I am writing this because I have tried contacting customer service regarding Anthem not completing their service contract. I have had them since April of this year and they have missed two out of 5 appointments. Two of those appointments, the technician did not complete an entire treatment of the house and yard. I contacted them both times and have yet to receive communication for the second service not completed, which has led to more pest issues for my yard. This company is not worth the money and their customer service is poor. read more

Good Evening All, I had to cancel with Anthem after trying them for a month in a half. I will no longer pay for this service. I should've stayed with my current service provider but I wanted to try something different. For about a month in a half ive had problems with pest and now a small problem with have become a big problem. I was willing to pay the cancellation fee. When I was with my other provider White Knight I never had any problems and it was the biggest regret and mistake on my part. I shouldve stuck to what I know and left it at that. I gave them benefit of a doubt because the sales pitch sounded good, but I was conned of course. Their favorite thing is "You're on the schedule for today they will call when they are 30 mins out. Service is from 8am-7pm." It is now going on 8pm. I was scheduled to get serviced today Wednesday June 28th, 2023. I had to call another service provider to come and fix the problem. I've been calling all day and told them it was an emergency but I guess they didn't see it that way so I had to take care of the problem myself until I got a hold of another provider. I will not be recommending this service to anyone. My first impression was a bad impression. I'm hoping my problem can be fixed ASAP. I am a very disappointed and upset consumer, please don't sale a pitch that you're not going to take accountability for or be held responsible. I hope no one else has to deal with this. After weeks of working with them to try and get simple people work signed to get treatment at my home they were unsuccessful to present a contract to reflect the services they said they offered. Still I allowed them the opportunity try and come out and treat. They finally made it out the third time after they canceled twice. Once for a supposed wreck a tech had and another due to weather, I didn't believe. Finally they showed on the third attempt but were unable to present a contract that included even half of the inspects they said they'd treat for!!!! They promote that they'll come back between treatments if you see a bug they treat for but their contact specifically states in bold only if the bug is indicated on the contract! Save yourself the time and head ache and find better Competent company to do business with!! read more

they are horrible. they bug you for payment through text, calls and any which way they can, whether you are the debtor or not.

I had one of their salesmen stop by my house to offer me services for fleas and other things in the back yard. I told him no 10 different ways and he would not give up. so finally after he offered me a deal which seemed reasonable I finally said yes to get him off my porch. the deal was that they would come out every three months and spray for fleas and ants and I would pay somewhere around 100 dollars each time they came out. so they sprayed that day and all was good until the next month came and they were already back to spray and charge me again. I really couldn't afford it then and so I called to give my grievancea and they basically said too bad and that I would be sent to collections. I've called multiple times to dispute but it's gotten me no where. I would've liked to continue the initial plan but felt like I had been screwed over read more

Scammers, they promised me that they will downgrade me to quarterly after using vip service for first quarter. then they refused to downgrade me to quarterly. Even their own employee told me who was doing service that they do scams a lot. they call people from different states for sales and those sales people move back to different states after selling you service. Stay away from these scammers. read more

This company will not return calls left on their voice mail. I have called and left 3 messages for them to call me back because there were live roaches found inside the house. They have ignored my calls . I will cancel doing business with these people when my contract is up come July 2022. I will be going back to Aptive Environmental pest control. I'm sorry I left them in the first place. I do Not recommend this company. They don't even call you to let you know they are coming, when it is time to come out and spray. No one ever answers when you call. You have to leave a VM and then someone returns your call. A call was typically returned but found it annoying when trying to schedule service. Sometimes it took days for the return call or someone just showed up without scheduling or confirming. read more

Yes they are wonderful and helpful when they sign you up but after that it is down hill. I have had multiple occasions where we requested interior to be sprayed and they just come to our house and don't knock or let us know they came by, we just get like 5 text stating we have an amount due. This company did absolutely nothing for us. We still have ants, spiders etc. Definitely would not recommend unless you just like giving money away. read more

they only get 1 because there were no negative stars available. paid in advance after the sales person (Brady) assured me they would refund in full if not satisfied. They tried to bill me on first visit when they had already received payment. That raised suspicion and upon checking they had billed more that my signed agreement stated. The first treatment tech was very lazy and spent half an hour and the result was basically no change. Called to complain and they waited a month to respond by sending another tech. Second treatment tech spent nearly 2 hours but within a couple weeks we had roaches (killing a couple every other day), ants all over the yard, mud dobber and wasp nests and the doorframes and eves still had cobwebs. Called over and over, so many times tge number is now memorized but no return call. Finally they sent a text to schedule another treatment so I called and got someone. Relayed the whole process and issues and they basically told me tough crap. The manager that finally returned my call promised to have his "out to lunch supervisor" call but he or she did not. Got voicemail from the manager D. Robinson within a couple of minutes saying they don't do refunds. Horrible product, dishonest employees, disrespectful toward customers (once you're under contract) and lazy staff. Really bad company, do not use and please share my story. read more

Service rep arrived at my house while I was not home. He was suppose to spray the entire exterior of the home to include the front and rear whether I was home or not. Service rep lied and charged me for a service he did not perform. Little did they know I have cameras around the property to confirm they performed no such service. This company and their service reps have absolutely no integrity. I have lost all faith in this scam of a company. Steer clear and do not use by their services by any means. read more

They never show up, like every time. their techs are lazy, dont perform any of the promised services or they really halfjazz it. their customer service hangs up on us when we try nicely explain what happened. we are always promised a manager call back and that never happens. seriously stay away. read more

We have an infant at home, so we put up a "No Solicitation" sign to prevent day-time door knocking and doorbell ringing. Not only did your salesman ignore the sign and not only knock and ring the doorbell, but after we pointed out the no solicitation sign, they said, "well let me tell you why I'm here..." and went straight into their sales pitch. GTFO of here with your blatant disregard for our privacy. Will never ever use this company if we decide to hire a pest control group. read more
