We had a really enjoyable meal here. The food was solid overall, and the standout was definitely the Peach Melba Cheesecake -- it was amazing. Creamy, perfectly balanced, and a great way to finish the meal. Would happily come back.

Came here with a group after whale watching. Did not have to wait for seating long as we sat at the bar and diner area to watch the game. We were able to find dining options for all the young & older ages in our group. Salmon bowl was really good!

Halibut fish taco and showder. Only half a piece of fish for like 30$

I'm so excited because this is my first one star review! If there's one thing good about this place, its the view and thats about it. The service was friendly but honestly just really bad. After getting our food, no one checked on us for about 20 minutes and everyone avoided eye contact with me for about 10. I was looking at everyone trying to signal and no one would look my direction lol. Another thing, the food was really bad. The halibut taco had a small piece of fish on one side of the taco with the other side having nothing. It was also made using a stale flour tortilla. It was actually kinda hilarious. The clam chowder was alright, not many clams and a strong bacon flavor. The fish and chips were also bad, as a lot of the fries were undercooked. The Cioppino white fish was rubbery and the salmon was intensely overcooked. If that wasn't all bad enough, the complimentary bread they give you is extremely oily and not great. And its insanely expensive for what you get. Do NOT get the halibut taco with chowder, its basically a scam. On our way out, I also noticed around 10 plates under heatlamps waiting to be served. Overall, had a great time because it was so bad it turned funny, and will definitely not be back!

Just walked in for a quick dinner. Great location along the waterfront near the marina. Great service and varied Menü. Seafood is the recommended dinner of choice. Enjoyed a bucket of steamers and foccacia. Friendly staff. Nice seashore restaurant

We stopped by for lunch since it was right next to us, disembarking the Puget Sound Express whale-watching vessel. We were seated immediately inside near a window with a view of Port Edmonds slips. Bread was provided as an appetizer. I enjoyed the smoked salmon fettuccine, and my son had the Captain's platter. He didn't know that all the fish would be breaded, but he said it was good anyway. Indoor/outdoor seating with lovely views. Uninspired service. Vinyl tablecloths, but cloth napkins. Competitive prices plus no outrageous service fees or credit card fees. Clean restrooms. Versatile menu with craft beers available.

We had a Family Dinner last Friday (Sept 26, 2025) and we all enjoyed our meals. I had to get up to order my own drink, seems the server didn;t ask the customers at the far end, but that's okay. It gave me an opportunity to see the Huckleberry Lemonade and WOW! OMG, it was fantastic. a customer suggested adding a shot of vodka. Good Call. All in all I DO recommend Anthony's Beach Cafe!

Ambiance - beach vibe, casual and laid back, has outdoor seating Service - excellent, our water glasses were always filled, server was attentive and gave prompt service Food - we ordered clam chowder (yum!), copper river salmon (tasted better than Haerfest, generous portion) and fried calamari (crispy and good). I also liked their strawberry lemonade. It tasted fresh squeezed and you can really taste the strawberries. Love this place!

I come here often for a simple lunch or dinner with a group, it's good quality food and right on the water. It's nothing too special, but the menu offers a good variety. The staff is also always nice and quick even though they're usually pretty busy. It's got an older beachy feel to it which is great for a summer day. I recommend their fish tacos or ponzu salmon bowl!

We came right at opening on a Thursday, and had our choice of seating. As I understand, the bar is owned by a couple of brothers, and both were there to assist us. We started with cocktails (why not?). The margarita was a good choice and we learned that they were taught mixology by their stepdad who worked in the industry in Ballard. We also learned the pie recipes were taught to them from their mom. We opted for the Thanksgiving pie, which was served with a side of cranberry sauce and a lovely green salad. The pie was a good size, filled with turkey, rosemary potatoes, gravy and stuffing. I mean, classic flavors, and topped with a dab of cranberry, it brings out all the feels. Very tasty! The crust is perfectly flakey and delicious. The salad was topped with feta and grated beets with a tangy viniagrette. Hubs and I shared, and it was pretty filling. I didn't think we could eat a sweet slice there, so I ordered the Humble Crumble to go. Of course.......we couldn't resist. Just one bite, then another. We soon devoured the sweet pie before we could even get up from the table. I love the idea! Great food! Great Service!
