This is the second time, years apart, that Marcos Pizza has completely messed up my order. I ordered the Chicken Florentine pizza with no feta. Instead, this location made the pizza with ONLY feta and no regular cheese at all. Since I don't live close by, I tried calling three different times just to request a refund, and every single time someone answered and immediately hung up the phone. Extremely poorly run business with terrible customer service. I will not be returning. read more

Ordered pizza to my hotel room right across the street cause didn't feel like getting up and dressed to go a ride the street, plus my left arm is disabled so it is a pain to carry things, although that would have saved me well over 10 bucks. But it was only delivered to the front desk so I had to get dressed anyways and figure out how to carry my order. Then the pizza was all on one side of the box all doubled over on itself. Then the extra sauces I paid extra for were the wrong sauces. What a waste. In the last have always had good experiences with other Marcos, this one is a far cry from those. read more

Had several contractors at the house and wanted to order several pizzas for delivery. Very easy to order online. Got emails every step of the way was delivered in the 30 timeframe they promised. Online ordering for delivery review ....and let me say it was not the greatest experience at all. Logged in to my account to apply a special discount for the pepperoni magnifico and it wouldn't accept the coupon code. So i had to create a new account, losing all my rewards. Order placed at 648p with a noted 30min for creating my order and delivery time. The online tracking was not working as the system was in a constant "your information will be available by 650p". I got a text my order was on its way by 815p. Pizza arrived at close to 839p. Pizza was cold and the salad greens on the wilted side. Food delivery in general has always been fickle to my neighborhood (drivers get a bit confused despite my home being right near the entrance) but definitely expect better. Let me start with the pizza was great as far as pizzas go but the problem is we ordered a large sausage & pepperoni pizza for four adults on 2/27/26, and when it arrived it appeared to be a medium pizza, so I measured it and sure enough it was it was only 12" in diameter for a $32.99 pizza after tax, delivery fee and tip. That is a bit much for a 12" pizza from a franchise. We have been loyal customers for years but if this is their business model we are going to have to recess other alternatives for future pizza purchases. read more

The customer service was fine and the pizza tasted good. This use to be a great location to eat at before COVID-19. However, we ate at this location tonight and the restaurant was really dirty. I had to wipe off the table and chairs. The floor was disgusting. It looked like they hadn't cleaned in years. The drinks were warm and there was no ice. Started the day behind which lead to pizza for dinner . Went with Marcos curbside pick up . Fantastic product , always fresh and pay attention to the well done instructions you can add on the app because the crispy crust the is a must for us . We ordered 2 large pizzas one with garlic crust, pepperoni and jalapeño and the other was a thin pizza with a Roma, garlic crust , chicken , pineapple, bans peppers and green olives and the were delicious ! Easy online app transaction and when I pulled up to the curbside pick up and check in he was already on his way out to deliver the pizza to the car . Great service on Wednesday night . The pizza tends to be consistently acceptable. Their steak sandwiches were always my favorite (from one of them in South Dakota), though the bread from here is about as dry as my dad's jokes and tends to cut deeper. Pizza is decent. Wings are good. However, they are SO SLOW. They say 30 mins- plan 60. They say 45 plan 90. The place is run by a group of disorganized kids. It's not their fault- there is no adult management. This place need the Jon Taffer in its life. read more

We ordered carry out. This was my first time trying their pizza. I ordered a Philly Cheesecake pizza. It was pretty good but we had to wait about 30 minutes before it was ready. The food is excellent however when you order online and they give you a delivery time don't believe it. Especially on a weekend night. if you were paying attention and you realize the delivery is late and you call, all they say is hey we haven't seen a driver yet. Then you wait another 20 minutes and you still don't see your delivery it can be very frustrating especially if half of your guests have left. read more

I was excited to try out Marco's Pizza since it's the closest pizza store to me. Ordered 1/2 Hawaiian and 1/2 Chicken Fresco and requested white sauce for the latter. Ended up with white sauce on both, no Canadian bacon on my Hawaiian pizza and onions just barely cooked on my pizza. The worst is the amount of grease at the bottom of the pizza. I was there at 8:30pm, store was empty, person taking my order said they weren't busy so I can't understand how my 1 pizza order was messed up. Disappointed and wish it was better. read more

The pizza is very good, I got the white pizza with no feta, also ordered the small wings, definitely took the small part seriously because the wings look like they came off a Cornish game hen, pidgin for those of you who don't get out much ; ). Go to Marcos, eat the pizza and don't plan on filling up on wings, really good flavor on the wings though. My only suggestion is to fed the chickens more, other than that, thank you for the awesome pizza and keep it up! read more

My first and LAST time ordering from this place. I called this location around 6pm and SPECIFICALLY asked if they delivered to my address. The person who took my ordered confirmed they did and told me the order would be ready in about one hour and some change. Again, I confirmed that it would be delivered. The person said it would be and I paid for my order. An hour and 15 minutes later, I get a call from someone at Marco's apologizing for being given the wrong info and was told my address is "way outside of the delivery area". I live 6.5 miles away! Are you freaking kidding me?! The guy said he didn't know how the order got into the system...well duh, one of your coworkers took the order and put it in the system! I had to tell the person who called me to refund my money because otherwise I would have just paid for the pizza that I would have never received. Needless to say, I'll be keeping an eye on my account to make sure I am refunded and I will not waste my time ordering from this location again. read more

Usually the pizza from Marcos is one of my favorite. Decided to try the garden this time. It arrived early and hot, the driver was very friendly. However, the pizza was terrible. The onions and tomatoes look like they had been in the freezer for too long, not even close to looking fresh. I ordered extra cheese and really couldn't taste anything but the mushrooms. The crust was not done. I had no idea they didn't use fresh produce, or their crust would be so mushy and doughy, Not sure I can ever order from there again, really disappointed and rather than eat another piece I would rather throw the rest of the pizza away. We ordered our pizza at 715pm with a delivery time of 830, works for us however 845 came, 900 came 915 came, we tried calling at 905 pm with no answer just the normal your call will be answered in the order it was received. I was on hold still at 930 so I decided to drive up there (while still on hold). Low and behold NO ONE to be seen, no employee anywhere. Im still on hold walking in the door but no phone was ringing anywhere. An employee finally comes out and I tell him Im on the phone with your store, he picks up the phone and says no ones there and hangs up. I said I was on the line and just heard you say that!!! This was a Friday night, I asked him if he though it was strange that it was a Friday and the phone wasnt ringning, he just shrugged. I asked about our pizza he said the driver just left. I told him we ordered this at 705 its now 930 couldnt you have called? I also said well Ive been on the phone with the store all they had to do was answer. He shrugged and walked to the back so alone in the store I was again. I waited until my husband called to confirm the pizza was there, so I walked out not happy because here we are 2 hours later and even the employee didnt give a crap about the 2 hours.. but note that while I was waiting to hear from my husband there was a pizza sitting at the end of the oven done and was left there for the entire 30 minutes I was there....EWW! I got to the car and he called back, we are missing stuff,,,,,,not surprised by this at this point. When I went to go back in the driver that delivered out pizza was pulling up. I asked her if she just delivered to our house, she said yes and she was sorry it was late, she was very sweet. But I was asking her about the phones she said that the employees turn down the ringer so they dont have to answer the phone. Well no wonder it wasnt ringing when I was on hold an walked in. Got the missing items and told them to please turn up the ringers I even tried calling again in front of them, I saw the light flashing but no ring..nice! Marco's was my favorite pizza when I lived in Texas. Now that I've moved near this location, I've got Marco's again! I like their crust and the flavor of the sauce, and the fact that they don't put a ton of sauce and cheese on the pizza. Their toppings are good quality and fresh, but I do wish they had more things to choose from in the vegetable category - like artichokes, for example. Salads are fresh and generous. And delivery has worked well. They also have a decent loyalty program. It doesn't take long before I have a $10 off coupon to use. read more

2 years ago we tried Marco's pizza for the first time. It became our favorite go to delivery pizza. Over the past 6 months it has been nothing but disappointing. We order the same thing every time but, we are never sure what we will actually get. Caesar salad missing cheese one time and croutons the next. The latest order was 20 min. Late. This Pizza tastes pretty good, ordered the sausage and pepperoni. My husband would go pick it up, so I can't speak about delivery. But the reason they don't get five stars is because the toppings are barely there! Meaning they are all centered in the middle of the pizza, where half the pizza has nothing. It's like that new Little Caesar's commercial where the guy asks if we put toppings all the way to the crust, will we go broke? And other guy answers yes! read more

Ordered delivery with online app - at first wouldn't work but once I took time it worked and they got our order. We used to order delivery alot when we lived in Aurora for a quick pizza. I tried the pizza for the first time last night and I enjoyed it. It's not New York or Chicago pizza, I would put it in the same category as dominos and Pizza Hut. However for that class it's definitely at the top. Nothing in general stood out as amazing or must have. Sauce was ordinary sauce, pizza had more cheese then other places, and the crust was crunchy but soft inside. I'm not sure if they do or don't but If they had deals and specials like dominos I would return more often. read more

I came here for dinner last night with friends. We got two large pizzas between the 3 of us and their baby. We got a chicken florentine and a deluxe. Both pizzas were really good, especially the chicken. The crust on the bottom was perfect. The shop is small but there's still seating which was nice for us. This was my first time here. Pretty disappointed. Maybe the pizza is better fresh as our slices had clearly been sitting there for 4 hours. I won't be back. They should really throw that stuff away and serve some fresh slices at some point. That's a good way to drive away customers. And their website is really stupid. It's not convenient to order electronically.
