We used Anthem This past weekend on a wine tour with our group of 10! Steve was our driver- he was knowledgeable, entertaining, and had great customer service. He made us laugh and was very accommodating and helpful with tips about each winery. Highly recommend and would use them again! read more

Never use this company. I had a reservation for months and then because I had to authorize my credit card they canceled my reservation and gave jt away in under 5 minutes. Their employees were completely unwilling to help, instead they tried to charge me more money for a worse product. Frankly, I have never been treated this poorly by a business. Beware doing any business with them. read more

I'm going to say our driver Greg was amazing and very punctual. As for the company, not so much. I can see why there are so many 5 stars reviews because this company is bribing their customers with the offer of getting the 7th hour free if you give them a 5 star Yelp review and tip their driver in cash. We were told to give the extra $100 to our driver as tip for the 7th hour. We not only tipped the driver $140 but was also charged an extra $200 on top of what we paid because we didn't leave a 5 star review. After calling them to confirm the extra charges, they said they were willing to refund $100 if we left a 5 star review. Yeah no thanks. I'd rather pay the extra fees and let people know the truth about your company. read more

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. I don't have much free time and I certainly don't like spending it reliving negative experiences. Therefore, I'll keep this short and to the point. We had a terrible experience with this company that started 2 years ago with a canceled trip due to the horrific fires of 2017 and will never use them again. The owner should be more concerned about his cars smelling like cigarettes instead of treating 4 adults like children not allowing them to eat croissants in the car. While the drivers were punctual, one seemed like he didn't know the area at all. I could go on and on but I'll wrap it up here. I have no idea how this company has a 5 star rating and when I went to post this I saw the yelp warning that Anthem has been caught incentivizing people for good reviews. Makes a lot of sense now. read more

Anthem Limousine Service - Yelp warning that they've been caught incentivizing for good reviews. - Limos Near Me - Napa, California

I wanted to use this service, but there are a couple issues. First, they offer a 7th hour free if you give them a good review. That's a bit of a red flag. Great prices, so I thought I'd overlook it and give it a shot. I put in my reservation, but then the fun began - I received a second email to "confirm" my reservation, which included a legal agreement and multiple follow up steps. The agreement they ask you to sign looks like it's been written by a lawyer, and essentially says if anything goes wrong, you're on your own and if you want any kind of a refund, you're at their mercy. Most important, they want you to upload a copy of your credit card and drivers license online. I understand that some bad actors may attempt to charge services then claim them as fraud, but asking your customers to upload images (front and back) of their credit card and drivers license online is not an acceptable solution, and is just asking for that information to be stolen. I called and asked why they couldn't simply ask the driver to confirm your DL matched the reservation when picking you up, but they said they didn't want to ask their drivers to do that. So instead of asking the drivers to check an ID, and sign that they verified it matched the reservation - they want their customers to expose their personal information online. They say the information is encrypted, and that it will later be destroyed, but that obviously isn't a guarantee that it won't be stolen beforehand and you have no guarantee they will actually destroy it. read more

Awesome service. We went overtime, but our driver was very accommodating. Will definitely use again.

Our last wine tour went 30 minutes late, which meant our drop off was 1 hr later than planned. I have no issue paying the extra charged but upon receiving the receipt for the extra charge they added more than 20% gratuity even though we paid cash gratuity to the driver already (per their request)! We have the driver $125 cash tip when 20% was $85!!! And now they charged me another $98 in gratuity- doesn't make sense. I reached out to Anthem and got no response. Update: 2 days later they responded and refunded my money. Thank you! read more

Our group booked this limo service for a day in Napa so we could enjoy the wine and be safe in our travels. The service was impeccable. The driver was courteous and helpful. He got us to our appointments on time in comfort and was agreeable to the last minute changes in venue our group typically has. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and overall quite enjoyable to relax and visit within. We will definitely use this service again the next time we visit Napa wineries again. read more

John was awesome! I found anthem limo randomly on groupon and yelp and thank God I did! He was the most affordable compared to other companies for what we wanted. My boyfriend and I used John for our wine tasting trip anniversay on Fri 5/29 and couldnt have asked for a better driver! He was easy to get a hold of via email/phone. John was very punctual arriving early. Set out for a gorgeous day wine tasting in the napa valley. We went to 3 wineries and had an absolute blast! Limo was stocked with plenty of ice and water and was very roomy! He was a great driver and very knowledgeable about the wineries in napa. He even took our pictures when we asked! We booked a 6 hour day and even though we arrived home about a half an hour late he did not charge us! We were picked up at my home in Fairfield and dropped back off there safely! This is the best deal when you don't want to risk driving after drinking! I totally love to support small businesses and will def use John again in the near future and will tell everyone else I know! I will not use anyone else but anthem limo! Thanks John!!! Aaron and Tish read more

We had a day trip from SF to Napa valley on the 8 pax limo provided by this company. Overall we loved their services. The staff: The office staff were always very responsive to our phone call, and always called us back shortly when if he was not able to take the call. He patiently describes the details and answered all the questions I have respectfully, which I was very happy about and felt very reliable. The driver: The driver was very kind and responsive, too. He drove very safely but on time. After we finish visiting certain place, all we have to do is call him and he'll take the call in 3 seconds, and will come to pick us up in a few minutes. For whatever sudden request such as asking to go to bathroom when we're on the highway, he drove to the closest gas station without making too much workaround, which saved our time a lot. Note: Make sure you pay the gratuity *directly* to the driver, to avoid extra processing cost later on. The staff will make it very clear when you book, and this is also clearly written on the contract. read more

Used this limo service to celebrate a friend's birthday and visit different wineries around Napa. The customer service was great starting from the very beginning of trying to plan for our day. Steve was our wonderful driver and helped provide us with the best day possible! The limo was spacious and comfortable and it made our day in Napa so easy since we didn't have to worry about a designated driver! I'd definitely recommend this company! read more

I spoke with Lamont extensively prior to the actual day of service, and he was always accommodating, especially when we switched the party size and subsequently the limo. On the day of, Henry was our driver, and he went above and beyond for us! We communicated primarily via text, and he was always waiting for us when we texted. We made a few unexpected stops, but he was more than willing to do so, and he provided some great tips. If we require a limo again, we will definitely use anthem again! read more

Steve was our driver to Napa for a friend's Birthday celebration. He showed up early and made a point to make us feel welcome and relaxed. The limo was clean and stocked with both ice cold and room temperature bottles of water. We had fresh glasses and napkins restocked after each destination. Steve made sure we knew where to find him after each drop/off during the trip and he drove us safely and respectfully. I'd highly recommend Anthem Limos! read more

The best compliment I can give is that I would hire Anthem Limousine Service again with no hesitation. The service (end to end) was personal, precise, and reliable. I spoke with Lamont to detail the event and he worked with me as my party size changed to ensure we had the right car for our event. When the limo arrived, we met the driver, Steve. He arrived early and helped us load our supplies in the limo and was friendly, warm, and funny. When you have a group of ladies you never really know how the driver will respond; he was professional, a safe driver, friendly, warm, and funny and let us have our fun too. He was super flexible with our schedule and his knowledge of the area was incredibly helpful. The limo itself was beautiful, classy, clean, and well appointed. We shared wine and champagne during the ride and it was cleaned and refreshed after each stop. It was such a delight to have incredible service. I cannot wait to hire them again ...already planning our next trip. 5 stars!! read more

I called to get service, they told me they would email me a contract I never got it I waited a whole day and then had to call them only to find out that they said their system was down and that they're completely booked afterall at 9pm on a Sunday night... and that I couldn't get service after all even though I had had two days go by assuming that they were going to provide me a service. Not a very good first impression for this business someone should've of told me when i was placing the order the system was down and may not be guaranteed or even called me to let me know that was happening not very happy about that at all! I know the "rates" are what they thrive on but I am all about the service. So I will pay someone else to have better. Definitely disappointed. read more

My best friend & I wanted to make our college graduation special & Anthem Limo Service helped us do just that. The driver was on time & the limo was everything we had imagined & more. I 10/10 would recommend & I will definitely be booking another limo tour with them again soon. read more

No. On our most recent trip to Napa I decided to cut corners and not go with the company I would normally use. Big mistake. Not sure how this company has 5 star rating. All I'm going to say is beware and ask about the age of the vehicles and how familiar the drivers are with the area. Is California the one state that allows drivers to stare down at their iPhones will driving? I'm very curious to know. Completely ruined half of my 40th birthday by stressing me out. Never again! read more

I can't emphasize enough how impressed we were with this limo service. The response time to our request for a quote was extremely fast, it was a pleasure to arrange this service over the phone, the value was unbeatable, they are all sorts of certified, the company arranged an extended amount of limo time for us (10 hours!!) the vehicle was immaculate and exceedingly comfortable for our party of 7. However the best part of the trip was our driver Shula, who went *beyond* above and beyond. Shula is the most gracious, professional, reliable and delightful driver I've ever had. I cannot emphasize this enough. Punctual down to the minute, responsive, steadfast in the face of last minute changes in plans, and willing to help in even the most absurd circumstances. No other driving service comes close. The value is unbeatable and the service is incomparable. read more

Anthem Limousine made my 50th birthday the BEST ever! I booked the car service with Lamont, who was extremely courteous, and had great prices! The driver showed up early before my guests arrived, and the SUV limo was stocked with waters and was extremely clean and accommodated 13 passengers comfortably. The car also had a great sound system for playing fun tunes from our phone during our ride. I read the reviews on Yelp before hiring John for our weekend get-a-way in Napa and am able to add to the already great reviews... John was wonderful! My husband and I and another couple scheduled a wine tasting day with John and had the best time. From the very beginning when I called John, he was very helpful & knowledgeable about the area. I had actually emailed him a few times in the weeks leading up to our arrival and he was prompt in returning my emails. John made reservations at the 2 wineries we wanted to visit that only took reservations, was right on time picking us up (actually he called from the parking lot about 15 minutes early just to let us know he was there) and to my friend's relief & surprise he even had Tums readily available. :) We're hoping to plan a return trip in November and will definitely be giving John a call to schedule another wine tasting day. read more

We used this service for my friends birthday wine tasting in Napa and it was the best experience I have had with a limo service (and I used to live in wine country!).The pricing was fair and competitive for the area. Our driver was Ray and he was super accommodating even when we changed our minds a couple of times in the middle of the day. Ray was easy to contact when we were ready to move on to the next winery, and gave a great suggestion on a lunch spot that met our needs. He made the experience a lot of fun and I would 100% book with him and this company the next time I go wine tasting. read more
