Horrible customer service from Holly and Alexis if that is their real name! Since no one has a name tag on. Very disrespectful "girls" one claiming to be the store manager Alexis. When asking them for the manager/corp # to file complaint, these two actually laughed and said " Good luck were privately owned" as if that matters how you treat customers. I usually order TO GO from this location, and have been an Anthony's Pizza customer at other locations never had an issue. Or at least if their were issues with my order I had no problems getting that acknowledged. After expressing our order was incorrect, we were told we ordered that way! Never received an apology for THEIR mistake, and from the way these two acted I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. The pizza here is awesome. I love the big, foldable new york style slices. I have had the pepperoni and cheese and both taste great. Very filling. We have also tried the pasta and it was good as well. The tiramasu was fairly good, not quite as good as a sit down restaurant. I highly recommend this place. Inconsistent. We've gone to this location about half a dozen times. Sometimes the pizza is great, the crust is thin and cooked well and is actually the 18" you pay so much for. A few days ago, a group of kids was working the store and the pizza was on the small end, very little sauce and cheese and the crust looked premade and was flattened all around the edges. The 18" pizza weighed very little compared to some previous trips. And this is the frustrating part of getting pizza - you don't always get a consistent pie. Hate to do it. Used to love this place but seems like something has gone wrong lately. Each of us ordered our own slice of pizza. One ordered a cheese slice. We paid, we sat and we waited. Shortly after, one of the employees comes to our table and says "would you mind taking a sausage slice instead of a cheese slice? if we do a cheese slice we'd have to bake a whole other pizza" I'm sorry, what? If we wanted a sausage slice, we would've ordered one. How did your kitchen's problem become our problem and why are you asking us to compromise so that your kitchen doesn't have to do the work to make a cheese pizza? Anthony's Pizza is my family's favorite, but after tonight we are so grossed out and disappointed in our food I doubt we will return especially because of the customer service (or lack there of) I received. After being told it would take a hour and a half to deliver our one pizza that cost us $25 plus tax it arrived so cold, we had no choice but to microwave it. I'm not talking warm pizza but needed to be hot... Flat out cold and not fresh pizza. I called and talked to that gem of a guy, Kenny, and he said his manager isn't there but he would have him call me. When I asked politely when, he said he didn't know. Fast and good service! Clean diner and bathrooms. The pizza was average. Was a little disappointed because it was so highly recommend. The prize was comparable to other pizza places. Over all it was fine for a family night out. read more

The Pizza is always a shoe in, never disappointed. The Wife and kids also love the Calzones. The only complaint, which is a personal taste, is the roll selected for the hot sandwiches, sometimes a little chewy. read more

I have been eating here for years with no complaints until tonight. Ordered an 18 inch cheese extra crispy. The pie came out not crisp enough so I sent it back which upset the clerk. My rating is for the service rather than the food. My boyfriend and I came in last night around 6:15 and ordered, immediately the girl at the register didn't seem to understand what I wanted but sent the order to the kitchen anyway. A few minutes later she came to our table and tried to clarify, and still didn't really seem to get it. My food came out wrong as expected, which is not the problem. When we asked to have it replaced, she completely lashed out and I could hear her talking down to my boyfriend all the way from our table. She told him, "we'll fix it once but if it still isn't right that's it," and she had the most horrible attitude through the whole conversation. The Best Pizza in Parker....probably, haven't tried the newer places but have been ordering their pizza for many years and it has a good crust and generous toppings, pretty darn good! Just ordered the pasta w/meatballs for the 1st time and surprisingly, their meatballs are very good! Their salads are very good as well, really fresh. The only negative thing is sometimes if you have it delivered, the crust can be a bit soggy. It's random though. read more

I cannot recommend the deep dish pie, each slice was like eating a loaf of bread sprinkled with a tiny bit of cheese. I have had better toast. Trying to find a pepperoni to break up the monotony of bread was challenging. So doughy it appeared it could have been used to sop up liquids. I've been to this particular location many of times and yesterday was the WORST experience ever. Totally not going there again. The kid working their couldn't keep the orders straight. I was starving and needed to get away from the wife and kids last night at 8 PM, so I ran over to Anthony's and had the 2 cheese slice and a soda special for $6.48, including tax. The hockey game was on TV (volume off, which is great because I needed some peace and quiet), I had my caffeine free soda from their fancy coke machine. The slices were served hot. Everything was perfect...I thought that I died and went to heaven. By 8:45, I was ready to go back home in a much better mood. read more

I visited the Anthony's in Parker on Lincoln a few months ago as I often do because I really enjoy their food. That night the young kid that took our order messed up and I knew my total was much higher than it should be. He didn't give me a receipt, and then when I questioned it he said "Oh, I think I charged you for a bottle of wine instead of a glass... I'll fix it". He never came back over to my table throughout our dinner, and I had to go back up to the counter when we were ready to leave to again question the bill. He said he took it off and I would see the credit on my card in a few days, but again, gave me no receipt. Of course the charge did not come back off my card in a few days, and I then proceeded to call the store several times even speaking with the owner, who each time told me he would look into it and call me back, and never did. After calling about 5 times and never getting a call back, I finally gave up because it seemed as though nobody cared and was going to do anything about it. I'm not a difficult person, and a simple "I'm so sorry ma'am, your next pizza is on us" would have done just fine, but to completely ignore overcharging someone is just bad business. read more

I've have eaten in quite a few locations from working downtown to those in the suburbs. I popped into this location for a quick slice and salad. The entire time a young man behind me kept whistling and humming. I turned several times to the sounds indicating how annoying it was. When I was done I stood up and noticed he was an employee by his tshirt. I told him it was really annoying and that I'm sure the other guests don't want to hear it either. He said he didn't care and wasn't going to stop. He got belligerent and said it is his right. I complained to the manager on duty and left it at that. The disrespect in kids these days and for him to say he is not going to stop no matter who asks was mind boggling to me. He doesn't own this business and his annoying behavior and belligerence should have him unemployed. It's not his choice or right to disturb patrons. I hope he has learned a lesson. read more

Good pizza but the inside needs a huge facelift. Booths are all ripped and everything seems sticky and dirty. Yuck!

If you can get through all the piercings and tattoos of the people making your pizza behind the wall, you're good.

You need to train your people. I realize that there is always going to be turnover, but they need to know what they are doing. The food is good, but it doesn't mean anything if the people don't know what they are doing. read more
