What a complete rip off…read more I just got back from this place after waiting 1.5 hours for an oil change, then another 30 mins for a car wash and will never return. I tried to get there early enough (10:50 am), the lady at the counter said it would be about an hour wait for the oil change so to be fair, they warned me on the wait and I decided to stay. My beef is with the shittiest car wash I've ever received. I used to come here all the time and this place changed EVERYTHING. They used to bring the car to the car wash after an oil change, you now have to drive it out of the driveway and into a separate car wash driveway yourself. I paid to upgrade my car wash to the highest level at an extra charge. Usually this includes wax, tires dressed, spraying the door jams, dash boards, cup holders and center consuls etc. What I got was below basic. They charge extra for the dashboard and the tires weren't dressed. The vacuum was half assed and incomplete. They didn't do the floor of the 3rd row even though I reminded them to and they don't even include a friggen air freshener anymore. Client retention is everything and they just lost us. Just check out the pictures. Now I have to go out and finish cleaning my car.

The oil change is advertised as 5 minute once it's your turn, luckily there was only one person before me. It's so quick, you wait in your car. When it comes to auto stuff, new places get me a little anxious, but the process was smooth. The staff was professional and approachable. I wouldn't mind coming back.

My dad called multiple car mechanics/repair shops in the area but was turned down by everyone until he spoke with Mr. Luis at Foxon Lube and Tire. Mr. Luis was able and willing to take a look at the van the next morning despite his busy regular schedule (usually the weekend is reserved for oil changes and quick work). He called his technician (a Mr. Orlando) who promptly diagnosed and resolved our issue and got us back on the road within 3 hours. Thanks to them, my dad was able to safely drive home to New York that same day.

Wow I came here to give a review for my bad experience and come to find so many others were dealing with exactly the same problem as me. These people have zero experience. This is a beginners mechanic stop they barely know the basics. They caused a leak in my car whold not following instructions and mishandling my oil pan plug and no one wanted to take responsi . It's like they deal with it in a local level and actually refused to my face when I requested to speak to someone higher up in the Valvoline chain they just completely blatantly deny you and immediately close your case without even hearing you out. The regional manager, Dominic Torlish did not even allow me to plead my case to him I never spoke with the man he only heard the local managers side of the story who is responsible for causing the leak. This is very much conflict of interest because if it's dealt with at a local level and you cannot plead your case to anyone higher up in the Valvoline chain why would local managers admit they are at fault if they never have to answer to anyone higher up. Do yourself a favor go to a real mechanic these people are snakes. Fire Dominic Torlish!
