They canceled the appointment because it was drizzling outside. Jessica, who contacted me to cancel the appointment told me that someone would get in touch with me within 2-3 days. So, someone should have called to reschedule by May 5. This never happened!! On May 8, I reached out on their company website without any response. On May 9, 2022, I called and got transferred to their answering service. Again, there was no call back! I did the same outreach the next day and Wednesday May 11,2022. I had also written an email to the owner , Mike on May 10,2022. There were a total of 5 outreach attempts without a response, only leaving my cell number for them to call back. Finally, I was fed up with their lack of responsiveness to my calls and e-mails. When I left my third phone message today with their answering service, I told the receptionist that if I didn't get a call back today that I would be writing a negative review and I would be taking them to small claims court to get half of my contract money ( $543 ) returned to me. Only today did I finally get a call back from the owner Mike. He was nasty, when he should have been apologetic to me. He told me that he's dropping me as a customer. He said he was going to come to my home , which I took as an implied threat to me and my family. He also lied to me and told me that he contacted me 5 times. This is a blatant lie as I just spent the last few hours checking my phone records for my mobile phone and landline. He only called back after I threatened to take him to court for breach of contract, which seemed to be what he was doing by avoiding calling me back and providing the services that I paid for in my yearly contract. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with this company to seek another alternative. He is a nasty owner and can not be trusted. It is virtually impossible to reach anyone by phone and they certainly don't value their customers. I told him that I would give home 3 days from today to return half of my contract money. I don't expect that he will do this. So, I will likely be seeing him court in the near future!! I'd like to give ZERO stars, but apparently I can't do it !!

I was finally able to identify that my condenser unit was in an obscure place with zero help from them. They then proceeded to clean the right unit. Of course they blamed me for telling them the wrong condenser which is a lie and doesn't make sense as that's what we called them in for. This was already a horrible experience for all involved. To make things worse they then decided to bill me for the identification of the unit! Which again, they also admit they didn't do by blaming me for identifying the wrong unit. I recommend avoiding this business. The boiler unit installed was a model that has a very low…read moreefficiency rating. This translates into money being wasted each time the unit turns on. They removed the original cast iron piping and selectively replaced the header section with copper tubing--very poor design. Furthermore, the copper tubing was installed slopy, and facocked, and chances are will fail. They piped two equalizers in because they refused to remove one of the originals. The unit was slapped together and set on a sloppy quickcrete bed. The wiring controls were unfinished with just wire nuts, no emergency shut off was provided, just a local shut off on the unit. The drain plug was just a hose bib that was not extended below the return header, which is dangerous because you can scold your hand easily. The boiler cold water fill was piped without an manual by-pass, and no back flow preventer. Had I been home when this plumber installed the unit, I would have pointed out these items. But I have had to repair all of these items at my own cost and on my own time. When I called the company back, all i received was either an answering machine, or a fellow who told me that he is "very very busy" as he was talking me down. I wish services like YELP were around when I had my unit installed. This business slapped the unit in, got paid and never turn around to look back, and for these reasons, I give them a rating of 1, which should be a zero if zeros existed on this site.
