My delivery date was scheduled for Mothers Day, May 11th, 2025. Unfortunately, no one in the shop caught the delivery date and delivered it a day or so after my order date of May 2nd. Whhaaaa! I received a call (I believe from Jamie or Katie, name escapes me now) nonetheless, they insisted on sending a "complimentary" similar arrangement ON Mother's Day. Now this is what I call the "EPITOME" of Customer Service. The complimentary arrangement arrived to my recipient/friend on Mother's Day and it was spectacular. Just as good as my ordered, but early delivered, arrangement. Larsen Florist bends over backwards to make things right when mistakes happen, which are far and few between. In my opinion, Larsen Florist is the best in the business. Hmmm, and they have been in business for over 150 years now -- that fact alone, speaks volumes. Living over 1700+ miles away from my hometown, I will choose no one else for floral arrangements delivered or otherwise. Larsen Florist is wonderful.
