I'm a new member here after switching over from Quick Quack. My dad kept raving about how nice my…read morebrother's tires always looked because Monty's does tire shine, and kept asking why mine never looked like that from Quick Quack even though I was paying for a higher level membership lol. Fast forward to my monthly renewal and my brother convinced me to cancel Quick Quack and join their family plan instead. No regrets at all! Higher quality, lower cost! I will say Quick Quack was convenient because they have locations everywhere, while there's only one Monty's in the area. But honestly, it's worth it. I've only been through the wash once so far, but customer service immediately stood out. They had someone at the gate helping with check in, then another employee guiding drivers onto the track. I especially appreciated the mirror hanging above the tracks to help self guide. Quick Quack definitely did NOT have that, and sometimes the employees there weren't the best at guiding which caused scuffs on my wheels before. The employee guiding cars in also did a pre-spray with two different sprays and actually took his time walking all the way around the vehicle instead of only spraying the side he was standing on like Quick Quack usually did. It definitely helped get all the bug guts off. Then when exiting, they had two employees towel drying the car, one on each side. Loved that! Quick Quack definitely didn't offer that level of attention to detail, and my wheels have never looked shinier. So glad I made the switch! I'll try the self vacuuming next time and see how it fairs.

My girlfriend bought a 4 car wash package for her 2024 Tesla Y, and let me use the last cash wash of her package. So I brought my car down for an express car wash Sunday afternoon. I'm not familiar with how the process works since give never been to Monty's but a gentleman came out as I was at the selection system. And helped scan my barcode and move me forward to the next step. The next step has you pull up into their self propel system, which assists your car forward through the whole washing and cleaning process. Once my car of in the car wash, everything seemed fine until the brushing process that run up amd over your car. I noticed a light slapping sound on the outside of my car, and what appeared to be a rubber cable laying down over the passenger side window. And that's when I though the car wash had pulled off my windshield wipers some how. Even though they still laid flush against my windshield in their off position. So then I was thinking it was a cord from the express car wash slapping against my car, and was afraid it could get tangled up around my mirrors. Only to realized from the brushing step stopped that the runner strips were hanging down and off the side of my car, one being damaged and broken loose. While the other completely came off. Once I got to the two staff members waiting at the end to dry off my vehicle, the worker on the right supposedly popped it back in but the lady on the right couldn't get the strip back in all the way. They they asked it I wanted to fill out a damage claim, which I did, so I parked up front and was given a form. After filling it out I was told it woudl go to the manager of that location and I shoudl hear from them in a day or two...today is the 2nd day since the damage. And while driving home, one of the rubber strips coming came flew off and was lost. So the drive side piece is now one is completely, while the passenger side piece completely damaged and won't pop back in at the front. Overall: Extremely aggressive car washing system. Never had had an issue anywhere else until this past car wash. And I wouldn't come back unfortunately.

We were on a family trip and had driven all the way from Los Angeles, so we were hoping for quality service. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. The employees were very sloppy while hand washing our car and missed many areas. They dried the vehicle quickly and carelessly using rough towels, which left swirl marks and scratches all over our paint. When they told us the car was finished, my husband stepped out to inspect it. There was still water left all over the vehicle, dirt spots were clearly visible, the door jambs had not been cleaned at all, the rims were still dirty, and there were still bugs covering the front of the car. My husband spoke with the manager about the poor quality of the wash while he was cleaning the missed spots himself. Instead of addressing the issue, the manager walked away and never came back. My husband eventually had to go look for him to continue the conversation. My husband and I are not the type of people who complain, but today's experience was unacceptable. We left feeling like we had wasted our money. This was, without a doubt, the worst hand wash we have ever received. I would not recommend this business based on the quality of the service and the lack of customer care when we raised our concerns.
