On top of the damage, I was still charged a significant amount of money for a service that completely ruined my hair. As if that wasn't bad enough, they also charged my credit card twice. When I reached out to get the duplicate charge corrected and asked for a refund after the damage they caused, they were unwilling to make things right. A reputable business stands behind its work and takes responsibility when something goes wrong. Instead, I felt ignored and taken advantage of. Not only am I now spending time and money trying to repair the damage they caused, but I'm also dealing with the frustration of being overcharged and not being refunded. The emotional toll has honestly been just as bad as the financial one. Watching your hair fall out after trusting professionals is heartbreaking. Hair takes years to grow, and this isn't something that can be fixed overnight. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this salon to think twice. I don't remember who her stylist was, but she said that she trusted her and wouldn't let anyone else touch her hair. My friend came in for a haircut. I was there kind of hanging out until she was done so we could go grab lunch after. My friend's stylist was really nice and she did a good job on her haircut. She did exactly as my friend wanted, so I can see why she trusted her. The salon isn't very big, but it's cozy and cute. The location isn't bad either, there's plenty of shopping right down the street. She cut her hair and styled it, but since my friend had thin hair it didn't take long at all.
