The only reason this place gets one star is because I can't give them zero…read more I brought my three-week-old German luxury car here for its first hand wash and interior detail, expecting extra care. Instead, I left with approximately $800 in damage. They chemically etched my headlights, gouged the paint protection film on my hood, chipped my infotainment screen, and somehow still couldn't even properly clean the wheels. When I returned, I was repeatedly told to come back later or the next day. After obtaining repair estimates, I simply asked for a refund and either reimbursement or their insurance information. Instead, I was told I was being "aggressive," ordered to leave, threatened with the police, and refused their insurance information. Rather than take responsibility, they chose to stonewall a customer whose vehicle they damaged. Now they'll have to deal with it through the legal system. If you care about your vehicle, take it somewhere else.

I drove out of my way to this car wash because I saw all the great reviews. Plus, I saw there was a nice check in deal via Yelp. I had some time to spare, so why not support a small business. The attendant was nice about the coupon and told me just to share it with the clerk inside when I pay, but no mask on? Dude? Really? During the upswing of Covid in November 2020? I kept my mask nice and tight around my mouth and nose until I exited my vehicle. Inside was nice and cozy. A TV to watch and very clean bathrooms (the highlight of my visit at this point), but no free popcorn because hey, just not a good idea to have people's hands touching anything in the Covid era. There was a little coffee left, but I came in the afternoon, so it was probably cold. I saw a few dum dums that may be of your interest, but I'm trying not to eat so much sugar these days, so I passed. J decided to sit outside so I could catch some of the breeze on the patio. I also wanted to make a call, so I thought it more polite to do so outside. I saw the guys fervently cleaning the cars and waving their towel when the vehicle is ready. I wasn't paying too much attention however because I was busy chatting on the phone to notice this procedure until after I walked over to the vehicle prematurely. I asked the attendant if the vehicle was ready but he responded, "No habla ingles." Laughing to myself, I just stood over to the side by the food trucks that are posted in the area and waited. The vehicle was so clean on the inside. They did a very great job detailing it for sure. The outside was superb, sparking even as I entered it to leave. Parking it at the house, it looked almost brand new. Despite my dislike for the attendant not wearing his mask, I saw others that did and still would have given the place 5 stars because my baby was durtttttty! The next morning however, the thrill was gone. Spotty dirty! Only thing that was clean was the tires shining and the top of the vehicle. The rest, a dusty mess! Granted, it did rain the night before, but usually a through car wash and shine with hand dry will withstand a little rain shower. This car wash visit to Colonial did not. Another wasted trip to the car wash! I'm not washing my car until 2021 or until the inside needs vacuuming at the rate and luck I've had with car wash places lately.

The staff helped me work through some issues from my adjuster and they were so polite about it. (It was actually, a hot mess) I believe his name is Tony. He was very professional dealing with these issues. Thanks Tony! (Oh, I pray that's his name...) The ladies at the front desk were also helpful in getting me a rent car. So far my SUV has been here for a few weeks and they send me updates on the progress almost every day! I really appreciate this. Due to part delays it is taking a little longer than they anticipated. Hopefully I will get my baby back this week. I will update my review when I get my sweet ride back.

Don't know how my car came in with a working ac and came back not working and then when having it diagnosed find a hole big enough that it covers the entire engine bay in a cloud of refrigerant. Somehow i must have missed that while driving. Don't worry though they are experts at finding "previous" damage. All sarcasm aside just find someone else, I bought my car from another Sterling McCall Honda, had a decent experience then. Guess times change though.

On my Camry I was quoted over $1200 by the dealer for this small body work, and Johnny did the work for about half the price . They take great pride in their work , are very easy to communicate with, and are old school and believe that doing a job well is the norm. These are people that I trust as they offer a quality service for a fair price. In my opinion you'll be very pleased to use these fine gentleman for any service that they offer.
