Have had a nightmare experience with this management. We lived in these apartments for over 7 years. I made the worst mistake trusting Michelle not only did she ruin our BMR contract causing us to get evicted with no where to go with 3 children. Over this time I went to all extents to try to get this resolved and blamed Michelle for our situation. Over this she became bitter with us, we had no choice but to leave. Then she sends us an enormous bill with charges that are beyond unnecessary. We have had friends who have moved out of these apartments and not seen the charges we had and they attest to the fact our place was not out of reasonable use over the course of 7 years. During this entire time I have been chasing their tail trying to figure things out and time over time again Michelle supposedly emails us back but we never receive it until we have to call the office then hear some false excuse every time then she sends an email. This has been nothing short of embarrassing for you guys. You single handedly destroy and distress people with no remorse. I will be taking this to the city and filing in court. It is so sad we have to deal with so much distress over this. This is a shame for you guys. Seriously such a shame. read more

This is a great apartment complex in Pleasanton! There are so many things that I liked about it so I'm going to just list them and hope that it helps you :-) PROs The apartments are very spacious, new everything and if there is an maintenance issues you just fill out the form online and it is taken care of in a timely manner. I loved having it new and updated! The staff are awesome! Michelle (Manager), Cathy (Leasing) and Will (Maintenance) are all very professional and pleasant to deal with in any situation. This is a HUGE plus because you don't always get this with apartment complex management. The Wheels Bus system picks up/drops off right in front and on the side of the complex so it is extremely centrally located. AND the BEST thing of all, if you live or work in Hacienda Business park, you get a free wheels pass from https://www.hacienda.org/...Awesome. My son used it everyday to get to the high school on the #604 bus. Super easy and worth about $800/yr. You can rent the clubhouse out for private meetings/events, there is storage for bikes (We didn't use it but it's inside and locked so that's cool) and the surroundings are nicely manicured and clean. The gym is on the smaller side but it's free AND there is a yoga class on Saturday mornings if you're into that. My particular unit had a view of the ridge and I loved having my coffee out there in the mornings. My neighbors were almost always cool and friendly but not nosey :-) Cons To break a lease is a steep two month rent fee so don't do it. Just make sure you know that going in. Otherwise, just pay more to get a more flexible agreement. I was sad to move out. I've been living at Anton since it was built in 2015 and absolutely love it! Great area close to downtown. Neighborhood middle schools and elementary schools are awesome and provide my children with a great education! Neighbors are all pretty friendly here. I moved from La Jolla (San Diego) to Pleasanton and spent a couple of days visiting every leasing office in the area. There were quite a few options; however, Anton Hacienda had the best combination of quality staff and apartments. Michelle was ultimately the reason I ended up going with Anton Hacienda as there are quite a few immature office managers at other complexes. In the end, customer service matters a great deal to me. +'s Michelle (Office Manager) is "good people." She is both helpful and kind and is very good at defusing situations. Will (Maintenance) is also very helpful and approachable. All of my issues have been resolved within a week Contrary to other postings, I think the units are very spacious and the new construction is great. The shared grounds are well kept, the gym is fine and the pool / hot tub are ok as well Also contrary to other postings, I haven't had a single issue with parking over the last nine months. I believe there was a company renting out the space that was taking an unusually large amount of parking spaces and they have since vacated the premise. My neighbors and the overall vibe of the complex is professional and respectful. -'s I had a few noise issues when I moved in; however, those were resolved. There was a billing mixup early on but that got resolved too in a timely manner. The 2x fine for terminating a lease early is a bit heavy-handed In summary, you aren't going to go wrong living at Anton Hacienda. Does every apartment complex have its issues? Absolutely. It isn't about the problems though it is more about how issues are resolved which is why, overall, I think Anton Hacienda is a 5/5. read more

We were so eager to see these apartments. They are beautiful, my wife and I applied for a apartment and were accepted. We provided all documentation in the timely manner as requested. But that's when everything went bad. They originally had advertised a two bedroom apartment for one price and when we got to needing to put a deposit that's when they had a "mistake" in how apartments were labeled and they priced. The "two months free" are prorated to a concession monthly throughout 14months but they won't tell you that until it's time to sign. A week before they had pricing at one point but a week later we checked there website and they had raised the resent on the entire portfolio but they said it was a mistake. Moral of the story, get everything documented as they make a lot of "mistakes" when it comes to deals they have and pricing. read more

When actually got the chance to try and talk about leasing an apartment, facts on how much rent would be was unknown from manager Michelle. I did a tour of these apartments and Cesar helped us out. Aside from these wonderful apartments, Cesar was really wonderful and helpful. When moving into apartments my husband and I also look for great staff. That is a must since we will be dealing with them. Cesar explained how everything works in great detail which we really appreciated. Most people just want to get the place rented, but Cesar took the time to listen and understand what are looking for. He is very friendly, welcoming and professional. Unfortunately, the timing wasn't right so we were unable to move in. I highly recommend these nice looking apartments along with seeing Cesar, he is a great asset to the company! read more

The property is nice and landscaping is kept up. There's a really nice club house that residents can reserve, but there are pretty ridiculous limits. The fitness room is great, but not much for leg days. The pool is nice but all of the "cabanas" advertised are broken and haven't been fixed. Rent is pretty high but I guess it's the area. But the units are ridiculously small with zero storage space inside. The lease terms for breaking the lease are pretty ridiculous (2x rent, even if you leave and they rent out the unit. Most places don't charge you if they are able to rent the unit. And that is very likely in my case because the property is fully rented). Parking sucks! As of now parking is not assigned, and most households have 2 cars. Come home after 7pm and good luck parking. When I asked if there's anywhere else to park, it was recommended to get a garage for $100 a month, and my car doesn't even comfortably fit in the small garage. I was also told there's plenty of parking INCLUDING THE GARAGES! How can garages be counted when they cost monthly! The property is suppose to be smoke free but clearly people smoke by parking stalls and nothing is done about that. The garbage shoots suck and are always full. Kendall in the office is great. She always responds promptly and takes care of us first as a resident. Any concern or question I've had she has handled right away. Will from maintenance needs some recognition. He is the ONLY maintenance for the entire property. Any request has been handled within 24-48 hours, sometimes within 15 minutes of calling. Anything that exceeded that time was because parts had to be ordered or a specialty service had to be scheduled. This many units shouldn't be a one man job. read more

Lived here for 15 months​.I have a lot of positive feedback to mention. The staff is so friendly especially the manager Michelle is so nice​.​. Pros: Gym is well maintained, responds​ for service requests​ quickly. After the lease, month to month was just increased $100 , if we sign for 12 more month no increase. Nit too much braking fee when vacating ( other than​ carpet cleaning $95). The elevator​ is good for old people. Cons: The clubhouse​ is free but so many conditions, So I didn't see anyone​ used it. No allocated​ parking place. Office room is closed many times of the days so it is not easy to reach If you want to talk them directly. Overall​ I will rent in Antin Hacienda in the future If I need If Michelle still working over there. read more

A quiet community comfortably furnished. Everything is new. Good location for a family. Generally speaking, the management does a good job. The staff are friendly and ready to help. The property manager Michelle is professional and efficient. I never had any trouble living there. The only complaint is that the garage is too narrow to park a full size car, so we used it as the storage place. And the outside parking was getting crowded. read more

I lived here for one year and only moved to be closer to my family. The apartment was the best I've lived at-new appliances, huge closets, very quiet, beautiful floors, large soaking tub in the master bath, central a/c and heat. I was on the 4th floor with a gorgeous view of the mountains and the creek below. I saw fox, deer, ducks, hawks, all kinds of wild life at the creek. The location was perfect- close to freeways, BART. The wheels bus stops hourly and goes to the BART station for $2. The Livermore Outlets are less than 2 miles away. And the office staff customer service is #1-Michelle helped me obtain the apartment via phone and internet when I was living in So Cal. She and the other staff were always very pleasant whenever I spoke with them. If you're looking for an apartment in Pleasanton or Dublin, this is it. read more

Anton Hacienda is the place to be! Very luxurious apartments, practically brand new!! W/D in unit with great looking cabinets and counter tops, not to mention Stainless Steel appliances! Location is great, just a few minutes from D/T Dublin, Pleasanton, and Hacienda Plaza! Property Managers are extremely helpful & want to make your time here great! If anything needs maintenance, they are extremely quick in getting things fixed! Having an option for a garage is also great! Pool and clubhouse are great things for everyone to enjoy! read more

I have been living here for 2 months and the pool area and noise is a huge issue. The pool area is supposed to close at 10pm however there are constant groups of people who are there well after 10pm. They enter with alcohol (GLASS) which is obviously not allowed. There is no one monitoring this area, or any area for that matter. Management has been approached and they told us it is not their problem after 6pm because they are off the clock and if there are any problems, call the Pleasanton police. What kind of management does that, especially when they live in the same area overlooking pool. Pleasanton Police has been called multiple times but most of the time I am not sure if anyone ever comes or if it takes several hours. Today, there was urine in the stairwell, im sure from the group from last night. Parking is starting to become an issue. There are many cars that have not moved from the spot since I moved here (with a lot of collected dust). The doors that let you into the building are also a problem. In two months that I have lived here, the doors have gotten stuck where I have to walk around the building to enter. Considering I am paying over $2300 for rent, I would think I would not be having any of these types of issues. I do not recommend you live here. read more

I am very sad to leave this place! The amenities are spectacular! The pool and spa are very relaxing and the gym has plenty of options! The W/D in unit is a MUST HAVE and the Stainless appliances are very nice touches. There is a community grill by the pool to BBQ with guests and swim at the same time! I have been renting for 22 years. By far, this is the best apartment complex I have lived in. The leasing office managed by Michelle Bensusen is awesome and very professional. During my stay, I never had maintenance issues at all. The staff and the complex deserves a 5 star rating. The gym is very well maintained. I wish I had time to use the gym more often. Also the complex is very peaceful and quiet. The residents are either family or else working professionals. It is close to the major freeways such as 680 and 580. Also it is located very close to Ken Mercer Sports Park. I live on the 4th floor. It has an elevator which makes it very convenient. Overall, an excellent apartment complex. read more
