Nice location and friendly staff. Located in a very nice outdoor mall, this Lululemon store has easy parking and plenty to do in the area. The store is not as big as others I've been to but the selection was decent and I found what I came in for. It was also clean and well organized. My visit was on a Saturday night at about 7 pm. I was there for about 30 minutes and only saw two other customers. Customer service was wonderful. The employees were super friendly and helpful. In the past this has been my most favorite store to shop at and the most convenient; however, I recently went there to inquire about the quality promise on one of my items I had purchased at that store and had a very terrible experience. First and foremost, Lululemon as a company changed their quality promise without notifying customers. I was unaware of this change when I asked about it at the store, but the store manager, Jennifer was willing to help me. She told me to come back later in the week and let whoever was working that it was okay for a one time exception. I did exactly that, I drove 45 minutes to the store and when I get there they said they were unable to help me because they needed a receipt of my purchase date in order to honor the quality promise. I let them know I had spoken with their manager Jennifer and she said they could honor it one time and if needed use my ID for the transaction. They still declined to take my item and said that they would not have been able to honor it anyways since it was passed the one year mark. I was frustrated and maddened by this because it wasted my time and energy especially after already speaking with the manager who gave the okay regarding the situation. These associates at this store are no longer the kind and friendly associates that I once knew. They were rude and not even willing to understand my point of view or reach out to their manager Jennifer for assistance. read more

For years I have walked by Lululemon unconvinced premium workout leggings are any better than my regular leggings. But I finally bit the bullet and decided to buy my first pair of Lululemon black leggings. I am going to be in a workout video and I wanted to look put together on camera. Simple enough right? I had a gift card and money to burn. But when I walked in not ONE person made eye contact, greeted me, asked if I needed help, or helped me get a dressing room even after being in the store for over an hour. One salesperson barked "excuse me!" as if I was in her way while I was trying to figure out my size. Another salesperson just stared at me rudely, blankly saying nothing while I was holding hangers of clothes and leggings until I had to say, "Do I just go into any fitting room?" While in the dressing room, I only heard the conversation between the Millenial sales people about the items they were setting aside to buy and their social life. I watched other customers confused about entering dressing rooms. When I finally got to the front, the cashier was the only one that was kind enough to ask about my experience. She called over the manager and I expressed my experience. Her response was a rehearsed "uh huh, uh huh" that really did nothing to resolve my concerns. Honestly considering there were 8 people working on the floor, the vapid, superficial, and minimal customer service I received pretty much ensures I won't be coming back. Lululemon? I've been here multiple times and every time I leave happy. The employees here are awesome. I've done a few exchanges and every one has been handled great. Today i came in to do an exchange on a size of pants I received as a gift. They didn't have it in stock so they ordered it for me. Realizing I had a first responder discount, the woman refunded my discount back to a gift card. Without me even asking! All while doing it with a smile. Top notch quality. Not a fan of associates in this store. Tried to return an item with a poor design for the pocket. They would only do a $10 trade in. I had to 2 items. One associate said $10 for each then when I checked out only one item was allowed. It was a really awkward moment and felt like the associates mishandled the situation. Really disappointed with the customer service. Went to return a pair of pants I bought in 2012 that had slowly been ripping in the middle of the fabric and the sales associate turned me away saying it's not a lifetime guarantee and it looked like normal wear and tear. She was relentless and refused to exchange the pants. I have been a Lulu customer for over 12 years and have spent hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars on product and I've never had to return a pair of pants because the quality has been great... this was my first experience and it was mortifying. Maybe the sales associate didn't like the way I looked or the clothes I was wearing because it felt like I was being judged instead of treated like a customer with a product quality issue. Ugh. Bought a couple of pants from Lululemon for my boyfriend and then got them hemmed here. When I came to pick them up, I could see the girl that was helping me in the back just dumping them on the floor as she was pulling them out. It was quite rude that my purchase was being treated so carelessly, especially because I paid $$$ for these. To top it off, the pants came bundled up poorly, as shown by the photo. Good service is either a hit or miss there (mostly a miss for me). My friend and I were there a few months ago to purchase clothes. My friend got the nice cashier (who offered to and did white out the prices once she found out that the clothes were gifts). Unfortunately, I got the cashier who embodied all the negative reviews (no greeting, looked and acted like she'd rather be anywhere else than working. After seeing my friend get such good service, I told my cashier that my purchases were gifts and it was met with a, "so?" attitude. Sadly, this was not a first time experience at this location. As a track and cross country athlete for the past four years, I've needed some good quality workout gear, and Lululemon has delivered. All of their shorts and leggings have been my go-to's when getting ready for practice. Yes, their prices are a bit steep, but I really do think that for the quality it is worth it. I have shorts and leggings that I purchased four years ago and have worn religiously, and yet they still look and feel great. A while back I tore the stitching on one of the leggings and they stitched it back up for free. I also got my yoga pants hemmed by them (for free!) because they were too long for me. I can go on and on about how amazing the quality is. The reason that this review is not five stars however, is for the staff. It's usually hit or miss with them. Sometimes you get a friendly employee, but most of the time they are not welcoming nor helpful. read more

Everytime I call I am always very well taken care of. When I come into the store I am always properly greeted and treated with an enormous amount of respect. After having long discarded Lulu as uppity-bouge wear, I have been converted. There is no denying the quality and comfort of the clothing if you can withstand the high price tag. But, you get what you pay for and these clothes will serve you well for a long time. I've seen a lot of negative reviews, mainly in regards to the staff at this location. Personally, I had a great experience in this location the only time I was in it. I found the staff pleasant and attentive. It is all over the media, and yes, I was blind because I love lululemon so much... But I have to say, it is true: their yoga pants have a pilling issue. A BIG TIME PILLING ISSUE! After four times in the wash, two of the three pants I purchased two months ago are pilling like crazy. They look awful! They look like I've worn them for years!!! I don't even want to put them on anymore... They look worse than my older lulus I bought three years ago and have washed numerous times ever since... The quality really is going down hill. The third pair has minor pilling. Spending nearly $100 on one pair of plain old yoga pants, this should not be...! I am very disappointed and am losing my faith in this brand. read more

I placed an order for size 4 women's shorts and when I got home from picking up my online order at the store I open the bag and it was an extra large men's shirt. I called the store and they told me that they don't even have the item I ordered in stock. First, why did their online store allow me to buy it with a pick up at this location and number two their employees should do a better job about packing online orders. Was in the shop today, Christmas Eve, and came in around 3:45. No one told me they were closing at 4 pm when I entered. I chose 6-7 items that I loved with full intention to purchase most of them. As I got into the dressing room and started to try them on, I start getting bombarded with employees talking through the door that they were now closed and the registers were not going to be able to ring me up...i quickly put my own clothes back on and was told 4 more times that they were closed now... I abandoned my purchases and left the shop feeling completely mistreated. I wish they would have told me when I entered that they were closing in a few minutes. For years my friends rave to me how amazing Lululemon is. I never looked into them when I saw the steep price tag. After trying almost all athletic gym wear on the market and none of them lasted long or the quality depleted over time, I finally caved in. The issue I had with other brands is that in the beginning it would be squat proof but over time it would start to sheer out. I turned to Lululemon because I literally ran out of options of leggings to train with at the gym. Let me say that the associates Chloe and Cassidy were phenomenal! They steered me in the right direction of leggings that I needed. They answered all my questions and didn't make me feel pressured to buy something, which I appreciated!
