I've been here twice with two completely different experiences. The first time I came, I had Bee (??? Not sure how to spell his name!!) who did an INCREDIBLE job. So precise and paid attention to every detail of my gel manicure. The second time....not so great. Had a different guy do my nails. He made three nail beds bleed and the polish is uneven and doesn't cover my whole nail. I would come back but only if I can be assured that I'll have Bee again!!! I got a pedicure and as soon as they immersed my feet into the tub of water they began to itch. I would not recommend anyone go to this nail salon. I got a pedicure and my cousin got a mani and pedi. The next day the polish was chipping off my cousin's fingernails. We go back to get a redo the next day. The guy tells me that the quality of nail polish has changed and he suggest we pay more and get gel polish. He assures me that it will last at least a week. But what we got will last a day or so. I told him no one told me that otherwise we would have picked something else. I just spent $122 in this establishment, are you freaking kidding me! He then tells me that he will help me out and re-polish them. But instead of starting fresh and taking off the chips he paints on top of the partially painted nails. I saw the lady was working on pulling a hang nail on my toe and It started to hurt and bleed , I told her if she could just cut instead of keep pulling and she said it was fine. She kept ok going and it's been 2 days now and my toe is swollen and in pain still. Once we started on the manicure she did okay there. She kept telling me I had to take out cash I told her no I was paying with card , she kept pointing at the ATM in their store , I told her no I'm still paying with card she said I can take out cash with any card. Anthony Vince Nail Spa has a nice therapeutic atmosphere. Today, despite certain reviews I took the challenge of trying out the place to place my own judgement. I visited around 2pm in the afternoon on a Tuesday, which isn't a very busy time of the day. First stepped into the bathroom as that is typically a very powerful indicator of sanitary practices. I was relieved to see a very clean and kept up facility. Proceeded to the massage chair of pedicures, decided to choose the milk and honey pedicure. The man that gave me the pedicure was super gentle, also verified temperatures on wax and water throughout my experience. He also explained cost differences between gel and regular and asked, which would benefit me and my lifestyle better. He was super easy to talk to, even though I'm slightly hard of hearing. For my manicure, I had gotten a fullset, with gel. Prices were as expected for quality. Overall, my experience was a pleasant one and surpassed my expectations for quality and service. I never do reviews but this was probably the worst mani/pedi experience I've ever had. Majority of the staff was rude. When asked if I wanted color for a manicure I just said I wanted a basic manicure no color, just my cuticles trimmed and the older woman who works there rolled her eyes at me and was very rude for no reason. When I got my pedicure I had to ask several times to fix and trim my cuticles and clean under my nails. I will say that the man that did my pedicure was very nice, but the lotion massage was literally 30 seconds long. When I got my manicure the man (different person than the pedicure) who did it didn't use any lotion or cuticle oil. He then suggested that he could buff my nail instead of nail polish which seems like a normal part of a regular manicure THEY CHARGED ME AN ADDITIONAL $10 to buff my nail. Again didn't even put lotion on my hands or anything. You do NOT get what you pay for. $52 FOR WHAT? Very disappointed. Will not be coming back. read more

BEWARE- I am a 5 star rate queen, just look at my reviews....so this 1 Star says a lot!!!!!! My sister raved about this place so I decided to take my mom and sister here for a relaxing pedicure on a rainy day last night. I called ahead to be sure we would have a spot. When we got there the place was empty. The man at the counter was friendly and sat us directly. Since my mom wouldn't be a fan of a man rubbing her legs, I thought it best she have the only women on staff. I didn't get her name she was from Vietnam, she told my mom, but she was not as friendly as the rest and kept rudely talking in a different language while my mom tried to be friendly to her. My mom was not used to getting her nails done and the lady kept scolding her and pulling on her feet. After they put my moms feet in the bag with wax she told me it was burning so I called someone over to remove the wax for my mom. When we left and we're almost home my mom seemed fine but when she showed me her big toe it was bleeding and a chunk of skin hanging off. At this point the salon was closed. When she woke up this morning it was all red, gooey, plump and sore to the touch. Bless her heart, she didn't want to say anything. I tipped all three of the people including my moms nail lady $20 a piece on top of the $153 total for 3 pedicures. If I had known I would have talked to the manager. My mom said when she cut her, my mom pulled her foot back towards herself and the lady just grabbed her foot and yanked it back. My moms experience was so unbelievably awful, I will never go back to this salon. Be careful who does your nails at this place and always say something if they cut you. At no point did she say anything or put anything on the open sore after she gouged my mom. Very SAD!!! read more

Came here for a relaxing experience and to fix my gel french manicure I had done in San Diego. I decided to get a pedicure too and the lady cut my toe and my finger then proceeded to overcharge me $86 for the mani pedi telling me she gave me gel pedicure. Why would I want a gel pedicure? I want gel french on my hands!! The cut on my.finger hurt so much I told her to forget the french and just put a clear polish on it. After she put the clear polish she rushed me out of there and charged me $5 extra because I used a credit card. The nail polish was not dry and now its smudged and there us hair in one of them. I've been here multiple times and the first time I loved the man who did my nails he was so nice and did a great job. Every other time I went I didn't like any of the other people who did my nails. One man refused to do just a simple ombré because he couldn't do it or didn't want to. One lady was so rude she was on her phone almost the whole time took 2 hours!! for one set. I definitely believe their prices are for the upkeep of the facility & not the work you're getting done. $100 later, I am disappointed. I got a gel pedicure & a full set. The person who did my pedicure kept cursing while doing my nails. I onThe color had chose was almost empty, but there was enough to get the job done. When he was finished with my pedicure, he told me to never pick that color again. I'm guessing bc of it almost being gone. Rude & unprofessional. Another person did my full set. As soon as I sat down in the chair, she gave me the color choices for colored acrylic suggesting it bc "a lot of people get it." I asked her multiple times how much more is the colored acrylic bc I prefer gel, & she never answered my question. She just told me to pick a color. None of the options for the colored acrylic caught my eye. The options seemed very limited. I asked for the gel options, but she kept ignoring my request until I chose an acrylic option. The job looked rushed, & I'm still looking at unhappily. A few days later, I had to come in for a repair bc I broke a nail packing up my classroom. The same lady who did my full set did my repair. She kept asking me who did my nails before bc they looked so bad. I had to let her know that it was her who did my nails. She stopped talking after that. I won't be coming back. So I been coming here for a while now. This past week was the last time. But before this I had a unpleasant visit. I got fungus after my pedicure so it took time and money from medication to get better. Now last week I don't know why but I went again and I came out with an infection on my toes. I went and try to get my money and they gave me a 40 dollar gift card lol. Well I being to a urgent care and the emergency room and that is not paying for it. I call to as for the manager and they respond was "and what" the manager never took the time to shake my hand apologizing or haven't contact me about my injuries. Cece did my acrylic nails and she was amazing!! She took her time and talked me through The whole thing. But the 2 people who did my sisters nails, she told them that she needed another coat because she can see through the paint. & they told her no, that her nails were just dirty. She also asked for gems to be put on, so they did and they put three rows of gems on one nail and on the other hand they only put 2 rows of gems. So it was not the same. & when she told them it wasn't the same, they argued with her. And did not fix it. So again... CECE did a great job. So if you do come here, ask for her. Because obviously everyone else is lazy. Oh.. and by the way, the guy who painted her nails and didn't want to do another coat, I believe he is the owner. read more

I was intrigued by how cheap their eyelash extensions were and since there aren't really any reviews on here, I decided to check them out. The wait was 30 minutes for eyelash extensions since I think the only guy who could do them was working on a customer. The place was clean and the staff were nice. For the service itself, I gotta say you get what you pay for. They use individual Ardell falsies (not sure about the adhesive). I didn't like the fact that they taped my lids up because I couldn't blink the entire time so I started tearing up. It was pretty fast, it took about 15 minutes. As you can see in the pictures they aren't very even, but hey it's 25 bucks and the guy said it lasts for about 3 weeks. I would recommend going to a different place for extensions since these feel like they're poking my eyes every time I blink lol. read more

Got gel manis and pedis with my sister today, was nervous the whole time because of the reviews but ended up being a great experience! Had Lanny who was a bit rough on the cuticles but if you ask her to be gentle ahead of time everything else should be fine. I like that they have plastic covers on the pedi basin and change it out each time. My sister had Len and she was also pleased with her experience. Place was clean and well decorated. Visiting from Jersey so I don't know when I will be back but it was better than some of the other places that were older, dirty or had long wait times. read more

Very disappointed in this place. Went for a mani/pedi with a girlfriend and it was a horrible experience. I started with the spa pedicure. I have never had a pedicure hurt or be as painful as this one was. When it came to the sugar scrub, the woman continuously rubbed with her knuckles on the top of my foot (the soft skinned part) when she should have been focusing on the bottom where the calluses were. She wasn't paying attention and just rubbed and rubbed and rubbed while watching the tv above me. She did not effectively distribute the scrub and just focused on the top of my foot. It was horrible; she did it to both feet. Next was the manicure. I was also very disappointed in this too. The woman butchered my finger nails. She poorly shaped them and they weren't even after she did. Not to mention, she didn't take all the nail polish off my fingernails before she began, so you can see through the polish that was put on. I had to reshape them once I got home. She did a poor job on the cuticles as well, and it just seemed so rushed. The massage part of the mani and the pedi were both bad and pretty much didn't exist. This visit was not at all relaxing, even though the environment could make you perceive differently. I do not recommend this place to anyone. However it could have just been the lady I had. No one wore name tags so I can't tell you who to avoid. read more

Can't speak on the other nail techs because both times I've been taken care of by Elaine, but if you haven't been I would definitely request her. He and others spoke in foreign language "rude and possibly racist comments because I asked are you being racist and rude"? Both stopped talking and just stared. If I could give this place a zero rating I would. I went on July 23rd and got a full set by Anthony. My nails were crooked and uneven. Then he cut my skin 5 times and was rough. I gave another chance today 8/4/21 and they completely failes. Again my nails Are uneven the fill was poorly done and when I asked for it to be fixed I was told no ! My wife went here with a group of friends. She scheduled her appointment for 5pm, and was not helped until 6:35. She asked for a short pearl/french tip, and as you can see from the picture attached, every nail length is different and she was cut 3 times. So on my birthday my best friend and I came to this place to get a full set and a pedicure. The pedicure was amazing I want to say but once I sat down in the chair to get a full set I was then told that I have to pay now. I then proceeded to tell the man (sorry I didn't get his name) that I don't feel comfortable paying for my nails yet as they're not done but I will gladly pay for my toes. Then he proceeded to tell me that they were about to close that's why and I didn't feel like arguing so I complied. Anyway the pedicure was supposed to be $45 but they charged me $65. That was a hidden fee. I don't like that. And my make was $60 and I only got a basic color no design nothing. So anyway as the woman is shaping my nails I tell her to make them more skinny then she tells me that it'll will be more money if I wanted her to do that. But I didn't understand because your taking off not adding on. Anyway back to the paying upfront so there were still people in there and there was some guy that walked in before we were about to leave and got a pedicure and I didn't see anybody besides me pay upfront. The shop is beautiful. I like that they line the tubs. However, as noted in other reviews, I found the technician to be very rude. She pushed and pulled my legs and feet and basically shouted at me when she wanted me to do something. I believe it was due to my not getting a higher priced service. She smiled when she tried to get me to get the more expensive package but after I declined is when her attitude changed. I wish I had read the reviews before going there. Never again! read more

This has to be one of THE worst salon experiences for me to date ! I come in wanting a tip added to my toenail (because it broke really short ) and a polish change . When I first entered , it took the employees a while to greet me as if no one wanted to do business with me . When finally sat she simply just won't do the service that I ask and there is very rude chatter amongst employees . To end my experience the man just turned off the drying station when His customer left as if it wasn't important for me to have my nails dried also . In conclusion , not only was my customer service experience horrible but also they quality of service in itself . The paint was sloppy all over my cuticles and skin . The top was not filled very well . It basically looked like my two year old niece did it .
