A little over a week later the bike continued to break down on me so I brought it back to get fixed. After three days I finally had to call them back for them to tell me it's ready. When I pick up the bike it dies on me the first light that I get to. The only resolution they gave me was to bring it back again so they can "fix" it again.

It appears all the guys in there are GS enthusiasts so we're super knowledgeable. I met Steven as I was wondering around, he wanted to know if I needed help or had any questions. Super low pressure. So took this bike for a ride and fell in love with it. I wasn't able to purchase that day so I put alittle money to hold the bike. When I was ready to buy he sent the app and by the time I got there it was all ready to go. We were able to work out a deal and the rest is history. Here is the really cool part! I felt really welcome, he talked about riding and everything in between. These guys are not salesmen they are enthusiasts! I can't stand sales people but every single guy I met in the store is happy saddle up and ride with! Knowledgeable, friendly and real. I never once got any pressure to close a deal just to find the right bike and make sure I was over informed and fully prepared! Steven kinda ruined every motorbike sales guy for me! Finance manager Cole was awesome! His big thing was making sure we left happy, if we could get a deal fantastic but again his love of the bike and brand as well as integrity for his work and company shone through. He was efficient and did his best to work the best deal he could for me. The invoice states the tube was a Drag Speciality and I trusted it was. A few days later I was riding in Comanche County and the tube popped - the bike towed to a reputable shop in Stephenville (boneyard cycles) where the shop owner there discovered the tube was pinched and was NOT a Drag Speciality tube but more than likely an Amazon tube. I brought the tube to 5 Star where the owner Tony threw the tube back at me and said it wasn't his tube. I asked Manny his "service manger" if he backed up Tony and he stated "I wasn't back there when they replaced it". I asked to speak to the mechanic who changed it and was told he was on vacation. Tony refuses to back his parts and labor warranty DO NOT BRING YOU BIKE HERE

Live in Norman Oklahoma and started using Kyle about 6 years ago when local shop in okc closed…read more Since I have a 3 hour drive one way, Kyle has always been flexible with drop of times. This last repair was on 1966 Vespa blue badge small frame. I drove down on a Saturday. When I arrived I told him I heard a pop and it died and would not start. Kyle noticed that the flywheel was loose and the woodruff key had sheared. He fixed it immediately to save me another long trip. I would recommend him to anyone. Always fair on price and does good work.

Everything they suggested was not needed, and it felt like they were trying to upsell parts just to make money. Very disappointed -- save your time and money and go somewhere else. I'd recommend going to Moxie Scooters instead.
