All I wanted was to schedule my son for his PT appointments. I wanted to find out why he did not have future appointments and she had the audacity to say " I don't know" I asked can you please check? He cares and I'm going to have back surgery, not the injections I've received many times. I would not feel comfortable with anyone, except Drm Thomas Nasser. The doctors are a very knowledgeable. I have known Nasser since I began treatment. He has many years of experience. If you need many types of pain relief, all of the doctors are very knowledgeable. The office staff works well with them. I've had a few issues of my medicine not being sent or partial was sent, but it was immediately resolved by the supervisor who works in medications. Otherwise, I am very pleased. After my ACL surgery I was referred to this group by my doctor to complete the months long rehab process. They worked with me once a week, starting with basic leg mobility and eventually full agility drills. I communicated my goal to play basketball and soccer with 100% effort and address the muscle atrophy that had occurred. They took that to heart and the treatment always felt tailored towards my specific needs as opposed to just running through a standard list of exercises. Recently it has changed hands and is now called Bellamar . I have watched the easy transition and I am very happy to see the same loving and efficient care to all the residents. The staff is caring and devoted to making the residents feel loved and at home . The decision to move to assisted living is very hard . The staff and atmosphere help in this transition. We wanted to move them to a place that was closer to us and where they could still feel they were living independently but have help with daily care, if they needed it. My parents were in their 90's!! As the years they lived at the assisted living facility went by, they needed more and more care. (Prestige) now BELLAMAR adjusted to their level of care needs seamlessly. What we liked mostly was that the staff genuinely loved our parents. Our parents loved them back!!! One year ago my mom suddenly passed away. Now, a year later at age 97 my dad passed. Our last years with our folks were wonderful because we knew they were well taken care of by competent care givers who REALLY cared!! The facility was clean, the food was delicious, and they helped out medical appointments and transportation. They have fun social gatherings where my parents met new friends. Sadly, my dad's last days were in hospice care. He could not make his rounds at social events. The Staff checked on him and truly cared for him hourly before he left this Earth. The staff are rude, are hard to get ahold of on the phone, you never get a call back when message is left both voice and text. I've been trying to get medication refill scripts sent over to CVS, CVS has messaged me manny times because they are not getting communication from the medical office. It is awful to see a great family practice go from caring for patients to a profit focus office. They need to go back to basics of medical care.
