When I returned to the store to process a return, the experience was disappointing. The associate inspected the pants, smelled them, and stated they had been washed, then refused the return. This was both uncomfortable and frustrating, especially since the items were simply tried on for fit at home and not worn. I understand that stores have policies in place, but the handling of this situation felt unnecessarily dismissive. A more professional and customer-focused approach would have gone a long way. Most customers won't take the time to leave a review--they'll simply choose not to return. With so many convenient online options available, in-store experiences need to justify the trip. I wanted to have patches made from my dog's bed after he passed away. It was a sentimental request, and they treated it with such care and compassion from the very beginning. They were thoughtful, professional, and truly understood how important this was to me. The patches came out beautifully. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and I'm so grateful to have something so special to remember my dog by.
