I shoot everything from movie sets and red-carpet events to other professional photography jobs, so when my equipment goes down, I need someone I can trust. I brought Joseph two Canon R6 camera bodies, one that I normally use with my 24-70mm and the other with my 70-200mm. Both cameras had loose hot shoe mounts, which was causing my flashes to lose connection. I was having to physically hold the flash down just to get it to fire. As you can imagine, trying to hold a flash down while zooming, shooting, and working a live event made my job extremely difficult, and I was getting dark images whenever the flash lost connection. I found Joseph through Google, explained my situation, and told him how important these cameras are to my business and that I needed them back ASAP. Joseph came through big time. He took care of BOTH cameras and had them fixed within a matter of hours, the SAME DAY. Beyond the repair itself, what stood out to me was how Joseph treated me. He was professional, respectful, kind, and genuinely seemed to understand how important my equipment was to me. That kind of customer service is hard to find. Joseph, thank you again for taking care of me and getting me back to work so quickly. You definitely earned my business, and I would recommend you to other photographers who need their equipment repaired.

I went in with a pretty small job and even though it was so small Joe greeted me, and helped walk me through the process right away. He continually checked in on me throughout the self serve process until it was complete and answered any questions that I had. This was especially helpful to me as I am legally blind and don't necessarily present as disabled, and it was really nice to not need to bring this up in order to get the level of service I need. Joe did it automatically. He even reminded me not to forget my glasses as I left and to the lady next to me making copies to be sure not to forget her original in the machine. Hung had a clipboard with a sheet ready to fill in all my personal information and I delighted in the cute plants, pop culture toys, and fun selection of interesting Magazines laid out for us to enjoy. Hung modeled an energetically welcoming and helpful attitude that put me instantly at ease, and informed me he would reach out and let me know what the problem with my Chromebook was once it was officially diagnosed.
