2 days later and my nails are already chipped. I did gel which I always do. When I left I thought this is the thinnest application of gel I've ever had. Well now I see that isn't a good thing. So I've been here a couple of times for pedicures with my husband and wasn't too impressed but figured we'd give it another shot since they were busy and it could just be an off day. The gel paint on my toes is always sub par and I feel like I'm over paying for the quality. I had decided to get nails which I normally don't do but wanted to switch it up. Selina was my nail tech and I was extremely happy with her services so I started setting appointments with her for my nails and pedicures. Mind you, I live about 25 minutes away and pass about 15 nail salons to get there. I showed up one day for my appointment and they sat me with a different lady for my pedicure to fit their schedule, which I was NOT happy with but did it anyway. Flash forward a month later, I set an appointment for today 3 days ago for fill and pedi WITH SELINA. I showed up 10 minutes early to pick my polish and wait. The guy at the first chair tried to sit me with someone else for my pedicure and I told him I'd rather wait for Selina and he was not happy about that. He started speaking in his own language to the other women in the salon so I asked him if she was running late and he brushed me off saying he didn't know. Then proceeded to talk to his client saying there are only a couple of women who can do nails and the others only do pedicures, which was rude. So he was upset that I wouldn't have my pedi done by any of the other women there when I set an appointment with someone else. I told him never mind, I would just find a new salon to go to who will honor my appointments. This place is short staffed and will not honor your appointments with whom you book with and just want to make in convenient for their employees not the customer. So I will not waste my money here ever again and I'd advise you to find another salon. The gel pedicures are sub par and not worth the money. The staff will rush you in and rush you out for the next customer. read more

Very disappointed. I used to love this place but it has unfortunately gone down hill as I've been coming. My original tech left and I thought I would try someone else. I was assigned my manicure and I will not be back. To start, the tech (I'm not going to say his name as I don't want to embarrass him publicly) did not speak one word to me other than "no" when I tried to put my hand on the fan too early. Then, he rushed through my service, cut multiple of my cuticles to the point they were gashed and bleeding, he put one coat of polish on my nails, went to the side of the business, and then never spoke another word to me. I'm literally sitting in the parking lot writing this review. I couldn't get on here fast enough. I just got my nails done by Anthony (I think that's his name) and I've never had more perfect nails. I am not an acrylic girly (I'm a nurse) but today is my birthday so I said whatever let's do it. When I tell you this man just kept pulling out more tools to shape and smooth and buff every little thing out. It ain't the same acrylic I used to get in high school ladies. My mom and I came here for a girls day and had a blast! We made a reservation online, so it was nice to go in and they already knew what we wanted done (pedicures) . We got sat within a couple minutes, got some mimosas, and relaxed. I got a beautiful color and the massage, sugar scrub, and hot towel wraps were great. Interesting experience(s). My friend comes here fairly often to get her nails done and I've been with her a couple of times for pedicures. She's had the same lady each pedicure and she always tells my friend that she needs to eat healthier and leaner meat. She also did not complete the pedicure with an "extended massage" that was paid for. Meanwhile, I'm sitting next to her getting an amazing massage by a gentlemen. So it's hard to say if I would recommend this place or not. Just be weary that they have no filter and you might not get what you pay for. Also on majority of the spa chairs the leather is all ripped up and needs to be replaced. So for a place that is supposed to be a finer establishment in HTC, they really should prioritize that. & be prepared, you can only tip in cash or Venmo Just to add to this, she also told my friend the color she painted on was ugly and wanted to change it, but only bc she messed up the nail and needed to paint a darker color over it. Went in for a pedicure and full set and left with only raw toes. The person who did my pedicure was inept and unprofessional. She did a poor job at scrubbing my feet, resulting in what was basically a quick rough swipe across the tops and bottoms of my feet. She attempted to direct where my feet should go, but held onto them as I tried to move them to follow her instructions, just weird. She told me my toes would not be beautiful with the French tip design because my nails were "short" so I opted for a full nude color instead with no designs. She began painting my toes in the strangest pattern, from tip to bottom, painting one toe at a time and placing my foot under the lamp. This caused the polish to look uneven as it flaked around the sides of my toe nails. As she began the clear coat, I attempted to look at my feet but she kept forcing my foot into the lamp. I finally had to be firm in saying "I'm trying to look at them." Which is when I noticed the issues. I also noticed that the tools she used on me did not come out of a sanitized package. I communicated my displeasure to her and a nearby employee well before she finished and asked to speak to the manager several times, but she ignored me. I tried to stop him as he walked past as well and was ignored. Finally, after the clear coat was applied to all my toes and they looked horrible, she took the cuticle cutter and cut the flakes of polish off! The this cause micro rips around my cuticles and caused some of the polish around the edges to flake further. It was so bad that she even noticed and went to get the drill to remove the polish. At that point I'd had it and asked her why she was doing this. To which she admitted the polish was flaking. I asked her to remove it from all the toes as they were all poorly done. She asked me to place my feet in the unlined basin for a rinse and I refused because that is not sanitary. I got up and went to the manager myself to discuss the issue calmly and ask for a reasonable solution. While he seemed aloof and uncaring, and the employee had a dismissive attitude, using her hands to wave me off, he offered to repaint them but I declined. Instead, I paid $20 for the services rendered thus far and left with raw toes. This was a terrible experience through and through which is unfortunate because I've come here before for small touch ups and repairs and they've always been awesome at that. But full services are well below par. read more

Helen did an amazing pedicure for me! She got some help from Andy who was doing my daughters pedicure (also amazing) to fix one of my toe nails with a tip and acrylic, it was really bad and now you can't even tell. But she did everything else and did so great. The massage was great and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I am extremely picky and I felt like this place was clean and I'm so happy with the services my daughter and I had. Also to add I called at 1 and they got us in by 2, we didn't wait at all and got two pedis and a fill in under two hours and didn't feel rushed. PLEASE DON'T GO!! On September 2nd I arrived for a pedicure I upgraded to the Spa Pedicure for an additional fee. During the pedicure the back of my leg started burning and I let the pedicurist (Anthony) know of the discomfort. He said he saw it and would be more careful. I endured the rest of the pedicure with discomfort and stinging on the back of my left leg. I paid for the pedicure and left the salon. Shortly thereafter I got home and realized how bad the injury was and the fact that the skin was gone from the back of my leg. I returned to the salon immediately, spoke with Hannah and showed her the injury immediately. She took pictures with her phone, as did I. At that time she offered a gift card for a basic pedicure (not even covering the cost of what I had paid). It is showing signs of infection and I now need to see a doctor. I've contacted the local salon and corporate 3 times to no avail. They keep making it sound like I DID SOMETHING WRONG! read more

I treated myself and my sister to get our nails done. I paid around $60 including tip for both of us. The staff did not inform us of any of their policies about the selection we made. Within 24 hours, all of our finger nail polish not just chipped but completely peeled off. I called to see if we could come and get them fixed without charge. On the phone I was told yes, but when I showed up the employee who helped us was extremely rude and told me no. He not only told me no rudely in front of the whole store, but told me what I said wasn't true and that I didn't pay the amount I paid. There is a wide variety of colors to choose from especially for dip and gel options. They also have a ton of pedicure chairs unlike other salons so the wait is never too long for a pedicure. The best nail place in Fishers/Noblesville I've ever been to. I've been to at minimum 7 places over my nail journey, and they have always given me the best set of nails and take their time while being personable and friendly. I have had gel fills, and pedicures here and have been happy each time. All these bad reviews are from people who choose ugly nails styles to begin with and are unhappy they couldn't make them cute. My first time here and although the lady was the sweetest, it was probably the worst nail job I've ever had. First, i asked for a certain gel color and she kept saying they didn't have that color anymore and kept pushing OPI bubble bath saying it's a very popular color. I told her I know that color but it's too pink and I wanted something more like funny bunny. She still insisted I try bubble bath saying it's a very soft pink while proceeding to paint it on my nails anyway. She messed up on my thumb nail and asked me if I was okay with it. I said no and told her if she wants to leave it she can give me a discount. She didn't understand what I saying so she said she's going to start all over. So she started that whole nail over and it well.. I'll let the photo speak for itself. She could tell I wasn't pleased after over an hour and she kept asking me if I didn't like it. The nail technician was great. The salon is beautiful. Very disappointed that the heater at the nail salon has not been working since December! They do have space heaters it is very cold in the building. And the nail technician have there coats on since it's so cold. When I ask when will the heater be fix no one knows?! The manager said the electricity company is backed up. It is now February and no heat. Hesitation to return due to being cold during the service. No discount is accommodate. I hate to ever leave a negative review, but I feel like people should know how they do business. This was for my bridal nails. A friend and I were going and wanted to go somewhere nicer and make it a fancy experience. I called them and asked if they serve champagne. The man on the phone told me that they did not yet have their liquor license but would have it in 2 weeks. I told them that it was for my wedding in a few days, no hard feelings but I wanted it to be special and drink champagne and I'd find somewhere else. About 5 minutes later, I got a call back from a different person from the salon. She asked me about getting my bridal nails done and said they'd take care of me and would have champagne. I asked again because the man specifically said they couldn't serve alcohol and she said "no, we can do it for you." I said okay and booked my appointment. The day before my wedding, I went in super excited to relax and have my nails done in a beautiful, relatively pricey salon. I spent 10 minutes choosing colors and getting all settled in to the pedicure chair. When I asked for champagne, the woman told me that they couldn't serve it yet because of the license. She seemed to know what I was talking about when I mentioned that someone called ME and specifically got my business by promising champagne. She agreed that someone should've called me before I was physically there and mentioned that the police could come and her manager didn't approve serving etc. At that point, I literally felt terrible because my friend was almost there, I already was sitting in the pedicure chair with someone about to do my nails, and while I could've left, I had no back up plan and ended up just going through with the services because I needed to have them done. This business did something very deceiving to get my $100+ of business. I hope it was worth the money for them. When the man told me I was done I asked where the mud mask was and he said "you don't need it". Then at the front when charged for it, he told me "well I gave her an extra towel instead". I made sure to schedule an appointment (dip powder) so I would not have to wait. It looked like a few walk ins came at the same time as me, which meant I had to wait a little but it wasn't a big deal. The person who did my manicure also worked the front desk and was very friendly and kind. She told me she works up front and does not normally do manicures unless the extra help is needed. Despite her friendliness I left the salon very upset and unhappy with the final manicure, it was was very poorly and very unprofessionally done. Truthfully, my nails looked like something I would do myself at home, and I am no where near a manicurist, unlike this individual who told me she had been doing nails for ten years. She kept having to jump from doing my nails to helping someone at reception or other salon tasks like starting someone off with a pedicure, answering phones, and seating incoming customers. She forgot to file down one of my nails during the nail prep because she was busy with other customers. At the end every finger had a lot of dip powder residue on my skin and it was not removed or filed off my skin. The nails themselves were left very chunky, and uneven despite my asking if they will be filed down and evened out. I work retail and I fully understand the pressures that come with customer service. I am appreciative of this salon's dedication to it. However I hope they reconsider manicures that are done by someone who also has to work the front desk as it has left me a very unsatisfied customer. I was hoping for a "treat myself" day but it ended up nothing close to it. I read many positive reviews and had very high hopes and expectations for this salon, but unfortunately I will definitely not be returning. Her kindness and consideration are memorable but so is the lack of attention to detail. It was not worth any of the time or money I had to spent. Maybe if I had gotten a manicurist rather than a front desk individual who sloppily does manicures on the side I would feel differently and reconsider being a patron this salon. read more
