We walked in at approximately 7:25 p.m., expecting to have dinner, only to be told they were no longer accepting dine-in orders and were serving takeout only. If your posted closing time is 8:00 p.m., customers should reasonably expect to be able to dine in until then--or at the very least, there should be a clearly posted notice stating that dine-in service ends earlier. Instead, we made the trip only to be turned away. We eat out five or six nights a week and typically spend $70-$90 for dinner with drinks and tip. We were ready to become regular customers if the pizza lived up to its reputation, but first impressions matter. We left without ordering and, unfortunately, won't be back. Businesses have every right to establish their own policies, but those policies should match the hours they advertise so customers don't waste a trip.
