Pie Dive Bar rocks! It's a small location with a fantastic view of the water and boat traffic. It's run by two brothers whose family runs two other locations. Luke runs the front of house while his brother Owen is the chef. The indoor dining area is very comfortable - almost like a speakeasy, with eclectic tables and chairs. The atmosphere is great, with fun decorations and attractive lighting. The bartender makes excellent cocktails - my favorite is the jalapeño margarita, which gets served in a pint glass. The food is delicious and usually gets served very quickly. I love the recipes - a selection of delicious savory pies for dinner and sweet pies for dessert. To-go pies are available, as well. All savory pies include a side salad that has beets on it... I love beets. My favorite dessert is the banana bourbon cream pie. My favorite savory pie is a toss up between Thanksgiving, the shepherds pie and the brisket mac and cheese. If I could change one thing, it would be to offer a side of gravy with the Thanksgiving pie. The flavor is delicious, but it can be a bit dry sometimes - a side of gravy would solve that. Keep up the great work, PDB!

What a great new place in LaConner. We popped in a couple times for their delicious cocktails and pie. I had a spicy margarita it is made with their own jalapeno infused tequila and it was delicious the second time I had a seasonal cocktail that was also pretty tasty. The chocolate bourbon pecan pie did not disappoint!

Great service on the waterfront. 5 stars from me... real quality, VERY light flaky dough...flavor fabulous...VERY quick service. Very busy place, with tables in and outdoors. Right on the Swinomish Channel. AND it's a BAR!!! Reasonably priced about $30.

Great pies! I had the thanksgiving one and the banana crème. Both were super good and plan on coming back before my trip is over. Service was friendly and I linked that it was a quaint place.

I absolutely love the outdoor seating area as it is nestled among the pine trees and there are lots of seating options and some games you can play while waiting for your food. Beautiful surroundings. What most people come here for are the yummy large burgers and fries and shakes, etc. Although in their menu the offer sandwiches, wraps and salads too. Everyone I saw while there had burgers on their trays. The appetizers are also very yummy. We shared the garlic cheese curds to start and they were very tasty and served hot. Among our group of 5 people we tried a variety of the burger options including Jalapeno Burger, Grilled Onion Burger. I substituted the sweet tempura brussels sprouts for fries and another did onion rings. The rest of us had the delicious fries. The burgers were very big and difficult to finish for several of us so we took a lot of it home. While here we also ordered the special "Doggy Burger" for our dog. This is a basic cooked hamburger which we chopped up for the dog. And I also ordered a slice of the white chocolate raspberry dessert that the worker said was fresh out of the oven. That had to come home for a later day as we were stuffed. Great tasting food here! I'll be back.

Who can resist homemade Pie!?! Tja5 is where our adventure started. A fresh slice of homemade BlackBerry pie ala mode as an appetizer. Delicious blackberry filling with a light crust. We got a slice that was a bit dark, not my preference, and a bit on the small side for the price, but still a tasty way to start lunch. I split it with my husband which was a good thing because the the peanut butter, pickle and bacon burger came out. Holy Smokes! Dripping with PB goodness this is a hard burger to put down. A heaping side of fries helped mop up all the goodness that dripped into my plate. My husband had the ruben, which was just as mouthwatering. Pro tip: if you like garlic get the hand cut fries with garlic. I think they are a bit extra but worth it. Help support this great local diner next time you're anywhere near marblemount.

Here I was....after spending an entire day hiking wonderful Cascade Pass Trail...to then arrive here at Marblemount Diner at the end of the day....this was the perfect ending in having a home cooked hearty meal! I had just completed almost 10 miles of strenuous hiking down the road at North Cascades National Park. I then drove through this tiny town of Marblemount. And...I had read that Marblemount Diner was highly recommended. I was excited to try this place. When I stopped on by here back in August of this year, 2020 (during the pandemic) it was about 5pm - Thursday and the restaurant was empty. Lol, I guess I was just grateful they were open. But...after being tired from venturing all around on a cold and dreary day...I was craving simple, basic all-American food, and Marblemount Diner delivered with success. From the appearance on the outside of the restaurant, the diner certainly exuded a small, rustic, "mom and pop" type of feel...just the way I like em. I was greeted friendly and sat down immediately. Inside the restaurant...it had a cozy setting decorated with hometown pictures, lots of homages dedicated to being in the outdoors and among nature...and a very quaint "cabin-esque" ambiance set within the quiet mountain town of Marblemount. The menu was simple and basic, not too many options...but I sort of prefered it that way. Just stick to what's good. They had a section of... - Sandwiches - Fried Fish and Chicken - Salads - Kid's Meals - Beverages and Alcoholic Beverages - Desserts. That was it. So for me...I'm easy and can eat anything, and especially since I had built up a huge appetite, I had no issues finding something. I chose the Mushroom Burger - "with sauteed mushrooms dripping in Monterey Jack cheese" for $14.75. The burger also came with fries, lettuce, tomato, onions and a pickle in a basket. I also added a fountain soda. The mushroom burger was pretty big in size and with the fries...it was all quite fulfilling and "hit the spot" satisfying my hiker hunger, lol. Eventually, a little later during my time here the restaurant started filling up. Btw, tables were spread out so everyone was more than 6 feet apart. While eating my meal, I looked back on my photos from the day. I genuinely enjoyed taking my time eating, relaxing, and reflecting on my hiking while digging into a fresh hamburger all within this quiet little diner setting. Had I been visiting and staying in the town of Marblemount longer, I'd happily return to this diner. But just overall, I was enthusiastic about having the chance to end my day here at Marblemount Diner. Within the surroundings of the mountains of North Cascades National Park, for me...it didn't get any better than this!

The staff are sweet and kind. And the food, this is one of the best breakfast spots I've ever been to in my life apart from Ludi's in Seattle. The food is special. I ordered the Big Chief and it was phenomenal. The gravy was of something else my partner describes it as a cheesy béchamel. It was delicious. And the cinnamon roll. Are you kidding me!!! Oh I wish I had one in front of me right now. The cinnamon roll bread was so fresh and baked to perfection where it had this chewy middle. Trust me it was properly baked. And the icing is everything. They laid it on heavy and I thought damn that's going to be over powering however it was so light, airy, buttery and not too sweet. I don't know who's cooking back there but just know it's been two months and I still talk about this place. I thought I would be going back for the cabin. No, I'll be going back for this. Side note, my partner got toast and their were 4 large buttered slices of rye bread that also seemed freshly baked.

It is a great lunch spot for those who are biking (or in our case, e-biking) along the trail. It was so crowded! The service itself wasn't great which is saying something given there are no servers. You wait in line and order at the front, then you find a table (if you're lucky) and they bring the food out to you. Last Saturday, our cashier was a young blonde female and she genuinely seemed miserable. An incredibly unwelcoming presence and that followed with similar service by the rest of the staff. It was odd given the very minimal interactions most people probably have with the staff to begin with. The food is good. If you want a burger and fries and some huge onion rings, this is your place. It's not an out of this world burger and definitely not a place I'd recommend because of the food itself but the atmosphere. It's really what makes this restaurant so fun. It wasn't the food and definitely not the customer service for me. It was the atmosphere. Therefore, I probably won't go back. Food service is one of the hardest jobs in my opinion and I don't want to ever take my family and friend back to a place where I felt like an inconvenience just ordering my food. Disappointing and at the same time, check it out. Maybe it'll be different when you go. I'm hoping so!
