If you've been inside an Anthropologie before, this one is the same, but bigger. There are three floors to this one on M Street in D.C.'s Georgetown. Clothes and candles can be found on all three floors, but the home section is on the bottom floor with living rooms and dining rooms set up convincing you to buy a pillow. There's also a small kids section on the bottom floor too. One fun fact about Anthropologie is that the founders give a lot of their money away to causes like fighting modern-day slavery and human trafficking.

Absolutely love their home section. Much larger than any other store I've been to

This is the nicest Anthropologie I have ever been to. It has three entire floors of stuff and the selection is fantastic. If you are rich AF you can probably have a great time here. I, on the other hand, am not financially capable of dropping fat stacks on everything in this store, even though I want to. Really love their home section and that merchandise tends to be a little bit more reasonably priced. Honestly though, I think I could probably just sit in this store and bask in their delicious-smelling candles for an afternoon, not buy anything, and be totally content.

They finally re-opened after a long renovation and I can see where all the effort went! They now have full 3 floors, with the last one serving as a home/design concept store where if you can afford $$$ they wrap your home in a dream. I wandered there for half an hour, wishing I could get lost in this space - everything is just so beautiful, thoughtful, smart, boho 'used'. Too bad lots of small finishing touches and pieces were not for sale, but many seems like a doable DYI project for a day! Lots and lots of inspiration! The clothing floors also went through some changes and they shifted bhldn to the bottom floor and added a whole new wellness section. The layout feels a bit odd with lots of free space, but they are probably still figuring it out.

Anthropologie is one of my favorite stores for clothing and eclectic home goods. The location in Georgetown is best amongst Reston Town Center and Tysons II. The store is conveniently placed mid M street, surrounded by the best of Georgetown shops. Inside, there are two floors of wonder. New to this location is the Bridal Wear. I am far from becoming a bride, however could not resist gasping over the beautifully simple and elegant pieces on display as pictured. Inside, per Ant's status quo, always smells good due to their candles/lotion/soaps. The staff is friendly but not too pushy. The register is located on the second floor. The prices are not cheap, fell in love with a dress that is 180$, however everything purchased here is unique, a mix of eclectic/new fashion with earthy undertones and good good quality! Check out the sale sections. Shipments on Tuesdays. Staff is friendly. Get gift receipts when appropriate.

I went to buy something with my birthday discount! The girl at the register made it so complicated that I had to walk away!

The sale room in this place is so hot it's like stepping into an impromptu Bikram yoga class.

The next day, we went to 3 other appointments, but kept mentally coming back to the 2 dresses at BHLDN.

Whew weeee!! This…read morelocation was something to talk about. I have been dying to get in this place for years but always on a tight schedule to get elsewhere. This was a Lion and Tigers and Bears OH MY situation! It's quite crowded in here. Not cluttered but crowded. They have soooo much stuff and it's all in order. This place could be 2-3 floors easy!! I saw all of my fav brands at great prices. They have a huge selection of high-end wear for a great price. They have a huge selection of summer, spring and winter wear. The cosmetics and body care... chef's kiss!! They have everything in every color/ scent/ size!! Cool accessories, luggage galore, etc. I did not take a gander at the shoes as I had a show nearby to attend. I bought 2 gorge blouses and a short sleeve loose fitting denim blue top. I will revisit very soon for some more shopping greatness.

Lots of great "stuff" and finds....if you have the patience to look around and dig for it…read more This Nordstrom Rack is loaded with brand name products, designer clothing, jewelry, household goods and all at decent prices. The only gripe I have specifically with this location.....is that it is waaayyy too cluttered-- overstocked with just stuff everywhere! And, let's talk about organization to make things easy to find....forget it. It sort of reminds me of Filene's Basement (on Connecticut Ave) from back in the day or a " sub high-end" Thrift store. If you park on the street nearby this store, you better load up your parking meter to the max.... Because you're going to need the time to roam around this place. Note: There is no parking lot or garage..... so you don't want your parking meter to expire because we all know parking tickets in DC is like paying rent or the amount of a one night hotel stay. lol Other than this, not a bad shopping experience here. There's something for everyone when it comes to looking for bargain clothing that's from designer labels and semi on trend. One plus I will say about this Nordstrom Rack location, is that they carry a large selection of men's business and casual clothing. This location carries tons of business suits, dress shirts, ties and business casual slacks-pants. I think the reason for this is because this location is centrally located in the downtown DC area and business district that is primarily surrounded by law offices, lobby firms, consulting firms and federal government agencies. You often don't find this at a lot of Nordstrom Rack and bargain clothing, places like Marshall's/TJMaxx around the DMV. There are also tons of men's athletic shoes, casual sneakers, great running shoes and dress shoes. In all, you can't go wrong shopping here. Although, the Pentagon City location is more my speed. This location is not all bad. Lots of good finds and decent customer service. Just have a little patience and time to roam around this treasure trove!

There was a waiting line for the fitting rooms but since I only had one item they let me go in the express room near the dresses. Ended up picking up a denim skirt and although I wouldn't say they're priced cheap, it was fair considering the item has its original tag. I also appreciated that at checkout they checked my ID to make sure it matched the payment method so there is no fraud. Overall. I would come here again if I lived in the area!

When I first started consigning, I was told that if there was something I *really* didn't want donated, I could let them know. If they decided not to sell that item, I was obligated to come back immediately to get it. I thought that was a nice thing to do, especially since it creates good will with their consigners. One of the last times that I consigned, I explained to the shop-person that there was a piece I wanted to hold onto if they didn't want to sell it, and I was given some eyerolls and told that this is not something Secondi does. They did complete a quick assessment for me, which I appreciated, but the attitude around it made me feel very uncomfortable. It might be helpful if all the shop folks were on the same page about guidelines! Otherwise, Secondi has been around since I was in high school (and probably even before that), so it's a real DC institution. It's one of the most well known consignment shops in DC, and I do think they do a great job curating their wares and they do not sell mass-market/lower quality items.
