This may be the largest dealership I had ever in. There are two floors and the clothing and accessories are in the second floor. The stairs are easy to walk up but there is also an elevator. I was looking for a few tee shirts for guys I used to work with back in El Paso. The gals in the clothing sales department were amazing - the shirts they have in stock right now rock! I also need help getting some riding gear for myself- I needed a lightweight jacket that had the protection in it in case I take a tumble- I came home with a great jacket! I want to give a shout-out to the team at Dallas HD. My wife and I purchased a slightly used (500 miles) 24' FLTRXSTSE February 28, 2026. From Noah and Skip, to Jack in finance the purchase was pleasurable. Skip offered us dinner while we waited our turn, on him. We were there until 10pm, and they stayed to get it done on a Saturday. Have enjoyed the bike tremendously ! Have only racked up 6300 miles on it as we have not been able to make a long venture but plenty of fun anyway. I was getting her ready for a trip up to Ohio on 7/26 and noticed the tires had some cracks between the treads, which there was plenty of tread left on the tires, still looked new, took it up to the dealership on 7/27 to have the tires replaced. Spoke with Reggie in service and showed him the cracks, this was at 8am. He advised me he would not have a mechanic in until 10 so I would have to be patient. A little before 10 he advised me he had spoken to Keith and they would put new tires on the bike for free. I was blown away. This dealership takes care of their customers and makes sure you are part of the family. If you are looking for a Harley Davidson and do not purchase one from these guys you are crazy. I highly recommend them for any need in a HD dealership. Guys in parts are awesome, Alex and Steve, they have treated me so good. We have been coming to this location for YEARS, I mean something like 10 years. My husband actually bought a bike here in 2015, and they were awesome then. We pop in where there are rides (like this past weekend) or special events as they are a bit far from where we live now. It's an older dealership, so it's a bit on the small side, as far as HD dealerships go. However, staff is friendly, and they seem to be well stocked for the square footage. Basically, if you are on the east/southeast side of Dallas County, this is probably your closest HD location. I do have to warn you, it's a bit tricky getting to the actual location. You have to exit Centerville, then go past it, turn in and come around back. But if you are paying attention, you'll be fine. Just be careful for the drivers on 635. Seriously, it's almost like they are trying to take out the bikers. But I digress... If you are in the area, and looking for a new scoot, go check them out. I have been asked multiple times to write a review but I wasn't ready yet because dealing with an experience in the beginning can be a lot different than experiencing in a longer term As this has been true in my opinion. I will say Dallas Harley is a place I will never deal with again from the time I purchased the bike to now has been more problems than I myself care to handle. I purchase the warranty for many reasons but mainly because I'm busy with work and everything else I have had to fight tooth and nail to get anyone at the Dallas Harley to even recognize the warranty terms but yet they still don't stand by what the agreement was I'm ready to throw gas on the bike and watch it burn it blows my mind how easy you'd think to get a oil change would be but they can't even handle that there is no feeling of being welcomed or any kind of respect I will say one time there was a lady named Felicia I believe and she actually tried to handle what needed to be handled I'm told she left and now I deal with a team that seem to be incompetent So basically I should have never bought a bike through them it's been a waste of money and time I almost feel like I should have stuck with sport bikes or heck bought an Indian! I'm always told love and learn so my choices is find another Harley shop that is capable of sticking to agreements maybe I can find a outside mechanic that knows what they are talking about and taking a lose on the warranty Or selling the bike or crashing it in a ditch and starting over Anyways if you ask me would I recommend anyone to buy anything from Dallas Harley the answer would be never I would t want anyone to have to deal with all this and mess with a pos that seems to fall apart every time it starts I'm hoping I don't have to give any stars because they deserve none but if you see one start know it's because I could t post this without putting one but I award no stars and to the ones that will say something like well I deal with Dallas and they are great all I have to say to that is that must be nice!!!! read more

Awesome team and experience. I called and spoke to Aidan to schedule a test ride on a specific bike. Got there later then expected, but Aidan was willing to wait and had the ride setup. Went for a ride with George and it was perfect, got to experience just enough to get a good feel for the bike. Aidan and Josh, did a great job at helping make sure I got what I wanted and that I got what meet my expectations with the payment I set. Steve in parts orders the add-ons I wanted and made sure I wasn't missing anything. Lindsey in finance went over everything in detail and made sure I understood the loan, plus offered different options without a hard sell. I had a claim with Harley back in February, and Dallas Harley Davidson @ 1334 W Centerville rd. was supposed to fix my motorcycle. 4 months later I get my bike back and it's all messed up(mirrors loose, rd pegs loose, shields loose, overheating, underglows burnt, rear brakes burnt, brakes sticking, alarm light stayed on and low tire pressure showing, etc). I live in a different city(Liberty Hill) now. So I called Harley and spoke to the insurance guy named Brent Flannery about the issues. He told me to take it to a place of my liking and they'd cover the cost. I took the bike to Pigg Pen in Leander, TX, where they diagnosed the issues. I sent over the documentation and gave Brent @ Harley Davidson the cost.    I then paid for the parts and later on that day Harley asked to have the motorcycle returned to them. I wrote back and said, I've already paid for the parts ($2200.00) I'm not exactly sure what to do at this point. No response from Brent. I sent another message after the work was complete with receipts and photos (another $1776.00). Still no response.  I attempted to get with Harley USA... they said they'd look into it. Doubt it. I gave two stars because Brandon in service has always taken care of me and I can appreciate the service he has provided... this whole insurance thing was a complete $hit show. I want a bike, but not the bill! Monday is one of my nephews birthday so a trip to Dallas includes a stop by Harley-Davidson! What a place to look for a 13 year old a gift. His mom decided on a Coin holder and a tee-shirt. Boy did we look at leather jackets. I even got me a patch for my leather vest. When you see the patch don't judge me til you get to know me. The service at Harley-Davidson is fabulous, our clerk made us feel like V.I.P.S. I will be returning because they have a breast cancer awareness tee-shirt I want. Plus I might be shopping with a purpose if I keep my fingers cross. read more

This is a great dealership, Very clean, free coffee, nice friendly staff, nice selection of anything Harley, went to service dept. Saturday, 01/26/19 to get a couple things done, Tim my service writer got me right in shop for a ABS recall on my Road glide, got new hand grips installed, bars moved up, clutch adjusted, new mirrors and they cleaned my bike for free, all this was done in 2.5 hours while I waited, I picked up a full helmet while there and used $50.00 credit I had from previous parts purchase. Not a big store but the customer service is great. They make you aware of all the programs and incentives available to you and willing to work on the price to a certain extent. They are very helpful all the way through the buying experience. We even joined the HOG rider program. I use to frequent Maverick Harley and the service they offer out performs Maverick by far. I wish I enrolled my previous purchases from a Maverick in the HOG Rider program. But wasn't aware till I purchased my bike at Dallas Harley. read more

We reached out to Garland Harley Davidson today to make an offer on a 2012 trike, which they listed at $1900 above bluebook -- and that was for one in excellent condition-- this one has scrapes and fender damage. He accepted the offer but after the tax title and license fees it was still $1500 too much. When we asked for the breakdown, $1288 was a "certification fee" , "non tax fee" of $105 and $125 for them to get the paperwork ready. WTF!? In 50 years of owning bikes, I've NEVER heard of a certification fee-- that's supposed to be why they make money off the sale- to justify having to make sure the bike is road ready, NOT to make double the money by underpaying the original owner then overcharging the new owner. WHAT SCUMBAGS. We will NEVER even go in for a t shirt, never mind the $23,000 we would have spent there. Shady AF. read more

Let me tell you about this place,went in cus I needed a kickstand spring,mine had broken and stand was down. I bought spring and asked the ding ding at counter if he had a diagram on how to install spring and he said no. You really expect me to believe that. You let me walk out of your store without helping me.for that reason I will never set foot in that store. I called maverick Harley in Carrollton and the parts guy sent me a diagram to my phone. Now that is service. Perhaps they can learn a lesson from them and stop trying to rip money out of my pocket. That's ridiculous. read more

I bought my bike new and had problems from the start. My batteries kept dying and the bike would stall out from time-to-time. I brought it to this dealership and a few other Harley dealers at least 2 times each and was always told it was just a dead battery (about 6 combined times if not more most likely). I've had it over 4 years and have only been able to put 5k miles on it...The warranty has now expired and I'm still dealing with the same issue. I can't trust my bike to ride it farther than a few miles and risk it stalling on me about half the time at that. They told me it was my fault because I didn't ride it long enough each day... (Total crap excuse for a crap product) I'm taking it to independent mechanic as Harley all the way to the corporate offices do not intend to help at all... I will NEVER BUY HARLEY (aka Hardly) again. I've bought and had service done at several dealers and this is the one in DFW that really distinguishes itself from all the others. On the sales side Lance is no nonsense so you don't have any pressure. Makes buying simple and straightforward. On the service side the manager DA is a vet and a straight shooter who makes doing it the right way the only way. Wouldn't take a Harley anywhere else. read more

Finance and sales work together to push miss leading information to make sales and make themselves more cash. I wanted a bike that was about 26k. was told I could finance a bike around 21k not 26. so I went for it. when in financing the guy added several grand worth of aftermarket service ( I was told I needed in order for "Harley" to finance the bike.)(not true and it was not mandatory after speaking with Harley) to the contract making the 21k bike a few hundred shy of 26k.... shady..... I also had equity in my trade in by several thousand. I cancelled all aftermarket services and will take the loan to my credit Union. The set up fee is crazy. $1200 also a $1200 freight fee. we was here for many hours we showed up after lunch and didn't leave till around 8 or so. So after reviewing and looking over everything I got sold a lower model bike in order for the financing guy to make some money on selling aftermarket services and not selling me what I really wanted. Ok, I didn't intend on buying my bike at this dealership. It's farther from my house than the Allen store. Went in a year ago just to get comparative pricing to haggle at Allen. Salesman Bridge was awesome. Knowledgeable and helpful. They made me an offer, way too high. I made a ridiculously low out the door counter, to which they accepted. Damn, did I just buy a bike? Yep. Great store, super friendly. Bridge calls me regularly to invite me to rides, and called on the one year date of my purchase. They treat you like they want you as a customer. read more

Mixed bag. I've been here several times - both for service as well as when I was looking for a new bike. The service visits have been fine. No surprises and fairly priced. Quick turnaround which matters if you ride as much as I do. My experience in the sales department wasn't as good. My salesperson didn't have the answers to a couple (admittedly) very specific questions I asked and didn't seem overly concerned about finding out the answers. When I asked if he could check for me and give me a call with the answers he agreed but then I never heard from him. I will say that I did another quick walk thru of the new bike department during my last visit and my brief conversation with another salesperson was better. I would like to express a very appreciative "thumbs up" to Dallas Harley Davidson's service department, and, especially, to service writer Brandon Marshall. I put my 2013 Road King in for service for a new battery, some replacement parts, and damage repair (a small dent and scratch) on my fuel tank. Brandon kept me apprised of the services progress with almost daily reports. When I got my bike back, it was in "like new" condition. All the parts had been professionally installed, and the damage to my fuel tank had, literally, disappeared. Their paint and body tech is a magician! I did not end up getting my new Harley here because they didn't seem to care that much...long story. It isn't like they were mean, they were sorta nice, they just seemed like they just did not care that much. Except for Kat there in service who was awesome, but the rest of them were not at all like the awesome staff at Harley in Allen, TX. At the Allen Harley they were like instant friends who really cared and they went above and beyond to get me eveything they possibly could to make me happy, to make me a good deal, to find me something I liked and switch things I needed from my two trade ins! They made sure I was comfortable. They went out of their way to show me things, go over all the cool stuff on my new bike, explain to me how things work in the engine, what to look for on mainaining it, give me a full tank of gas before I left, etc. Anyway, it was well worth the drive. I will go back to Allen for maintenance, upgrades, any new bike in the future...and I recommend the Allen, Texas Harley Davidson to anyone looking for a new or used Harley. read more

Been using Dallas Harley for about 7 years now and for my money you will not find a better place to either buy a bike or get one serviced. This has not always been the case, about 3 years ago the dealership went through a much needed management change that in my opinion turned the place completely around. Prior to the management change I would rarely take my bike in for service there but now I will not have anyone else work on it, yes they are that good and they treat you like a person not just a ticket or someone that they have to put up with. If you own a Harley you need to visit them, they also server free food and soft drinks on Saturday's. read more

We couldn't make our mind up . Then when we decided and wanted to trade in our old bike. Ryan followed me all the way to Arlington to get the title and the tow truck picked it up the next day. Lance wanted to make sure I could listen to my tunes on the new bike, so he charge my dead iPhone on his comptuer . When we realized that the head set on the bike had not been include in the tour pack liked it was supposed too. the sales experience is horrible at the garland location. i went to pick up my used bike i bought in garland harley sales guy didnt no anything about my bike. parts people in garland are rude they treat you like you are a moron. i suggest staying away. only person that gave me great customer service was jordan in the development center. tries to over charge me on a extended warranty went to allen hd they hooked me up. i even told the manager tyler in garland hd that i am i sales i know how this works and if you give me a fare deal i will promote you like crazy because bikers come in to buy my products. but i gues they are just stupid idiots. my gosh if someone tells you. i am in sales and j will brag on you & then jack me around in extended warranty. a big wow to you hd of garland shame on you.
