I get that bill about every 2 or 3 months. Have no intention of paying it since Medicare told me my portion was ZERO. Today I get an email with an attached American Express receipt. I've had this card since 1998 and was the card I used on my initial visit. I got a hold of American Express and reported this as fraud. Did not authorize or approve this charge. I'm furious. How dare they!!! I just wonder how many other patients they have done this too. I'm retired on a fixed income. Don't need surprises like that.

Like most kids, he was not having it and fought hard. She was very patient and professional while we tried to get him to cooperate. Ultimately we had to hold him and even with the moving he was doing, Stephanie got the needle in quick on the first try and was able to get the three vials we needed in no time.
