First of all, the woman helping us was very helpful and didn't mind at all that I seemed to request one tray after another for viewing a variety of pieces, not really knowing what I was looking for. I found a great pair of hoops almost immediately, which was fantastic as I'm oddly picky about hoop styles. We scoured the store and found a great necklace option though it was silver and a quick text revealed she preferred gold. While the store didn't have quite as many gold pieces as I would have liked, I did find a great pair of costume jewelry earrings to add to my gift for my friend... and the silver necklace I'd been considering for her, well, I ended up getting that for myself. By the way, they had a great selection of Pandora on sale! So I may go back soon to see if they have anything left.

In open spaces they had lots of kids activity and relaxing spots. Whole area was kept clean and constantly monitored, excellent service all around. There were several escalators, elevators and restrooms throughout the shopping center. Plenty of parking spots were available all around, pavements could use some improvement. As we walked around for a bit, I found many of my favorite stores like Lululemon, Dick's, Lego, H&M and an Apple Store too. It was a good mix of popular and expensive brands. They had Macy's and Dillard's departmental stores. Several of the restaurants included CFK, Chick fil a, Chipotle, The Cheesecake Factory, Texas De Brazil, Magliano's and lots more. Initially we went just to just visit Cold Stone, but we ended up spending couple of hours at this shopping center. I also found the rare Capital One cafe. We spent time shopping in Dick's as well. They refused to do my return, despite there being no way for me to know they would be closed early before making the drive. Then was told about the location that is another 30 minutes out, which would also be closed by the time I made it there. (Since they close an hour earlier than this one does already) Very unlikely to continue to support this brand, as someone who's bought several items over the years. It felt very dismissive.

I'm a Loft card member so I earn points and use them to refresh my wardrobe every now and again. I've now visited three times and have only purchased two tops. That's unheard of for me. Usually when I visit Lofts and Loft Outlets elsewhere, I leave with big bags of clothes. I'll have to buy online to use my rewards cards, I guess. Each time I've visited, the store has been really busy too, and it's semi-difficult to browse without requesting people move a thousand times. Last visit, during their First Tuesday promo, many of the displays looked like hurricanes blasted through them as well, and the associates all were swamped with long lines (and one customer who appeared to be returning and purchasing half the store). I love the Loft brand, and the friendly folks who work here are doing their best, but I do think this store needs some help reaching a higher quality level and providing a better customer experience.

I guess it's time to be a grown up! Jeans are really funny and you can be completely different sizes depending on brand and cut. So, as much as I hate trying things on, I decided to pop in and give them a test drive. Well, people definitely aren't lying! The jeans are soft, supportive, and definitely high quality. They're thicker than some others that I have from a different brand and I really enjoyed everything about them. I was surprised to find that my normal size fit me very well. The young lady who was working today was very nice and helpful, without being overbearing. My favorite kind of employee interaction! Definitely glad I came in today and looking forward to owning my very own pair of Madewell denim in the new year!

As a midsize, borderline plus size girl, it was really easy to find clothes that actually fit. Unfortunately, we stepped inside about 35 minutes before they were going to close. Others came in after us. No one, and I mean NO ONE, spoke to us when we came in. We browsed around & a young lady came and slammed a pair of jeans in front of me on the rack. She did say "excuse me" while doing so, but the attitude was very clear. Not sure why people get so upset when they are still open. At that point, I knew I wasn't purchasing anything from that store. I had to get my son out of there, but he was still excited at some of the things he was finding. He's a teen - He doesn't pay attention to bad attitudes or poor customer service the way I do. So, he was unfazed. The longer we stayed, the more irritated that young lady looked. I walked out because he was taking too long browsing & I could feel myself getting upset by her behavior. They brought in the racks from outside & the young man did finally say "hello" to me as I was walking out. Weird! Even if he was ready for everyone to leave, he didn't show it as rudely as the young lady did. Instead of being called "Uptown Cheapskate", they should rebrand as "Uppidy, Stuck Up & Rude Cheapskate". That fits them more accurately. Needless to say, we will NEVER go back & their men's section is extremely small compared to the rest of the store. They won't see a penny of my money!
