Previously known as the Anthem Outlets, the Outlets North Phoenix is a fun outing for anyone looking to shop a nice set of outlet stores on the outside of the Greater Phoenix area. There are plenty of stores along with a food court. There are some name brand stores and some stores not tied to name brands. There are deals regularly, especially around times like Black Friday and before and after any holiday. My wife really enjoys visiting the Outlets North Phoenix, and we'll plan in advance to spend a chunk of a day in the area visiting stores. I sometimes go in with her, and I sometimes take a book and read it outside while waiting for her. There are more than twenty shops at the Outlets North Phoenix. My wife's favorite is the Ann Taylor Factory Store. We also recently visited Under Armour and Rack Room Shoes. There is also a Coach Outlet, Gap Factory, Michael Kors Outlet, and so much more. The Outlets North Phoenix also has its own Cafes at Anthem Food Court, which includes Ruby's Express, Auntie Anne's, Charley's, Famous Wok, Fresca's Mexican Grill, Auto Boba, Pupetto's Gelato, and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. There are other restaurants a short drive from the Outlets if more sit-down restaurants are desired. There are plenty of sales, discounts, and deals. Each day, different sales are listed on their website at https://www.northphoenixoutlets.com/sales. There are also military, senior, teacher, and student discounts (all published on their website). Be prepared to share IDs accordingly when taking advantage of the discounts. The teacher and student discounts range from 10 to 25% off depending on the store or restaurant. Each store has its own hours though the general hours at 10 AM to 8 PM daily except Sunday when it is open 10 AM to 7 PM. Super let down don't go, it's honest a ghost town, maybe a handful of stores open and multiple stores shut down the food court was wack and we didn't find anything walked the whole place and nothing at all, safe to say I'll never come back read more

The Anthem Outlets is also known as Outlets North Phoenix. This is a little confusing as the outlet itself is nowhere near North Phoenix. I am sure there's a story behind it. I hadn't visited this outdoor outlet since Covid hit. PreCovid is when the shops were multiple and busy. If you walk along the perimeter of the outlet, you will find many businesses to shop. Unfortunately many of the storefronts inside the corridors are empty now. There are still enough businesses to do some damage and keep one busy for several hours. There is a small food court with plenty of seating. The restrooms are available only in the food court area. I visited the Anthem Outlets today for Tuesday night bingo! It was sooo much fun! I definitely will be returning and go again! My son loved it as well! He had fun hanging out with me and watching me play bingo. We got Charley's Philly Steaks and I got the original Philly cheesesteak with fries and my son got buffalo wings and fries! He loooved his wings and my sandwich was yummy as the per usual! I also tried Otto Boba and they were yummy! I got a milk tea coffee and brown sugar and it was delicious! my son also got vanilla ice cream from the ice cream shop inside. This was a fun Tuesday! They give away gift cards for the amount of $25 - $50 - and $100! It is super fun and it got busy! The staff is amazing and so sweet! Loved the ladies at the front desk! My son also got picked to draw a winner for bingo for the last game round (they do raffle tickets for the last winner) then they gave him a $10 credit for anywhere in the cafe for doing that! This year my family attended the anthem tree lighting as we do every year. This year was different though they only played three Christmas songs the whole time crowds stood silent most of the time until they played a Christmas song. 2 hours went by we heard three songs there were no beach balls being tossed kids weren't dancing and singing Christmas songs. read more

I feel three stars in generous honestly. This place is such a let down in many ways unfortunately in my opinion. It's an outlet mall so you think you'd be able to walk shop to shop, great window shopping, multiple bathrooms nearby, but that's not what you get. I arrived to shop at a specific location, but parked at what I'd of thought was a great spot to walk around and maybe get some added shopping done. While Nile was phenomenal most other shops nearby were empty and shut down. I saw no other restrooms besides the food court. Prices aren't much different they anywhere else. Which sucks because you think you'd get some kind of decent deal. I do love the huge Christmas tree and other decorations, but if you're looking for a great outdoor outlet I'd recommend Tanger over this any day. Service at Nike was great as for the others I didn't get much interaction. read more

I have been to the Anthem outlets a few times before but not sure why I keep coming back. It's nice to get out of congested Phoenix but there really are not that many stores here sadly. We mainly came for the Nike outlet store and bought what we needed but was not many other stores to look at. The Vans store was the only other store we wanted to go to but there was like 30 people waiting in line to get in. I am sure I will end up here again in the future but I hope they add in some more stores and a bigger variety. read more

Solid 3* with an added bonus for the excellent prices and holiday sales. As far as outlets go, this is certainly on the smaller side - not the sprawling blocks of stores packed side by side that I've associated with other outlets. The location itself may be a major reason, since Anthem is out of the way for most of the Phoenix metro except for the north valley. At first glance it looks pretty empty, with some storefronts standing empty after going out of business or moving out. BUT, there is still a great collection of quality and affordable brands - Banana Republic, J Crew, Ann Taylor, Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, and Nike to name a few. If you're looking for incredible deals on activewear and day-to-day clothing in particular, this is the place to find them. Example: $45 all leather J Crew flats, $25 women's slacks at Ann Taylor, and $50 little black dress at Banana. Really can't beat those prices. However, for formalwear and higher end brands, I would go elsewhere. The food court here is indoor and fairly small, with the usual selections like Charley's cheesesteaks, pretzels, one Mexican place and one Italian. Not great if you're just looking for a light snack during your shopping trip. Didn't have a Starbucks either, which is tantamount to blasphemy IMO! TL;DR - unbeatable prices on everyday clothes, good selection of popular brands - come for the holiday sales (usually up to 50% off storewide) - slightly inconvenient location - some covered parking - don't come hungry! read more

These discount outlets are in a great location right off interstate 17 north of Phoenix. The food court is a nice pit stop prior to heading to Northern Arizona. Another plus is that the outlets have two slots for charging electric vehicles (Blink Network). read more

The Outlets are honestly mediocre. I mean, the only reason I didn't give this one star is because they at least have something to do. There are not that many shops, the Vans store is honestly lame, and the staff is average. If you are desperate for an outlet, then absolutely feel free to go here, but if you're looking for an interesting place to shop, find somewhere else. read more
