Love this staff and this store! Super cool service and great selections! I have nothing but respect for the store manager Kristin ( I hope I am spelling this right, pic attached!) - she has found me hard to find options and just has a wonderful, soft spoken and professional way about her. All of the staff here are terrific and the clothes- CUTE! Oh and for those deterred by the price tags- i make a beeline for the sale section in the back - just keep your eyes closed till you get there! Also, they always discount even that section so keep your eyes out for specials for example, I just got a beautiful $250 gown for $68. Took patience and some help finding it but...SCORE

Wifey bought this very dress by Jyoti Sharma at Anthropologie

Accompanied wifey to buy a "boho dress" (learned this is a fashion term for "Bohemian") for an upcoming pool party. The store is very well organized and not cluttered, which I appreciated - they even had a nice seating area where I could sit and wait while wifey went through a few dresses. Luckily she found one. Sales ladies were mature and professional - no college kids - and we got out of there pretty quickly. They also had home goods and in general, decent quality and attractive merchandise. Wifey's dress turned out to be Indian, which delighted her to no end, since she's going in that direction ever since our India trip. Recommended!

    This product is amazing!

Anthropology has been one of my favorite store for years. I've purchased clothing, charcoal facial masks, to Fuji mini instax cameras. Great place for gift certificates and home decor. I've never been disappointed and always look forward to stop in and see the latest items, etc.

Today I had the WORST experience and felt Discriminated. First off no one acknowledged myself, mom and sister. No one said hello. I had never made a purchase here, but found some beautiful knobs for my drawers in the sale area. We went to the register but was cut in line by this lady who I guess thought she was more privileged than us who needed to make a return. So we waited...i went up to pay and noticed the lady before us left her Drivers License & Cell phone. I handed it to my sister to run after her but the Register Clerk said "no you better let me hold on to it" my sister got to the lady and she was returned her items. Anyways... The gal at the register was pleasant but when she packaged my 6 knobs, she gave me the DINGY, DIRTY, CRINKLED bag that the rude lady before us returned her crap in! It might be menial to you but this store has always been so magical and inspiring to me and to FINALLY be able to make my first purchase felt so good. It does MATTER that I felt Respected and Worth a New Shopping bag. Just because we are not Shiny looking people and our nationality is different or our skin is darker doesn't mean we Should get People's Leftovers. It really made me feel Quite upset, I left the store and tried to brush it off but I couldn't hold in my tears from this PREJUDICE...

Got this dress to wear for my anniversary for $10 , originally $130!

Cute clothes that are not strictly for 20 something's. And it's a beautifully designed store.

Fun to visit and browse but prices are rather high! There is a sales section toward the left back side of the store!

He told me to wait 20 minutes he had another and walked away without offering any context or basic customer engagement. I understand retail can be busy, but professionalism is simple: acknowledge the customer, communicate clearly, and manage expectations respectfully. As someone who runs departments in the film and television industry, I can say this plainly - if one of my team members handled a guest or anybody that way, we'd have a serious conversation about standards. Leadership starts with how you treat people in small moments. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Customer service is what separates a specialty store from a big box retailer.

Right away, he was able to recommend the perfect shoe. The scan they do of your feet is awesome. Joe was super knowledgeable and personable, my boyfriend had an all around great experience. Joe wasn't pushy or trying to upsell in any way. I won't throw any names out, but it was a much nicer experience than another place I've been to. That other place felt more like a factory, while here was the exact opposite. We were in and out within 30 minutes and my boyfriend is really looking forward to wearing his new shoes to work! Highly recommend this place to anyone. I think mainly they cater to runners, but it seems they have plenty of options for nurses, doctors, teachers, etc., anybody who is on their feet all day.

I can tell that she puts passion and effort into the things she does and I really appreciated the genuine feedback and opinions she shared with me. Kailee is an incredible asset to Road Runner Sports and it was truly a blessing to have crossed paths with her. If you need some new shoes, walk in and ask for Kailee. You would think the sales would be more important than stocking, especially since my son and I were both prepared to purchase new shoes. We ended up leaving. Secondly, beware of their so called VIP family rewards. I called four months before the auto renewal and received email confirmation that we are no longer enrolled for auto renewal. Near the one year mark I received an email notifying me of my auto renewal of $49.99. I responded to the email with my confirmation from months before that I should not be charged. Today I received a bright and cheerful email that I've been successful auto renewed for $49.99. I had to call a second time and deal with this. Really poor customer service and nasty marketing strategies. We would have liked to support a real shoe store and not give our business to Amazon.

While trying on a pair of boots, I briefly sat on a ladder that had been left out on the sales floor. Within seconds, an employee named Alexis (brown Nike sweater) rushed over and, in an aggressive tone, demanded that I "get off the ladder right now." I immediately acknowledged her and began complying, but I needed a moment to put my shoe back on. Despite this, she continued repeating, in a raised and hostile voice, that I needed to get off "right now," not allowing me even a second to finish putting my shoe on. I asked why I was being spoken to that way while actively complying, but the tone never changed. At one point, she stated she was "not going to get in trouble for this." Once I stood up, she forcefully pushed the ladder toward the back of the store in a visibly frustrated manner, murmuring curse words under her breath and even running into an aisle. This entire interaction happened in front of other customers, including a family. I asked for her name and to speak with a manager, but was told no manager was present and to go to the cashier. By the time I got to the front, I was visibly shaking and trying to hold back tears because I couldn't believe how I had just been spoken to. The cashier (glasses lady) initially seemed somewhat understanding and told me I could contact the store manager (Humberto) the next day. However, when my fiancé went back in to ask for a customer service number to file a formal complaint, her demeanor completely changed. She became dismissive, said "there are two sides to the story," and refused to provide any additional help or explanation. At that point, it felt like we were being treated as if we were lying or had done something wrong. I fully understand safety concerns and would have had absolutely no issue moving if I had been approached in a calm and respectful way. A simple, "Hey, I'm sorry, we can't have customers sit on the ladder, but you're welcome to use the seating area," would have resolved this immediately. Instead, the situation was handled with hostility from the start and escalated unnecessarily, leaving me so upset that I left the store in tears. This kind of behavior is not acceptable, and no customer should be treated this way over something so minor.
