We received our order with doordash and I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, add Chicken. It came with hardly any sauce and no chicken, which I paid for. The sauce had no taste at all. I was just not impressed with this as a lunch place but based upon other comments, maybe just order the gelato and pizza, not the pasta. It is severely over priced. $15 for the dish + $2.5 for zucchini noodles + $5 for a protein puts lunch for one at $25! Also, what's with the metal fork in a paper sleeve? A little strange. If there was one thing this place could change, it's the napkins. They are whimper than McDonalds and the food is messy. The creamy pesto was very thin but it did have good flavor. It wasn't heavy with cream. Pasta was coated and not just sauce poured on top. Still, the portion was small for the price. The bread was heavily seasoned. The only booth along the wall was where the air conditioner was. We had to move. The place was clean but there isn't a place to drop off dirty plates like at Chipotle; the staff does it. But the staff doesn't check on you so it's fast food? Oh, FYI sprinkle dried Parmesan on top so ask for without that if you don't like it. They do have high chairs and boosters. read more

I love a locally owned place with good food, and Mici fits the bill for me. The pizza dough had a great "chew" to it, the sauce has a deep rich flavor, and they have a nice variety of toppings. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed a nice conversation with the manager who told us all about the legacy of the restaurant and how they came to be. read more

This was our first time visiting the Parker location of Mici. We have also visited the location in Colorado Springs....and after that visit we couldn't wait to enjoy this delicious pizza again! The pizza is really, really delicious! We were not expecting such a delicious pizza from a chain...and for $8.99 at lunch with a beverage?!?! It's probably a good thing that this is not right next to our house or by the boy's schools or we would be eating this all...the...time!! They make the dough fresh every day, let it sit for 48 hours, then cook it on a hot stone. It is the best dough I think we have ever had at a chain pizza joint! The sauce is flavorful & they don't skimp on the toppings. We will be back again and again and again. To be honest, this place is just so dirty. The hallways have pizza sauce and footprints all over. It's disgusting. The bathroom says it's cleaned but it is not. The food was all burnt so the kids wouldn't even eat it. We never send back food but it's almost inedible for kids. Grown up meals are incredibly pricy at $15 roughly for a meal. If you want a meatball it's $4.49 for one. I wouldn't go here it just isn't worth it for the price. I really worry about cleanliness of where the food is cooked too. Our first visit, and there were some surprises. We expected a traditional Italian restaurant. Mici is a bright, clean space reminiscent of Modern Market. You order and pay at the counter, and then seat yourselves. We had the meatball appetizer to start, and it was delicious. Two large, yummy meatballs in REALLY good tomato sauce, accompanied by two slices of garlic ciabatta bread. The Caesar salad was crisp and the dressing was creamy and wonderfully tangy. The Rosa pasta, though, was just okay. It needed more sauce to be truly good pasta. The pepperoni pizza, on the other hand...WOW. The crust was chewy, it was loaded with pepperoni, and we loved it. read more

Really good pizza. They had some issues awhile back with not getting orders out on time, phone off the hook etc but they seem to have cleaned that up. This is your typical wood fired pizza. Ingredients are fresh and they always have a deal so they are pretty affordable too. read more

I enjoyed the pizza here, very tasty! The gelato was great as well! The one thing I would suggest is making sure the 10" pizza is just that... mine was pretty small at 8" (yes i measured haha) -- especially for the price - to just make sure customers are getting what you are marketing. My husband is still utterly obsessed with Mici, saying it's the best pizza he's ever had... However, this updated review is because I actually ordered something from the restaurant so it's my turn to review! When I realized Mici had the option to swap in zucchini noodles and essentially build your own "pasta" bowl, I was like "okay, I guess I will give this a try"... Plus, my husband REALLY wanted pizza. So... I ordered the zucchini noodles with TRIPLE CHICKEN, artichoke hearts, olives, sun dried tomatoes and spinach. Oh and everything was tossed in olive oil. My bowl was exactly how I requested it (for $25- which is pretty steep if you ask me), but it was just bland and boring. No seasonings or anything at all. Not even salt. I was hoping the olive oil would help bring a bit of flavor to this dish but it didn't do anything spectacular (I could tell they use LIGHT OLIVE OIL)... That being said, I'm only taking off one star because I do commend this restaurant for having the zucchini noodle option for people like me who cannot have regular spaghetti! And also, it's not like I wouldn't eat this again, I just now know what I would be getting so I need to make sure I have a few seasonings at home to spice up the spaghetti bowl! read more

I am going to start with the negative while highlighting that this is still a 5-star place and we will be back again and again. The restaurant was a bit chilly - there's a door that opens to the outside without a vestibule. The appetizer was a tad salty - the person who prepared the caprese was a bit heavy-handed on the salt. That said, the other ingredients were super fresh, well balanced, and a great portion. The pasta was yummy and even though the calzone was huge, my husband didn't leave a single bite - he was stuffed! But we both made room for gelato (it's a different part of the stomach!) and we were so glad we did! It's the closest we've found to the creamy and "can't get enough" gelato we enjoyed in Europe! The staff were so nice and our food came out quickly. They had a rush as we were leaving and I heard the manager apologizing to customers waiting. He was kind and empathetic and continued to encourage his staff - most of whom he shared are new. We will be back to this fast casual Italian spot - likely quite often for the gelato! read more

When I walked into Mici I expected a Fazzollis type experience. Turns out I actually enjoyed it. We had a margarita pizza, creamy pesto pasta, and a salad. It didn't knock our socks off but I will certainly go again if we are ever that for south in Parker again. read more

Gotta start with dessert. Their gelato is amazing!! Ghirardelli is so smooth and creamy. I'll be back for this! For dinner I ordered their Margherita Calzone and added sausage, mushrooms and onions. Definitely not as expected. The bottom of the calzone was so soggy, before adding the marinara, which was delicious. The sausage tasted fine but was not spread throughout the calzone, just clumped in one corner as well as the mushrooms. But my biggest complaint is that it says there is ricotta in this Calzone. Well, I had maybe 3 bites of a hint of ricotta and very heavy on the mozzarella...so much mozzarella I had to pull it out. All the calzones I've had in the past always had a nice thick layer of ricotta with a little bit of mozzarella, sauce and toppings. For what I paid for 1 Calzone and a medium gelato I expect the toppings to be spread out as well as ricotta in every bite. Very disappointed in my dinner. read more

This place takes you on a real tour to Italy with Italian music, menu and gelato of course! Their service was really great with good people and flavors of the gelayo were yummy! We ordered Rasberry Lemon, chocolate sorbet and Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate. Flavors are so authentic and very smooth. Definitely looking forward to trying their Pizzas and other dishes from here. Finding good pizza in Colorado is like getting to pet a unicorn. My standards are admittedly high as pizza is and will always be one of my favorite things to eat. My understanding is that Mici is a franchise and with that being said it's good. I like that they employ lots of local teenagers and are involved with our local community. That's important. I believe they make their own dough, I don't know that to be true, I was an executive chef for nearly two decades, I can usually tell and theirs is good. The consistency is correct. Their sausage is great, also seems to be made in house. It has a depth of flavor that would be hard to find In a commercial product. Not overly sauced and nice and thin. We missed the 5 star mark due to some fairly common issues with getting our pick up orders correct, but the food quality is always good and overall not a major issue. Mici is a nice local pizza spot. You know what to expect and their food quality is good. We will continue to support this business and you should too. Now if I could just find a proper bagel spot read more

Horrible service. I'd really like to Give extra stars because they really were trying hard, but just doing a horrible job at it. I had an online order ready for 6:05 PM. When I got there at 6 it was absolute chaos. The front counter told me to check a take out rack to see if my order was ready which it was not. While waiting I saw numerous other people get orders scheduled later then mine and kept asking but they said my order was t ready. Someone came in and picked up 25 pizzas in front of me. Turns out they gave it to the wrong person!!! Finally at 7 PM I started to get upset and demand a refund, and the girl finally looked up my order and found it waiting. It was ready the whole time! My poor hungry children and 35 week pregnant wife. I will never order from here again because even if they were slow they would probably mess it up. read more

Ordered the Spaghetti and meatball via DoorDash. Meatball was dry, spaghetti was overcooked mush in sauce that was like something you'd get off the shelf in a can at any big grocery store. Even the garlic bread was nothing more than a buttered slice of French bread with a sprinkle of garlic salt. It's a waste of money. I did take into account whether it was something that simply didn't travel well...I don't think that's it. I think it's just airport food outside of the airport. read more

The tale of two cities for us- the service was good and friendly but clearly understaffed and this caused delays in food and beverage delivery. Each food item came out and delivery to the table on item at at time so each person sat waiting for the rest of us to get our food. The time delay from first item to last was about 10 minutes so it was uncomfortable, awkward, and frankly unreasonable. We all enjoyed the calzone, margarita, and Mediterranean pizzas! The ingredients were fresh and the crust was unique and flavorful. Unfortunately, my lasagna was pathetic and reminiscent of a frozen soopers market brand. Overall tasteless, bland, lacking meat (with the meat sauce) and overall not worth the calories. Unfortunately, no one seemed to care what we thought of our food. Once it was dropped off, no one checked on us. In the future, I recommend the pizza to go and avoid the lasagna. There's nothing to gain from eating in here. read more

Another great dinner at Mici's! Christmas shopping can be tiring, frustrating, and make you hungry - such is the case yesterday evening. We stopped in at Mici's and had a wonderful meal. Again. I had the Molto Carne (meat pizza) and my wife had the Margherita which comes with mozzerella cheese and basil. Absolutely wonderful! We will continue to patronage at MICI's as we have done the past few years. The staff. Unbelievable friendly service which seems to wear thin during the holidays. We had an accident at our table where one of our pizza's got bumped off our table onto the floor. The ladies came and cleaned it up with no prob, then went into the kitchen to order another for us.
