Wow, what an experience. I was told by some locals about this place and I really wanted to try a Roman Panini. The choices are fast and well picked and the store owners were very pleasant and helping me decide. I got the smoked cheese with ham sun-dried tomatoes and with the help of the owner is she put on some chili paste which is the best touch for that sandwich!!!! Wish i had more days here......... There's a few seating inside the small shop and outside as well. The menu is quite extensive so there's a sandwich for everyone's test. My boyfriend and I opted for the ciro since it had chili in it. I thought it was going to be spicy with the chili jam, but it only added a little kick that I could easily handle. The sandwich was absolutely perfect. It had all the usual offerings-salami (5 different types-the spicy salami was the best), porchetta, mortadella, turkey, mozzarella, plus rocket, zucchini, eggplant and some other vegetarian options.
