I've heard nothing but rave reviews for Anthony's. My boyfriend and I came by tonight and we had pretty high expectations. We both ordered pizza and an order of wings. The wings were good! Unfortunately, both the pizzas were extremely greasy. Too greasy. Overall, the pizza was just okay, nothing special. I think my waitress quit mid meal. Haven't seen her in 35 min. Someone else came over to help box our meals. Asked for a check and nothing. About 15min later we got the check from a third lady and gave her my credit card and we are still waiting 12 min later. 14 minutes. Wish we could leave like 35 minutes ago. Please make it stop. The three of us had A great dinner tonight at Anthony's Coal Fired pizza tonight - it was amazing. We have serious allergy concerns and they were up to the challenge and answered all of our questions and kept our family safe. I had first spoken to the manager named Vince and he was very kind and patient and has great knowledge about the menu. The restaurant's general mgr named Marty was on site making sure everything was going well and running smoothly - he is terrific. Also the service was just top notch including our waitress Kristen. She and the staff went out of their way to help us have a safe and delicious meal. And now, to what many people want to know, the food... it's was excellent. We purposely ordered way too much knowing we would take home leftovers. We had a Caesar salad and a house salad, three different types of amazing oven cooked wings, a meatball sandwich and a pizza called "the Paulie"They were all great choices amd we will enjoy them again tomorrow. This place is a fun place on a Saturday night and outdoor dining was really nice. ACFP will be one of my family's go to places from now on! read more

Ordered 4 meatballs last night for pick up. Got home and there were only 2 meatballs in the sauce with the cheese and bread. I called to complain & they told me i could drive back over to pick up 2 meatballs. They threw the meatballs in a container with nothing else. The least they could have done was remake the 4 meatballs for the inconvenience or refunded me money for my time and their mistakes. We came here on whim. Saw it as we were driving by on 38. Such a cute place. Too bad it's across from a hotel. Has an interesting outdoor bar area and a nice indoor area. We sat at the bar. Server was very nice. Allowed us to sample some of the wings before we ordered them. Ended up getting a half and half pizza. Half margarita half cauliflower. Very very good. I was underwhelmed by the Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza in Ramsey, NJ, and I was unfortunately underwhelmed by this location as well. Hubs and I were in the mood for pizza and cocktails on a Friday night. We sat by the bar (the outdoor/indoor bar concept is cool) and ordered a couple of drinks, an order of wings, and a couple of small pizzas. The bar vibe in this place felt "off". We couldn't put our fingers on it, but it felt like everyone was in a pissy mood. Service was okay overall, but if you don't flag the bartenders over, then good luck with getting a drink or even a glass of water. They were eye-avoiding like champs. The wings were pretty charred, but he likes them that way. They burn the pizza crusts to a crisp at this place, but fortunately ours weren't overly blackened. My eggplant pizza was good, but his meatball and ricotta pizza was beyond dry. The mini meatballs tasted like they were made with sawdust. Crikey! We both took our respective leftovers home, but his pizza was not even edible the next day. It pained me to throw it away, but it was not worth the calories nor the gallon of iced tea we would need to wash it down. We felt awful for "pizza cheating" on LaScala's Fire and we'll never do it again! read more

Visited this place in May. Love how close this was to our hotel. Tried the food on our last night there and it was satisfying. The staff is really nice. We ordered a large pizza (sausage broccoli), dry rub wings and a salad. All the food was really good. The pizza was delicious and my kids wolfed it down. The salad was really good and so filling. The wings were good but some of it was a bit dry. Overall, pleasant meal and I wouldn't mind eating outdoors here if we were back in the area. Small location but great service and the new dry rub wings were spicy and perfectly baked! We had for 8 of us, Pot of meatballs and got to take the pot with us....
