I am shocked at this establishment. My husband bought a pair of shoes there. Never wore them…read morebecause he found the shoes he actually wanted (a different style) 2 days later at JC Penny for half the price. He purchased the jc penny ones and went to crown shoes to return the ones he never used, and the female working there said they were worn and would not return. I am shocked as my husband didn't even try on the shoes in the house for me when he got them let alone wear them. They are UNUSED, they have been in the box since he purchased them sitting at the front door. When he came back home after trying to return and told me the lady working the store would not return them I called the store establishment and asked for the manager. The lady on the phone said she was the manager. Her name was Josephine. I said, so you are the store manager and she said yes and then proceeded to say when the manager is not here. So I said can I get the actual store managers name and she told me I need to know what you are calling him for. I said an incident at the store, after asking multiple times she still wouldn't give me his name or when he works and hung up. So I would highly discourage you from purchasing anything at this store as this place is a scam. I will be returning to the store everyday until I see the actual manager, since the woman I spoke with Wednesday 10/2/24 at 4pm would not help me and I believe is the same woman who told my husband he couldn't return the shoes he purchased a week ago. Please contact me via yelp and I will come in to show both my receipts and the new shoes with receipts and dates from both pairs to show that he didn't need them nor wear them. I am appalled at this business and its customer service/employee. If I am unable to get in touch with the manager I will be contacting the better business bureau. Update: Thank you Adriana for getting back to me. Unfortunately, Josephine was absolutely awful to us when we returned. Refused to return the shoes, kept trying to show us the same shoe. We didn't want to see the same shoe, we never wore them so it was pointless. We have obviously not worn the shoes. They again are brand new. Brought in pictures and the physical receipt, that he had from the purchase two days later. Showing he actually purchased the shoes he wanted the same brand but different style two days later. I would even bring the other shoes in with the receipt at this point, but she refused to even look at receipt. Claiming he wore the brand new shoes. Since Adriana mentioned to call or come back, we did, but it was a waste of time. I would love to meet with the actual business owner as we were going to send future business this way as my husband has a good number of employees who were asking about flouresheim brand and he had said he was at a store that sold a wide array. We were told absolutely not, that he wore them and that was it. They again were never worn. Not even tried on for me in our own house. Josephine would not reason with us when it was obvious we had never worn them. I think this was the most frustrating customer service we have received. We were quite upset when we left as we were basically scammed for 165 dollars. I will post our other shoes and our physical receipt as well. Just to show that we had bought a secondary pair two days later that were the original ones he wanted for 88 dollars. We would never had been upset and would have recommended this place if we were able to actually return the shoes he purchased and never wore. Buyer beware everything here is final sale.

This tall dude was also on the floor and he just looked lost and didn't help me at all and was just working on something else. After that I just decided to put the shoe back and went to footlocker where they were able to help me and gave me five start customer service. Also this is not the first time I come in the store and the girl is on her phone and not helping people. Something should be changed.

There was one person there who was friendly, but it did not equal the rest of my interactions. The products there are fine. Prices seemed reasonable. There was a nice selection, the store looked nice, but the personal experience there... well... when I first walked in and looked around, my expectations were high, but in reality not the best.

Unfortunately, my size (13) was not available in the store. Prices here are very reasonable, and customers can expect to find a mix of name-brand and off-brand shoes. I was truly satisfied with my shopping experience. Sylvia went out of her way to locate exactly what I wanted and placed an order for me.
