First time here overall good. Food/Drink: Pizza by the slice! Pretty good New York style pizza. Regular amount of options and combos. Full Italian style menu, appetizers, entrees, pizza, soups, salads, and desserts! Pizza: Needed more crunch not too much, left me wanting more of a bite. Very flavorful, super oily though, the cheeses is the culprit. Sauce was good not too sweet could have used a little more garlic but hey is it ever enough?! The answer is No... Dinning Area: Pretty large, open, area. Benches, large counter, double closed off entry way so mo breeze. Plenty of seating! Prices: Relatively cheap. 2 slice and fountain special for $9.95! Parking: Plenty of space, shared strip mall lot. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and regular size. Atmosphere: During the weekday lunch rush, it was a huge snow storm so this would be unfair. Have always liked the pizza. Went into pick up my pizza today. As I was waiting I had a direct view of the person preparing some salads. She dropped a piece of aluminum on the floor and picked it used it to wrap food and placed in pick up bag. It's not just about the pizza and the rigatoni and the salads and the jojos and the chicken tenders... It's about how well they took care of each and every detail to make our catered event for about 100 people come off without a hitch. They had gluten-free options, they supplied numerous dipping sauces for the tenders, and they gave us plenty of dressing for the salads. This branch was particularly incredible, and Colleen really took care of us and made sure the food was ready on time. This place is hit or miss. Sometimes it's great and other times inedible (like tonight). We are done with this place. Tonight our pizza arrived with all the toppings slid off the pizza. Someone either dropped it or pulled it out of the warming sleeve improperly. The veggie was somewhat edible. Well, that's because we were hungry. The pepperoni had to be thrown out. They loaded it up with so much pepperoni that the pizza was a grease pit and crust was completely soggy. We order a thin crust well done so this was the complete opposite. Maybe they just can't find competent employees or they are not trained well. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because we have had good pizzas from this place in the past. And after 2 phone calls at least the manager refunded our money. read more

We got the triple pepperoni pizza and we *really* liked it. There was a good sauce to cheese to bread ratio, and the pepperoni was crispy and curled at the edges like good pepperoni should be. The location itself is decked in cheap faux stucco looking wallpaper with weird patio furniture, so the overall aesthetic is pretty hokey. There was also a lot of yelling and commotion in the kitchen while we waited for our pizza, which we thought was weird given that it was after dinner time and they didn't seem to be particularly busy. They also offer lunchtime by-the-slice pizza, which I will definitely stop back for. read more

Their specialty pizza was excellent. We had the Bianca and the bacon/potato ones. Extremely different but both great. I don't recommend their regular-build your own-Pizza. This review is for the Wadsworth Ohio location. Ordered a pizza and waited an hour for the driver. Driver buzzed my door and never came up. I asked through the terminal if they were my pizza and no response. I could hear them with my listen button. Called the store and 10 minutes later they said he was here but had another delivery and will come back in another 5-10 minutes. The last time I ordered the manager promised me a gift card for forgotten garlic bread and never mailed those either. I don't look for handouts but you need to follow through with things when you promise your customers, and you need to own mistakes that are made. I think the food is decent but the service and response from management is unacceptable. If you order from this location I would suggest doing pickup only, as it appears they are unable to handle the aspect of pizza delivery. And if the manager promises you anything there is a good chance he will not follow through. It should not take 10-12 minutes to find out where my pizza I ordered over an hour ago is. read more

Pizza is over priced and some of the worst pizza I've ever had. Got the Pepperoni Roma. Burnt and nasty! Even the crappy chains make a better pie. Don't be fooled...place sucks. I never do a review unless I've been jipped. IMO you can can bake a frozen pizza for 1/3 the price and be more satisfied. They are very polite and patient when taking the order. Very helpful and accommodating. It was was just way too much oil. I ordered chicken piccata and rigatoni with garlic parmesan sauce. When I got home the paper bag was saturated with oil and the inside had a large pool of oil. The container was closed but it's not leak proof. . I actually had to spoon the grease/ sauce onto the pasta. The garlic bread was like a sub bun a saturated with butter. I always hate getting a sandwich bun as garlic bread. It seems tacky. A small breadstick would have been better, lightly brushed with garlic oil. I ordered a salad and chose house dressing but it was just more grease with sugar. The chicken was tasty but whatever sauce was once on it had drained off into the bag. There were no capers which I thought were a key ingredient to chicken piccata. The photo online shows lemon wedges. There were none of those. The chicken and pasta were in the same container so it all got mixed up. I don't know what their picatta sauce really tastes like. The salad was good other than dressing. Good quality lettuce, tightly packed, fresh ingredients. I did ask about the 1.99 side dish if it included a salad but was told the salads are 3.49 or 5.99. The website says 1.99 to add a side salad to pasta dish right under it, but I didn't want to argue. He did give me some portabello mushrooms free of charge when I found out there weren't any capers. The quality of the chicken is good. It's real fillet not ground up and the breading is done right. They just have to learn to toss the noodles in a small amount of sauce/oil in a separate bowl, not pour it on top. Oil should be a carrier for the seasonings, and add some flavor. Oil as a main ingredient with some seasoning is not a sauce. That's a recipe for acid reflux and diarrhea...and calories.. I can't imagine. Just take away 95% of the fat and add more flavoring and this will be a great place. Capers, minced garlic, onion, lemon, spices, etc. I wish I could give a better review but I can't. I would love to try your chicken marsala but am a little gun shy right now. The menu from this place reminds me of Rizzi's that I loved. I hope this place gets better. read more
