I have gone here a number of times for repair & maintenance on an older SLK 230. Normally I do all my own auto work, because of bad luck with dealers -etc. But Vicki, her father, and crew are better, and if I were to value my time in dollars, cheaper. I can't vouch for how fast they are, I live out of town and it's not my daily driver, so I just drop it off, tell them "no rush", and pick it up when called. They have given me tips on things I can do myself - to save money. So, I love this place, now if I could only find someplace I could trust for my jeep!! read more

The worst place to have your car worked on. I was involved in a hit and run and took my car to be repaired there. It took almost a year to get it back. The damage was not that bad but it took forever to get it back. The repairs were not done right and got tired of taking it back so I had it fixed somewhere else and now it's fine. For example who puts the wrong bulb in for the brake lights and now my taillight unit is burned out. Stay away read more

Suprised no one has written any reviews. They rarely answer the phone, the shop/lobby is a dirty disaster, and the work is average. And they are pretty rude. The owner yelled at me for ordering a part without him diagnosing it. (It needed a new key cylinder; pretty easy to diagnose) I am going to try Sal's and see how that goes. read more

I really wish I could recommend this shop, but I cannot. Went in to purchase a battery and was told they did not have that particular battery in stock and would I like them to order one, which would be available the following Tuesday when the 'battery guy' came by. They took down my name, phone number, and the item description of what I needed. Sadly, I never received a phone call informing me that one was available and that I could come by to purchase it. Okay, one mix-up is understandable, however I subsequently went several weeks later, early on a Friday to see if I could get an oil change. Nothing else. They were a bit rude and remarked, "No, we don't have time. You do realize that this is a Friday!" Huh? What do I care what day of the week it was. It was my day off work and the only day I could bring the car by without missing any work. No offer was made to set up an appointment or suggest a time when they wouldn't be so busy. Both experiences have discouraged me from wanting to utilize this shop for my service needs. However, before either of these two incidents, they were very helpful and answered all of my questions about one of my cars that I was concerned about. They are very knowledgeable. I take my car there because they are much better than Keys Valencia and closer than DTLA. It takes a week or more for a major repair, but they have a deal with enterprise car rental and you can get a discount. The lady at the front desk should find employment elsewhere, because she is "special" but the owners do great work for good prices. read more

I do not understand the negative reviews. I live in OC and own rental property in Palmdale. My MB 2001 wagon broke down yesterday in Palmdale. I had the car towed to Antelope Valley MB...We got there at closing. The diagnosis faulty alternator. Promised car would be ready at 12 noon the next day and it was. Very pleased with the service and the quality of work. They are not rude. Very nice if you are nice...They called Enterprise got me a car. read more

Saw two unfavorable reviews so I was a bit hesitant to go here for service, but decided to take a chance and take my wife's ML-350 for service anyway. I made the phone call to set up the appointment and was told that I could bring it in within the next few hours, I went in and everyhing was well explained and the pricing was within what I had expected. Vicky in the office was very professional and real helpful. I will be taking in my E350 when the next service is due which should be coming up shortly. For us it was a good experience at a fair price...I would definitely recommend to family and friends. read more

My car was giving me a lot of problems, and I`v been spending thousands of dollars to get it repaired unfortunately nobody could figure it out until I called Antelope Valley Mercedes. This friendly lady told me what could possibly be wrong with it on the Phone and believe or not she was right, I took my car there, had to wait until next day for the part and my car was fixed!
