I've actually never had a better nail salon experience than when I came here!!! The vibe was so welcoming and the space was clean, I initially was gonna do a full set of dip, but my nail tech Tony told me that Gel X would be a better fit for what I was looking for, wnd it was the same price as the dip, I'm so glad I went with the gel x because I actually LOVE them sm ! I booked an online appointment on Monday for a Thursday appointment. I was getting a facial, manicure, and pedicure. I showed up 15 minutes early to my facial appointment and was told they don't have an appointment for me. They stated they don't take online bookings and you can only call to make an appointment. Highly disappointed in my experience today. I'm currently sitting in my massage chair that does not work, writing this review as i receive the worst, least relaxing pedicure I've ever had. I would like to note that I'm in town visiting my family, and my mom and sisters pedicure were great! Mine however, was highly dissatisfying. I got no massage, what so ever. She rubbed the top of my foot for maybe up to 1 minute, and then moved on while my mother and sister got a nice long massage. I was never offered a drink either.. not even water. My nail shape isn't exactly coffin shape and She cut my cuticle with her tool. :/ at first she just looked at it then moved on. My husband treated me to a spa day today. From someone whos had a thousand mani/pedis in her lifetime...this is the worst experience I've ever had. It's an understatement to say the nail tech must have said "sorry" to me 20 times during the process. He cut my toe while cleaning my cuticles, I have 3 reddened areas on my feet from either using the cheese grater thing too much or scrubbing too hard. I can't even put pressure on the back of my heel. My fingers are so sore from grinding them down to hard. I did a dip and they shouldnt hurt like this. The acrylic was wet stuck to my skin around my nail. EVERY finger he pulled on my skin to get it off. I was grinding my teeth it hurt so bad. My nail is also cut from the file burning my skin during this. Then, when trying to get the acrylic from underneath my nail, he went too deep and I had to pull my hand back. This cost $103! On top of all that, I usually don't care about this stuff, but the massage chair barely worked and the stools and chairs are worn and ripped. I was thinking this would be a nice, high class salon with professional techs. Another customer even made a comment about the stool that looks like someone took a knife to it. Then, to top it all off, there was a mother and daughter enjoying their day together. The daughter was sitting in a chair watching her mom get her nails done. A man very rudely told her he needed the seat. He could have asked her nicely to move to the 10 open seats around , but he didn't. Nobody ever sat in that seat the entire time I was watching. There was no need to be so rude to her. I WILL never go back and I've told everyone I know about this experience and they will never go there either! read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. I made an appointment and came for a full set with gel and the woman I had did my nails in 30 minutes. For anyone who has gotten it done before knows that it should take longer than that. She rushed to do my nails, was upset because I didn't come knowing what color I wanted and refused to give me the WiFi password when I asked which my other friends nail tech was able to give it to her. I wasn't even offered a drink! They have a full bar and well damn after that experience I need a drink. My hands are so sore and cut up from how rough she was. Literally run the opposite direction. I wouldn't come here if it was the last nail place on earth. UPDATE : NOT even 2 weeks has passed and I've already had 3 nails fall off. I was in on Saturday (07/31/21) to get a pedicure. The technician didn't ask what package I wanted, no big deal. I told her which pedicure I'd like and that I wanted to do gel polish. I'm in the chair for over an hour, she keeps messing up and having to reapply the polish. She puts the UV light on top of my painted toes, smudging the paint and having to redo them again. Come to find out, she's not using gel polish but just regular polish. I've already been there for an hour and a half at this point when they offer to wipe off the polish and reapply. I decline (I had to get back home to my 5 month old) so I left with smudged toes and $46 gone to a horrible pedicure! And, my feet were left with dead skin still on the heels. Extremely upset and will not be returning. Absolutely do not recommend. read more

Went in for an acrylic full set and will never go back for that again. I had dark red polish on before and she did not take it off all the way- you can still see it around my new nails, filed my tips down way shorter than I asked for, did not ask what shape I wanted just assumed I wanted the same as what I had before, extremely thick acrylic, cut the skin around my nails on multiple fingers with the drill and buffer, polish is uneven, my cuticles are a mess UPDATE: they did bring me in to fix them, and offered to upgrade me to gel polish instead of regular at no charge. I went in to get a mani and pedi. I not only sat down and waited for a half hour patiently, but I also sat at my pedi bowl for about 15-30 minutes also. Keep in mind I'm just sitting there. Not soaking my feet or anything. All I asked was, if anyone was available yet and how long it would be of a wait, that's it. I wasn't rude, I wasn't nagging, I asked nicely and I understood they were busy. One of the employees went and asked Michael the manager and he comes charging at me asking me why I couldn't wait. I answered that it wasn't that I couldn't wait I just wanted to know how long so I could know if I had time to stay or leave I had 2 kids at home whom I left with my husband and I was traveling the next day and needed to finish shopping. He then proceeds to answer me rudely and said if I didn't want to wait to leave. I've never been disrespected in my life and never experienced rude customer service like that especially from a manager. The employees were super sweet and were convincing me to stay and that they would start on my pedi asap and I told them I wasn't going to stay and spend money somewhere I was disrespected. On my way out, I walked up to him while he was working on a customer to tell him to learn to treat his customers with respect and he didn't look up or acknowledge me he completely ignored me and acted like I wasn't there. I was so upset when I left that I told all my friends and family to never go there to get their nails done. It's been almost a year and I haven't been there since. I didn't want to do this, but when people assume no responsibility, I'll help you all out. I've told people for a while about Anthony Vince Nail Spa, Austin Landing. My last pedicure I had done at their facility left me with weak brittle nails, and I have lost 4 toenails that just fell off. They have removed all my Facebook posts and followed up with my email to them telling me that I "broke" my nails off myself. I had long healthy beautiful nails, now they are gone. Once again you can see below, yet I don't wear tight shoes, my one toenail looks rigid yet no mention of the ones that are missing, and it took me over a month to reach out. It's not like the nails just fall off over night. I lost one, then another, then two more in the span of two weeks. I did email them to follow up on their comment and they did not respond. read more

The skin around my nails is painful and completely red and scabbed over because they filed it off. When doing my nails she would pull my entire arm very hard to get my hand where she wanted it. The interior of this place was really nice and that had me very excited for a great mani and pedi, however, what I left with was horrible. I got a pedicure done first and that was fine but the manicure was horrendous. I asked for powder-dipped nails and what I left with looked like pieces of bubble gum on my nails. Not only did they do powder dip but they topped it with gel with then did a UV light? That was not what i asked for and the other women in my party who got powder-dipped nails, didn't have that done. I went and asked them to shave off some of the "bubble" on the nails and the technician, named Tim, was reluctant about it, as if I had burdened him after he ruined my nails. This was four or five days ago and I am going to a different salon to have these "bubbles" taken off because my nails hurt and burn every time I touch the surface of them. If I was local to Springboro, I would be going back to get my money reimbursed. All this being said, another woman I was with had Sophia do her pedi and mani and she did a fabulous job. Had to have them repaint because they completely didn't polish the sides of the nails. They were also very unfriendly and cared more about payment than customer service. They will charge you to fix their mistakes. The mail techs are wonderful and very nice but the management is terrible and won't admit their products aren't quality and won't cover and fixes. very disappointed. also be sure to clear your entire day if you want your nails done because they'll have you waiting 40min until a tech is available to help you. go to polish or lush instead, much cheaper and way faster. read more

I came with my mom for her birthday for pedicures with my sister as well. We were seated immediately and all together which was great! We were offered refreshments right when we sat down. Our techs were Amy, holly, and another man(he didn't have a name tag) and they were all very nice. Amy was very personable and funny. They all didn't mind when we were laughing because of our tickley feet! The polish looks great and the lavender scrub was amazing. The water was the perfect temp and the hot towel addition was great. The pedicure took about 30 min. Even when my mom knicked her polish on the dryer Amy gladly fixed it. I would recommend this place to a friend and will definitely come back. read more
