FYI if you are in the customer service business and you refuse to give good or choose rather poor customer service just get out of the business. Times is already bad economy wise. I'm spending money that definitely doesn't grow on trees. The last thing you want is not only for money to not come in, You also don't want people running your future sales away. My daughters are caring Christians and did not stoop to her level and waited patiently for the return but after being treated this way we will not return to this location. I thought I knew what I wanted but he really helped me figure out what I needed. He was super knowledgeable about each model and what the features were that would serve me best.
