This lady right here yelled at me belittled me and was super racist. I have no idea who to contact about this treatment I feel so helpless

Lady right here was so racist and ignorant she yelled at me while I was trying to get my car that was towed overnight while I was working 12 hour shift. Wouldn't listen to but as soon as I started recording she became oh so helpful. I need this lady fired immediately

Terrible experience!! The place is trash. They are extortionists and you are victimized twice. My car was towed there after an accident. The front desk woman is an unbalanced liar. She would not let me retrieve some of my work equipment from my car unless she got paid (even though they have a sign in front of the office window stating that you can). When I tried to get an explanation to why this could not be done, she got very agitated and aggressive and said either the insurance company should call her or if I pay the bill I could get to my car. I told her the accident happened the day before and I did not have a report from the police yet, and I just needed a few items from the car. She started to insert herself into the accident saying that she was a eyewitness to my accident (she never stop to help. What a "Great person"), that I was speeding (the other driver ran the red light), and that there was blood in the car door (mind you I was the only one in the car and I had no cuts on me). Seeing she was running out of excuses she stated that she had a lengthy conversation with me about this issue the day before when I called to find out if my car was towed to this shop. I looked at my cell phone and the called I had made was only 2 minutes long ( just enough for her to check if they were the one'that had my car). Really crazy woman?!? Then she tried to gaslight me, saying that I must have hit my head and forgot about the conversation. So this animal of female was trying everything to bully me into agreeing with her crazy lies. All the while there was a guy sitting next to her just shaking his head like a dumb bobble head doll and not making any effort to disengage the situation. Garbage at it's finest!! In the end I paid the bill to get my car out of the garbage establishment (if you can call it that). Once I had access to my car the so called blood was actually bird shit!!! Too bad besides being an animal she's also not very smart (well..,no surprise there). Had she been more sympathetic or should I say a decent human being and was willing to help the shop could have made good profit once the insurance company removed the car from the lot. Instead they made not even 10% of it could have been the cost by making me pay for it. Shame on them for being so greedy and crappy people. Got my car and save the insurance company some money LOL.

Kia did the diagnostic and found only 193g of Freon had been added. Tony's was very difficult to work with, and I also found they were persistent with having my review deleted from another major platform, when all I am doing is posting my honest experience with receipts/proof attached. Do not recommend this place at all.

Great service, fair prices…read more I called to see if they could fit me in same day and finish by 4pm for a road trip -- my hood was rusted shut, preventing me from replacing my headlight so I could drive safely in the rainy weather. They told me to come right in and they would see what they could do. George and Ismael stood out in the rain trying to loosen up my hood latch, replace my headlight, my tail light, and even did a last minute oil change to make sure my car was safe to drive today. They topped off all of my fluids and fixed my tire pressure without even being asked. I made it out of there with a $35 charge for the oil change and 1/2 hour of labor for the hood latch/headlight repairs, topping my bill off at just under ~$100. (On the contrary, Firestone Auto told me they would charge $200 just to replace a headlight, not even knowing my hood was stuck shut). I will definitely come back here in the future. Auto shops so often leave you feeling like you were cheated, but I trust these guys and felt like they had my best interests in mind.

I'm a woman, and I believe the shop assumed I had no knowledge of car repair pricing. I have the full digital estimate saved as screenshots, so here are the facts: TRUNK WEATHER STRIPPING Quoted: $433.08 Labor: $132.78 | Part (trunk seal): $274.44 Reality: A trunk weather seal costs $20-$60 in parts. Labor is a straightforward 30-45 min job. Fair total in CT: $100-$130 MAX. They were charging 3x the reasonable price inflating the part alone by over $200. SPARK PLUG REPLACEMENT (6 cylinders) Quoted: $961.78 Labor alone: $691.03 | Parts (6 plugs + gasket kit): $213.32 Reality: According to AAA, RepairPal, and industry standards, a V6 spark plug replacement runs $150-$350 total, or up to $500 at a dealership for hard-to-access engines. Labor nationally ranges from $55-$437 they quoted $691 IN LABOR ALONE. That is simply not defensible. POWER STEERING FLUID RESERVOIR Quoted: $454.78 Labor: $182.10 | Part: $245.53 Reality: This reservoir typically costs $30-$80 in parts. The job takes under an hour. Fair total: $130-$170. They marked up the part by over $170. MOUNT & BALANCE 2 TIRES (215/60/16) Quoted: $373.74 They also added $23.79 for "Road Hazard Coverage" without asking me. Reality: Those tires run $80-$110 each at Costco or Walmart. Mount & balance is $20-$25 per tire. Fair total: ~$230-$270. I declined all four jobs. The overcharge on just these items totals approximately $1,000-$1,300 above fair market value in New Haven, CT. What I did approve (Fluid Film Treatment $199.99 and Transmission Drain & Fill $193.66) seemed within a reasonable range and I have no complaint there. If you are a woman, speak limited English, or appear unfamiliar with car repair get a second opinion before approving ANYTHING here. The interior of my car became flooded up to my ankles. I drove around looking for a place that would hopefully be able to at least get the inside dry so that it wouldn't start to stink in my car. I happened upon One Stop, and instead of making me feel like a jack@$$, which would have been well-warranted, they were very helpful and vacuumed out the interior of my car. The floor mats needed extra time, and so they offered to hang them up in the shop for a couple days free of charge. Upon my return to pick them up, I brought the guys some coffee, which is nowhere near enough to thank them for their kindness. In the future, I will most definitely be taking my car to One Stop for repairs. Thanks, guys! I've attached a "before" picture for your comedic entertainment.

I remember I left it with Bill and went away on vacation for two weeks. I got back to an unanticipated $100 bill for something very minor. From that day on I have never gone to another mechanic. Being a Realtor who puts 40k + miles a year on my cars I have been there quite a bit.
