This is simply an observation based on having played at this hall many times. I've noticed that there does not appear to be any staff members who reflect the racial and cultural diversity of the surrounding community. I want to understand whether there are inclusive hiring practices in place, as representation matters to many patrons. I had a great time! There were a few hiccups, they play a lot of flash boards, there was about 15-20min before bingo games started they played several games. Don't get me wrong I love to play flash boards. This was another problem there were 3-4 people selling flash boards & they all seemed to congregate at one end of the room & sell. Every time they were anywhere near I would make eye contact & I'd wave my arm, occasionally that worked, another time my friend had to get up & go to them. once I had to yell very loudly I caught their attention & they worked their way to us. "Bigger Bingo Hall makes Bigger Mistakes": A really unfortunate night and a really unfortunate sight of expansion and the loss of scope. As in infrequent bingo player at this hall, I've seen it evolve over time. With the new expansion, i've caught my eye to a couple of things over the weeks. (1) The pull tabs and strips have become the ONLY games of bingo. The "specials" are the actual bingo sheets that people like to play with. Instead, you're playing with $5 strips just like everyone else and are inclined to buy more packs. (2) The poor pull tab workers are pretty much forced to just keep selling and selling and selling and selling. I overheard 3 of them sigh when I asked if that was the last pull tab of the night and they replied with "No..." (3) They make you take a number and find your seat, with essentially takes you about 30 minutes to wait for them to go one by one, number by number. Instead of buying people in as they come in. They are operating as if they have a 300 person hall. BIG MISTAKE (Not sure if I will ever go back because of this): First, I will be filing a Franchise Tax Board inquiry and report to the California Gambling Control Commission because of this. At the very end of the night, a pull tab game was being played. The player next to me had yelled "Bingo" on the number 66 and stood up with his ticket raised in his hand. Everyone in the hall knew a bingo was called, When the verifier came to check his ticket, she even went out to grab the ticket for verification and started yelling out the number for verification. The caller looked up and saw this interaction, but he kept calling the game and next number 56. Everyone in the hall said no no no stop, because we all knew he had won. The caller looked confused, looked up, didn't ask any questions and just said "I didn't hear it". When he knows it's a "hear none, see none" policy for ADA purposes specifically for Bingo. He kept the game going and everyone erupted in outrage. And he just. kept. going. He didn't stop for management. He didn't ask questions. He made a decision as if he was management and he was very in the wrong. This left the ACTUAL player who did win to be $1199 questioning. Many players left after this because of its unfairness. I spent hundred here and I would think twice before spending one more dollar here. They have flown too close to the sun and they are just pumping out games for money and not for the nonprofit cause itself. They need to pause. Think about the game of bingo itself and go with it. We don't need 10 games with $1000 payouts. We need 20 games with $500 payouts so we can feel like we're playing a game. Not a good look. And not a legal one either read more

I went to Daub 4 Kidz Bingo for the first time Tuesday with my Bingo Buddy, on a referral from a You Tube video. We had the BEST time! It was joyful, we laughed alot, players were friendly, staff was friendly, helpful, explaining how everything ran. This is a very well run organization! Little bit pricey but it's worth it. Staff is super nice .only thing is they play flash separately and for someone who dont play all flash it kind of sucks. But still they give u pop corn hot choc all for free. So I like it read more

Came here for the first time with my mom and sisters for mom's birthday. The ENTIRE staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had such an amazing time. We came back two days later and STILL the same treatment! My mom is vision impaired and they were very accommodating and just overall pleasant. Definitely recommend this place to everyone! read more

I love this place. They are open on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sundays. They are always offering great specials & great door prizes. The place is clean, the Staff is wonderful. They play alot of games and they have enough machines for all players. I have also been there and watched them donate to several different groups i need. I loved the idea of raising money for the kids and sports program so I used to go quit often. That is until the special attention and treatment to other player took over. They have certain players that they tend to All the time and others that just get ignored, and I have heard this from many Ex players so not just my opinion. It's really sad that they can't be fair to everyone instead of a select few and their family.... Renee is the nicest person that works there, she is nice to EVERYONE that goes there no matter who they are or how often they go. Some of the other girls are just straight up rude and won't give you the time of day. I hope at least they continue to keep giving back because that is all they have going for them!!! read more
