We paid anyways , then he used 2 small forklift size scoops, he said the other Too Soil is a blend of dirt & clay, we definitely didn't want that! Anyways he only filled up 1/3 of the back of our short bed truck, when I said we paid for 1 cubic yard, he said if he puts anymore, CHP would pull us over on the way home and they would not be responsible for that. It is what is it. At least it was quick & easy to get in & out.
