Listen to what the customer wants and lowers the price got any. The nail tech must be colorblind because my granddaughter wanted sparkling gold on her nails and the lady gave her orange instead. I love this spa so much! The ambiance is incredibly relaxing and beautifully designed. They offer you a drink and allow you to wait in the lounge and massage chairs if they are busy. Dory did my pedicure and was very sweet and helped me choose a color and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. TT did my manicure and it's the cutest set I've ever had. I do my gel extensions at home typically but decided to treat myself. I work with my hands and am on my feet all day so I booked the Ultimate Spa package for both mani and pedi. I don't usually get acrylics but opted to this time, not knowing the steps of it I realized a bit too late she was forgetting to do the Ultimate package for my hands since she was skipping cuticle work. I ended up not getting it and it was mentioned she forgot during checkout which I declined since I had been there for a couple hours already. Looking at my hands, I unfortunately do a cleaner job at home - it already looks like my nails are at least a week grown out. I'm confused why proper cuticle and nail prep is not included in a basic package though? It is essential for a clean and long lasting manicure! 1 I got my nails done at 1:30 pm. By 7 pm the chrome was already actively chipping on both hands. 2 Before starting the service I asked the nail technician if she could replicate the inspiration picture that I brought in. She confidently said yes, then after applying the base coat she stated that she didn't know how to replicate the picture. Instead she just painted two lines on my nails and said that is the best she's able to do. She should have been honest upfront to save the headache. 3 I informed the nail tech at the start of the appointment that one of my nails had a crack and I asked her to repair it. She affirmed that she would. When I didn't see effort to actually complete the repair - she informed me not to worry "I put extra powder on." In less than 4 hours, the crack resurfaced. 4 I am traveling on business and needed this taken care of before the trip. Having to schedule 3 separate appointments for a simple service profoundly unfortunate. 5 I returned the next day, and a new technician "fixed" the nail which amounted to just adding glue. I suggested cutting the nail off and replacing with a tip - I was told that wasn't necessary. Later that evening the nail cracked again. I returned a third day in a row, they cut the nail as I originally recommended. read more

David was so great to help us set up an apt minutes before we arrived, and then got us set up with Jesse, and Dory. I cannot ave describe how cute and unbelievably sweet these two were!! From bringing us champagne, to making us giggle, -Jesse made sure my boo's cuticles were in top shape, and Dory- I have no words other than WOW!! He killed it with the mani, color, etc!! I came to Anthony Vince later that day while visiting with family at the mall and asked if they could squeeze myself and step mother in to correct our nails that we were not please with from the other salon. I really didn't want to have to leave a review, but after speaking to the owner, I'm pretty bummed about this situation. I came in to get a full set of gel X nails, a pedicure, and the removal of my previous gel x set. The first red flag was the nail tech, Susan, dropped the drill she was using to remove my previous set into the water that my feet were in for the pedicure. She did not really do much of what you get from a pedicure, she soaked my feet in lukewarm water, removed the polish, barely filed my toenails which was fine because they were already alright, put oil and lotion on my legs and painted my toenails. Then I went to sit down for my nails, and you can kind of see where that went. I do love long nails, and I could tell there was some irritation despite me being apologetic for feeling that I inconvenienced her, (I shouldn't have to do that), because they didn't have the long almond or stiletto gel x tips. So she used the long coffin tips and filed them down. Soon after she started putting the tips on, another nail tech came over, and the two started talking, and mocking me. I know this is true because they were speaking English when they said the things that I said, and the other language (I'm not sure which, sorry) the other times. There was big expressions of annoyance, shaking heads, laughing, sighing, rolling eyes and throwing their hands around, while using a mocking tone to reference the exact things I said, which were just things like "do you have long almond?", or "I like long nails", or "I think those are too short for me". I do not like confrontation, so I kept my head down the rest of the appointment, especially because it was so blatant that they were mocking me, but it took a lot to not just say I wanted to leave. The obvious let down is that my nails are super crooked, and when she noticed she just laughed and said "this finger is weird", and I told her "I think the nail looks crooked", but she just continued to say my fingers are crooked. Which you can see that the nails are obviously misplaced . As said before, I don't like confrontation, so I paid the 120$, left a tip, and was just going to let it go before I got to my car and saw how crooked particularly my thumb is. So I called and was met with the statement that they do not offer refunds, but that they'd fix them for me the following day. I'm not willing to go back in, but the biggest thing that made me feel the need to write this is how poorly the owner handled this. I was very kind the entire time, and was told that I had misunderstood the mocking, and that it wasn't mocking, and that Susan is a great nail tech who he can personally vouch for. I understand if you don't wish to believe a customer, but the issue was not just the mocking, that to me just felt like the most inexcusable thing I suppose? Because bad nails can be fixed, but treating a customer like that is really unfair. Anyways, I won't be returning, but I do hope the business can make some important changes for the customers that do frequent the establishment! **Also, these pictures are taken after I had already spent a decent amount of time trying to fix the crookedness myself . **Edit: it is now exactly a week from the day I got my nails done, and over half of them have broken off. Called back again to request a refund and the owner again said "I offered to fix them for you". Decided to now just dispute the charges with my bank. Absolutely ridiculous experience. read more

My girlfriend likes this place and talked me into joining her. This review is two instead of 1 star because they serve a mimosa with your service First time- I got a full set and pedi. The edges of my nails weren't nicely finished but they looked nice otherwise. About a week in they started completely falling off. By two weeks so many had fallen off that I just had to go get a fresh full set, which I was not thrilled by as this place ain't cheap. My second set went even worse. The shape was ugly (I asked for a stiletto shape and it was weird like a bulky almond, not flattering). I went home and had one break off the same day. Went in that weekend and they repaired for free (appreciated). But as the week went on they started coming detached and I lost a few quickly. I had a pinkie nail where the whole part bent down to my tip and it hurt SO BAD and caused awful nail bed damage... it ripped more than half my nail off!!!! I'm two weeks into letting it heal and it's obvious it's going to be a process and I'm worried I'll end up with some weird nail shape when it grows back. My pedi I got here was fine, but steer clear of this place for sets for sure. read more

I've been to this place multiple times, but this time, I went with my bridesmaids two days before my wedding. I showed her a picture of what I wanted (acrylic full set with a rounded tip). My technician said "why don't you do them like mine?" I thought she would have a better gauge of what a bride would want because she was the professional! I should've just trusted my gut because these claws in the first picture are not me. Not only did she not buff down the tops of my nails to make them look somewhat natural, but then she asked if I wanted to pay more for a manicure....when I was about to be done. "I thought this was a manicure?" "No you have to pay more to get your cuticles clipped, etc" are you kidding me? I'm paying $65 for this but then asked to pay more when I want/need a cleanup of my cuticles? Ridiculous. I should've gone to my go-to place in a Lake City strip mall (Peony Nails) instead of trying to be fancy with my girls just to get a mimosa with them before my wedding.
