The drinking, hanging out, motorcycling, urinating in the shrubbery gang that's outside until 2-3am is on public property but Buzzuto management does nothing to work with police or local leaders to manage it. Even hiring security to patrol seems beyond them. You can't use your terrace or enjoy the view as a result. The management also cannot seem to get a handle on: - dogs unleashed inside and outside the buildings - resident use of the trash rooms (breaking down boxes, not throwing food into the recycling bins, actually throwing garbage into the chute instead of leaving it on the floor) - safe, slow driving in the garage The workmanship is shoddy (floor tiles popping up, peeling paint, ventless dryer sensors malfunctioning), which is too bad given the really high rent they charge. The elevators are often out of service. Overall, it won't matter to the management because they cater to recent college graduates and graduate students who aren't planning to stay long. Just like with the building managers, the turnover is high.

This will leave the entire parking and hallways smell like *****SHIT***** for two days! And the dogs!! Pee right in front of the entrance of the building! You pay $7000 for a 2 bedroom but smell a very strong urine in the summer outside your building entrance and on the elevator in the winter! They never power wash the front of the building! Because the dogs pee there again! They just cover it up with spraying chemicals! The dryers don't have a vent! So your clothes will never fully dry! I regret choosing this building big time! All other seaport buildings power wash the front for the dog pee except this one! Low budget!
