It took me 5+ phone calls just to get them to take me seriously. I decided to cancel my membership I've had for 5 years, once again I called and talked to the receptionist. Didn't seem concerned with the issue one bit, zero care for the customer. I was told I would get an email immediately to cancel my member, no email several days later. I just want to cancel my membership and not continue for this company to steal from me and cause me this much stress. This company is in the business of making money not hospitality. The staff seems inadequate to deal with problems. I searched for corporate phone number or email, found none. There has to be someone within the organization than can fix customer service issues. Do not sign their contract. There are plenty of other spas that will treat you better
