The second order placed had 0 issues. First one got all messed up because of their app. We called our CC company to see what was up. They assured us it was their end. Corporate customer service for Lowe's was ZERO help. And I mean ZERO help. Some of the worst customer service we've ever received. They told us to go to the store and they'll figure it out. So we went and everyone who got involved with this was baffled by how messed up this order was. It took SIX people to make this right. I wish I remembered their names but I didn't. It was a night shift who very clearly worked well together. We were there about 30 minutes but the entire time they were actively trying to help us. Which in the end, they did. Had to sell us a gift card for what we paid for fridge and stove since it was a special PO they couldn't just void it out and start over. Anyways, we left happy. I told them I'd leave a review. Brian packed my stuff, did great. Will be back.

I purchased a Hearthstone propane style gas stove from Preston Trading Post. I sourced several…read morevendors before making my final decision. I worked Creg in selecting the stove and fealt confident in his ability to provide me with the best product to suit my needs. Creg informed me that I needed to have the installer inspect and report back what type of pipe connection I required before i could purchase the stove. There are many y moving parts to the installation. The prepping of the pad for the propane tank, along with several inspections before the stove can be installed. The stove was ordered along with all the parts necessary based on the inspection by the installer. That was November, 3 weeka larer the stove was delivered with the parts. Two months later, I am scheduled for the install and it turns out that there are missing parts to the order. Preston had the stove delivered without parts that are back-ordered. They now tell me that they don't know when the parts will be in. This was all beknownst to me. I removed the wood stove, I installed new tile on the back wall and on a new platform for the gas stove, and I don't have a back up source for heat in the winter in CT. I am waiting for a call back with an explanation as to why I received a stove without all the parts.

This time, Renoldo came with his assistant to install one door for $ 1,500.00 and to patch over three huge cracks in the attic ceiling and wall that the company renovated in September, just six months ago. In short, wrong door knobs (twice!), a gap between the door frame and door (which they didn't want to fix), and nearly two, frustrating hours texting Dustin, the manager, who claimed he was right about everything and wouldn't take responsibility for an unsatisfactory job. I had to take doorknob pictures to prove my point because he insisted that he had purchased the right doorknob. WTF! I had to put up with his sarcasm, denials, name-calling, and gaslighting to get him to do the job. One door and a lot of unnecessary stress and aggravation. Never again, even if they paid me a million dollars, will I EVER work with this company again. Addendum: after much ado over everything, the company bought the proper color for the wood filler and filled all gaps and cracks left after they redid the door, which they should do with every door they replace that leaves ugly gaps in people's hardwood floors, even if the prior door installer was considered by them to have installed it improperly.
