My restaurant floor drain's been clogged for a week, durning the week, I called service from Mr. Rooter, All City plumbing, and other plumbers, they came , tried, but couldn't solve the problem. Then I called Anthony Plumbing, came a young technician, he tried to run snake about two hours, but failed, he left without any charge and promised me that they will come back next day and try again. Next day they came again, spent more then two hours to run the different size cable throughout the drain line then use pressure water to flash the drain, finally they made it, line was totally cleared! I am so happy that they did the wonderful job! Also they got so much work experience than any big chain plumbing company, and the charge is reasonable, compared with other companies they are cheap. Friday of Memorial Day weekend and I noticed water coming from a baseboard in my living room. Panic sets in and I immediately jump on Yelp to find a plumber for help. My bf and I contacted Anthony's plumbing in the morning wanting to see if they had any availability and they were able to assist me same day. We called for a leak between the walls and figured while they were here we would ask about the shower. Turns out there was no leak, my bf was trippin. But since they were on their way, we figured we would get the shower checked out. The shower has leaked since we purchased the home 2 years ago and have had the worst showers ever.(extremely hot/cold, leaked at the bottom & crappy pressure) Other plumbers have come and "fixed" the issue, but it just seemed like a lost cause. Enrique and his helper showed up on time and wearing masks. Enrique was very knowledgeable and spent time to troubleshoot a complicated plumbing issue we were having. He then presented me with a few different ways to solve the problem and walked me through each solution including cost and time it would take to do the repair. Once I decided on the approach that worked best for me, Enrique and his helper ordered the materials and set a time to come back and complete the work. They arrived back at that arranged time and worked the entire day until 6pm to ensure that the 1 bathroom in our house would be back up and operational that evening. I called Anthony's Plumbing to get pricing on running a snake to unclog the restroom. Anthony is straight forward with pricing and doesn't lie about work that you don't need unlike other plumbers. Anthony stated that if he couldn't get the job done that he wouldn't charge me a cent. I had previously called BG's plumbing for a free quote and when the guy got here he said he could run the snake from the roof and had to pull the toilet and that it would be 325.00 to pull it but he couldn't guarantee me that it would work and that he would still have to charge, when I refused any work to be done the guy from BG's Plumbing told me I would have to pay him 60 dollars for gas because he traveled 5 miles to get to my house and was completely rude when I refused.
