the house was left dirty. He failed to send after multiple requests, kept my payment for services not completed and has refused to make it right. read more

Beware of hiring this company for cleaning services. Close to 4 hours late ....no phone call. $100 to clean a 1 bedroom apartment. That I can understand. What I can't understand is the cost does not include dusting of furniture pieces in the living room or the bedroom as you would think.!!?? When I reached out to the business owner he asked me why I didn't advise him at the time he was here. I had no idea they did not dust my living room until they left and I was able to see their work. I regrettably hired Debra's Cleaning to do a deep post-construction clean. They originally arrived late and then missed cleaning many items and surfaces. I made it clear during the before-walk through that every surface needed to be deep-cleaned and they left frames, walls, and kitchen cabinets completely dusty. The company did offer to come back out today to fix the missed items. I arranged to have my animals elsewhere for them to arrive at 9. At 11:40 I received a text that they wouldn't be able to make it today. At this point, I no longer trusted this company, no longer wanted them in my home, and asked them to not return. This company is very unprofessional, does not communicate effectively and does not pay attention to detail. Just a warning for anyone thinking of hiring them! Super disappointed after spending $650. What sets apart a good cleaner from a great cleaner? Quality of work and attention to detail. Benito of Debra's Cleaning does both. He cleans under tables, dusts picture frames, goes behind furniture to ensure a clean home. He is easy to work with and will happily do what the owner requests. He is supportive of my crunchiness- haha- and uses non toxic products. He is meticulous in his work. You can tell he places much pride behind it. Not sure what all these negative reviews are about but I've been happy so far. My baby grand shines, my ref looks brand new and my home does not smell of toxic chemicals. We hired them for a move in move out cleaning of a small 3/2 home. At first glance they appear to have a professional website, invoice system, and friendly representative. What they lack is attention to detail. After the first attempt at cleaning I sent a list of items missed. The list was so long that the owner promised to come through and do a thorough walk through the next day. He did. But 90 percent of the items that were problems still had not been fixed. What was most disturbing is the PERMANENT damage to my cabinets. In their rush the chipped the corner kickboard of my kitchen cabinet. They did find a portion of the chip in their vacuum bag but the damage has been done. Even after gluing the piece on, the damage is noticeable from both the kitchen and the living room. This company is not cheap by any means. In fact they were near the upper middle to top of estimates I received. I fell for their responsiveness and flexibility in schedule. What I paid for was the opportunity to fix their shoddy work. read more

Very disappointed. Scheduled a move-out cleaning and maintained correspondence two times before the scheduled clean. The day of the cleaning, a total NO SHOW. Called after an hour and they claimed they had a calendar issue and our job was dropped off. They offered a 20% discount due to the error after I explained the realtor photographer was due at 3:30 and their schedule error would cost me a LOT of money and downed listing time. They Showed up at 4:30 after communicating with my realtor (the scheduled time was 1130.) Did a substandard job cleaning, nothing really cleaned to my satisfaction. I had to request that they wipe down the window sills, and they did not even do the upstairs sills. They asked me if I wanted them to vacuum (umm... yes. but they did not vac the stairs) and the new natural stone shower upstairs was scratched and damaged permanently UGH!! The floor was mopped with a "Swiffer" style mop, but definitely not cleaned. The furniture was not dusted. In all fairness, the downstairs bathtub was cleaned nicely, as well as the shower door. The baseboards were not wiped down (this was a scheduled $450 clean mind you.) In total, paid $380 with the discount and was very dissatisfied with the service still. I recommend you go with a different company. read more
